Every single person that works at this hotel is SO kind and inviting I can’t emphasize that enough, and what a huge difference it makes! Not to mention, their lobby is AMAZINGLY designed, the rooms comfy and reasonable, we got a room with a jetted tub and it is amazing (although the water pressure in the shower part of it could be better, but nothing too bad!) Their little section with amenities is second to none! And reasonably priced! Best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long long time!

My husband and I recently stayed here with our daughter The staff was incredible They made sure every time we were in the lobby that we had everything we needed for our stay and immediately provided extras when we asked

Everyone was extremely pleasant and friendly to speak with They even went out of their way to get extra pool toys for our daughter She had a blast and it is all thanks to the wonderful staff Thank you all so much

Jayyy_CreekSquad

This hotel and their staff is truly amazing!! We had a wedding block on rooms and they took care of all of us including myself and my bride! Jenny is in charge of the wedding blocks and stuff and she’s truly one of a kind!! And Alex the manager!! He’s truly a great human and even funnier individual!!! We will definitely be staying here anytime we’re up that way!!

We stayed here in May, 2022 and enjoyed our stay, however, when we checked in we were charged $7500 for incidentals, and were told it would drop off our card if it was not needed We had no incidentals and the charge did not drop off

I talked with the manager several times but he said he did not know how to remove the $7500 charge that it was up to my bank I ended up having to file a non-fraud dispute claim with my bank, which they took care of I was disappointed in the hotel manager’s lack of knowledge and willingness to take care of this incidental charge, which was not handled properly or professional

I stayed this past Saturday I have never been so disappointed in my life I felt like we checked onto a motel 6

The room was disgusting, there was blood on the wall in the bathroom Hair in the sheets, dog food and fruit snacks under the bed and big yellow stains on the pillows on one of the beds, torn shower curtain Their solution was to move rooms which we did The manager was no help He was like I will give you $25 back Worst customer service I have ever experienced I have photos and will up load if possible

calmdevill

We had a delightful two nights’ stay with John and Beth They were warm and welcoming We had the entire lower level to ourselves and it was impeccably clean with everything you need for comfort

The shower pressure was fabulous and breakfast was quite enjoyable John and Beth even packed us a to-go breakfast for our early morning departure The view of the lake and grounds surrounding the home were fabulous Would highly recommend

Evy Lu

This place was amazing The owners, John and Beth are a lovely couple My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time

The breakfast was delicious We booked another stay for this summer because we were in love with this place and the owners were such an interesting couple that we couldn’t stop talking to them 100% recommendedI believe their home has such a good energy that as soon as you arrive you feel it John and Beth made this place a very lovely getaway and making their guests feel so comfortable in their house speaks volumes about their heartsIt was nice hearing Beth playing the piano and John sang a song to us while we were having breakfast in the gazeboSee you again this summer, John and BethPs It was awesome to know details about the tree house and their dog, Sadie, is so cute and a well behaved dog She stole our hearts

When you want to stay in Woodinville but not in a motel, this is the obvious choice! Five stars (out of five)Cottage Lake B&B is an idyll of the likes you wished to have every day We booked our stay at the very last minute (snagging a rare late, one-night cancellation), and I cannot overstate the satisfaction of our serendipity

This is a beautiful property, serenely located and lovingly tended to, with care and creativity that impressed us and will likely meet or surpass the expectations of any prospective guests The setting is sublime: an eastward view of historic Cottage Lake and its gentle shores and water The hospitality is welcoming to the point of friendship, and the accommodations are commodious and home-friendly That the hosts are so welcoming (and musically talented) made our stay all the more special and meaningful We look forward to staying again EDITED: (Do note that if you book through any of the major online booking sites, the cleaning fee, as well as a small resort fee, are in addition to the price quoted, and likely will be higher than if you book directly through their website directly)

My family and I stayed here for a total of four nights We were very pleased with our room based on overall cleanliness, being on the first floor, and closeness to one of the hotel entrances Parking, WIFI and breakfast are included

They have a 24/7 front desk which was helpful when our key suddenly didn’t work- keep your hotel key away from your electronic devices The hotel is quiet even though it is conveniently located close to the 405 The hotel is also close to a few trails and a couple sports fields There’s also a gas station and quick food places in walking distance as it is accessible via the same driveway to the hotel I would stay here again

Reg D.

Very nice hotel, comfortable beds, great breakfast options, pool, hot tub, bar on the premises I did not have a chance to use fitness center or guest laundry but both are available Parking was adequate and I saw pets were allowed

Loved the hot fresh baked cookie snacks in the afternoon!! Very close to I-405 so the location was great for me This hotel is very quiet and it is in the area of the Bothell Business Park

I love Marriotts but previous reviews are correct…this is a pretty outdated hotel The wall paneling has fallen off the interior of the elevators and the thermostats are old school, yellow, hard to adjust ones We had two rooms, the exact same, and one had a microwave and the other didn’t

The fitness center was decent but missing two or three separate weights (15lbs and a few others)It was a clean hotel, though The key cards are the outdated insert ones that get demagnetized if you look at them funny (I got locked out three times) but I was told they would be updated to the tap style and digital key cards this month Staff are super super friendly though

Vanessa Diaz

Before anything, staff was polite and respectful They were the only good thing to this place The lobby is nice and new; the rooms are horrible!!! It is very used and aged

Look at the image of the chair! Our room faced the freeway and we got a so-called balcony All we saw was dirty chairs, stacked table, and trash in gutters The carpet had long white hairs all over itit was gross Now look at the glass door image, what is that? Is that a shatter from an object like a rock? Bullet? This room was a huge NO Plus, who allows a guest to stay in a room with 2 wasps nest in the balcony?!!!

Joshua L

Dated hotel Heard people all night long in their rooms No breakfast

Very expensive compared to other hotels in the area Room smelled of animal pee I only gave two stars cuz the pool was nice Front desk staff was very nice and switched me to a 2 queen room Won’t stay here again unless everything else is booked up All in all was disappointed for the $180 dollar price tag

I’ll start with the good Room was spacious Bed was comfy

Hot water with a lot of pressure for a shower And the front desk was extremely helpful And close to shopping, gas, and foodThe less impressive part was mainly house keeping Trash was left, a dirty rag in the tub, black mold growing in shower, and missing the tv remoteThe breakfast was okay It wasn’t always ready at 6 am The pancake machine didn’t work One day they didn’t have cinnamon rolls And they don’t slice the bagelsI do have a recommendation for Holiday Inn Don’t let your Costco delivery guys block the hallways with their pallet jacks I hate that I had to wait for them to walk down the hall way What if their had been an emergency?????

Robert Spinner

Let me start off by saying, if you’ve read my reviews in the past, you know that I almost never ever ever give a five-star rating My wife and I travel as a out 300 days per year So we stayed in a lot of hotels

I believe when you show up somewhere, that business starts off at a three-star which is average, then depending on how the service goes will affect your ultimate final rating I almost never give a five-star, to me that’s over the top service This place has exceeded my expectation day after day and we’ve been here for several days This is our second visit in two weeks So if you’re looking for a second home for a few days or a few weeks, I don’t see how you would go wrong here When I hit the lottery, I just might move here and stay in this hotel for the rest of my life The people are fabulous and their desire to make their guests comfortable is unmatched

Great staff especially front office Every one was pleasant, helpful, warm, welcoming and hospitable! Found this gem through someone about a decade ago The room was great and had it’s own hot tub which was a pleasant surprise! Fast forward a decade later, the name had changed from Navigator Inn to just Best Western Plus

Hotel is clean Staff is world-class! Complimentary hot, fresh array and scrumptious breakfast! Pool, hot tub, business/office and fitness centers were open and clean, as well! Exterior awning is an actual airplane wing which is pretty cool! Interiors are great, too! Kudos to the hard working and pleasant team!

Ang Gi

Reading some of the reviews has me glad we ran for the hills We didn’t even care if we lost the entire 3 night’s stay worth (luckily we did get partially refunded through Expedia) There was no way we were staying in that place

After driving around looking for parking (there was none) we passed by a tiny parking garage a few times with about 6 people having a little tailgate doing god knows what We had to ask where to park and were given a super shady spot (it wasn’t even a parking spot) or park by the gas station We decided on the gas station As we passed the party-goers we noticed one of them rummaging through the garbage! Another man slumped over was going in and out and eventually went up the elevator before us Had me dreading what we’d find, especially taking into account the other man walking around the lobby We were at risk of being towed because the cars parked on either side of us had us parked wonky As we grabbed things from our car we had the pleasure of young men walking past us screaming We get up into the room and can smell cigarettes The room looked nice, I can definitely say that But there was no way I would feel comfortable with my car parked down there and with these people outside and up and down the halls our entire 3 night stay Absolutely not We immediately checked out and went back to the Hilton on Paine Field where we stayed the last time we were here

Jaquelyn Oyola

Bring your towels from your room to swim and good luck getting more If you ask the night Lady with the chest tat she rolls her eyes and says we don’t have any It’s best Western

elevator is broken Water pressure is better in the pool shower than your room For $100 it’s a decent hotel For $175 a night which is what they charge, it’s trash I will stick with best Western alderwood from now on

We’ve stayed at a few Hampton Inns and had less than enjoyable experiences THIS LOCATION IS GREAT From front desk, to condition of the gym & condition of the hotel room itself

There is direct elevator access to the parking garage which is amazing We came with our 2 dogs and we loved our time here for 4 daysPeople saying the parking is tight – it’s not so bad, but definitely not great for huge cars / trucks

Jane Li

I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone The price is reasonable, and the service is wonderful The staff was every helpful when our car wouldn’t start in their garage

They asked the technician to check what was wrong and provided whatever the information we needed to get the problem fixed We appreciate their service and help very much

Jade Alder

I really don’t understand how our experience was so different from people that have left positive reviews The room was dated and the bed sank in the middle & was creaky any time you turned over The shower was gross and I took a pic of the remote because it was so disgusting I couldn’t believe it

We couldn’t park in the garage because so many cars were double parked The only positive thing about this place was the location in relation to visiting my family Otherwise, I would not recommend anyone stay here I don’t expect 5 stars with this kind of price, but feel that the standards for cleanliness and EXTREMELY low, especially just coming out of a pandemic

This is an amazing boutique hotel with attention to detail The staff even noticed that I wore colorful socks everyday! I was greeted upon my arrival with champagne, and from there the wine kept flowing I got married here in 2014

The grounds are beautiful This is truly an experience and not just a stay My room had a fireplace, jacuzzi, and a comfy bed They were very knowledgeable about the area and sent us to the local wineries such as Chateau St Michelle I will remember this day forever thanks to them R I P Peter Nault

James Wald

I booked a one night stay for some relaxation while traveling through, and this looked like the most posh spot in the Woodinville area It seems to be a popular retreat for weddings and corporate events, and there was one of each happening that weekend so occupancy was quite full Very nice spacious rooms with large soaking tub and all the perks you’d expect from a boutique resort

Beautiful gardens to stroll around and look at wildlife, including the two resident miniature pigs It’s great to have several dining options right on site rather than venturing further away to find somewhere to eat (the restaurant had staffing issues, but that’s a separate review) I only wish we could have stayed longer, but at $1k per night I’ll wait for it to be on the company’s tab next time

Rose Henderson

10 star service Bryan at front desk was delightful Brandon, Tara, Nichole at Barking Frog were all wonderful! Food

amazing portions more than enough Doors were opened, our every request promptly attended to Room fresh and clean overlooking a beautiful zen garden I don’t know how anyone could have a negative experience My husband John and I travel a lot and this place is top knotcand very affordable We will be back

The Cascadia is an older property that is very well maintained and managed Our check-in could not have gone better We were clued in as to a good place to park near a useful entrance for the quiet room that we had requested

All expected options were available at a well presented very typical complimentary breakfast We stayed three days and found it to be completely satisfactory Although we started staying here because we had friends in Everett, we continued our stay and used it as a base of operations for tourist activities in Seattle The hotel is but a 20-minute drive to a light rail free park and ride lot The train goes directly into the city

Liz McRary

The room was made available early which was very convenient for us It was clean, and smelled nice Checking in was easy and the location was convenient for easy access to Mcmenamins concerts, hiking, and other activities

Check out was at noon which is really nice when trying to relax on a trip Overall, I would Totally book a stay here again

Connor N.

Well-maintained, fairly quiet rooms with super friendly front desk staff Some road noise does get through the windows and conversations can be heard through room doors, but activity is pretty rare during normal sleeping hours Hallways and stairwells occasionally smell of smoke, but to no fault of the hotel or their staff

Overall a great selection for an affordable and comfortable hotel near downtown Everett!

This Hampton is quite the gem This location has been remodeled and was done quite nicely Staff (especially the evening staff) were very helpful and friendly

The guest laundry was nice being close to the lobby (that is so helpful) and was free! There were 3 washers and 4 dryers That helps when you are one the road a lot and count of getting your laundry done without long waits Rooms were nice size and very clean Having Dark Roast coffee was a big plus

Rick Cell

It was okay It really seems to have gone downhill a bit They must have put in a central fan system and removed the bathroom fans because now there is only a light switch

And be forewarned that if you’re going to the bathroom you will be able to hear it loud and clear out in the living room No1 or 2 They’ve replaced the locking bathroom door with a sliding barn door which if you don’t have it slid into the perfect position people walking by can look right in through the gap(also not a locking door) The water pressure in the bathroom sink was also abysmalThe breakfasts used to be so good and large Now they seem dialed back in size and qualityThe staff were nice I had no issues with them Always happy and helpful I have stayed here with my family 3 times but I think I will take a look around next time

Damon Cox

We continued to work with the very friendly front desk attendant and although the same room type was not available they were able to move us to another room that was very accommodating The service had always been great in the past, so this is now as I would expect from Hilton or Hampton The only reason it is not 5 stars is because I feel they should not offer room 137 for guests, at least not without a warning about the elevator mechanical room sharing the wall that the beds for that unit are up against

This is a nice hotel, it has a funky smell though that seems to be throughout the entire building I stayed in a sweet for 1 night my dog was an extra $20 to have in the room Room was large with large TV bit just felt outdated still

Bed was loud and creaky and someone’s socks were in one of the drawers from a previous visitor so that tells me rooms weren’t to clean But overall not a bad stay they had a amazing breakfast and it was very quiet and comfy

I called in the morning to book a room The lady that answered the phone was vary polite and with ease took care of us Some people comment on the odd smell in the hotel I think that would be due to the way they clean the bedsheets and towls I wouldn’t say it’s an issue just something different

Other then that the pool was Great and the Hot tub was just as good Breakfast went well, hot coffee to go with it I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel A little outdated but works for me Good prices too

Way over priced for the quality of the hotel The bathroom was dirty when we checked in, the whole place just had a funky smell, and the hallways were packed with new furniture waiting to be put into the rooms, and the shower didn’t drainThe staff was always friendly though which was a plus

I had to travel a long distance for a much needed surgery at the hospital located up the street I’m so glad I chose this hotel and not another slightly less expensive one nearby The beds were clean and comfortable, the room smelled nice and the staff was kind despite how I looked after my surgery

Very glad my companion and I have a place we can trust to stay for my next surgery

The hotel is really niceThe room is big and cleanThere is a nice bath and a coffee machine

There are many channels on the TVThe mini fridge made a lot of noise so I had to disconnect it at nightIt has a small Gym on the first floor and a really tiny poolIt is located next to a local shopping center and 15 min walk from a Totem lake shopping centerBut it is too far from Kirkland downtown and the lake so you must have a carThere is a lot of parking next to it and in the shopping center

I reserved a non-refundable room for one adult and one child with two beds and had to pay in advance When my family arrived, they were informed that they didn’t have any rooms with 2 beds They offered 2 different rooms on different floors with one bed each

This option was not possible as our son was not old enough to be on a completely different floor than his mother We did not get what we paid for and were not offered any sort of refund

This hotel was pretty clean Once you’ve stayed in a gross Vegas hotel you appreciate the efforts housekeepers take to keep things clean The staff here is great

Small issues were that the body wash container was bone dry empty when we checked in Hot tub wasn’t functional for the three nights we stayed Breakfast was on the better side of the ones I’ve had in hotels Egg white omelettes and ready made oatmeal was a nice surprise The gal running the breakfast fast room was super and had such a pleasant attitudeShe greeted us each morning and she was always busy keeping things stocked and fresh Breakfast tables were cleaned immediately when someone left The bed was comfortable for someone with bad arthritis and the chaise lounge was a nice touch I needed a little more light to work at the desk, but the shades rolled up and we had a few surprising sunny afternoons Convenience store and restaurants within walking distanceEverything worked out well for a great stay Will definitely chose this location again Thank you!

I can’t say anything but good things about this hotel! The man behind the desk was so helpful and the hotel itself was one of the cleanest ones I’ve stayed in Our room was by the freeway which sucked a bit but the overall stay was great I accidentally left something behind after checkout and the employee (I believe his name is Jeff

?) Was so sweet and so helpful to ship my item back to me I will definitely stay here when given the chance to again and highly recommend it ! It has a pool and a jacuzzi and there’s a lot of bars and restaurants 3 minutes away (driving) Thank you so much :)))

We needed to be in WA state for the month of May to move our business With two small dogs, it can be difficult to find accommodations that are pet friendly and also like home The Grayson was just what we needed

although our dogs are not socialized enough to mingle with the others that were there during our stay We felt at home from the moment we got there The kitchen is large and can accommodate numerous people at any given time Especially when Mariam serves up her incredible Sunday Brunch We had been initially concerned that having shared bathrooms would be an issue, but in an entire month we only have one occasion where we needed to use a different bathroom than the one next to our bedroom We met some wonderful people while there and are still in touch with a number of them We would return for a long visit any time that space was available Many thanks to all the folks at Grayson that made our stay so comfortable

Graysons made our trip relaxing! We stayed 4 days and really enjoyed our time in the home Miriam and her family were very nice and we had some good conversations The food was beautifully prepared and tasted fabulous! We loved the dogs and cats and met the geckos

The chickens were fun to watch while swinging in the loveseats The bed was comfortable too We’d stay again for sure and the location is convenient The Sunday brunch was amazing!

I have traveled the world, but found the Grayson to be one of the most unique and truly comfortable stays in my entire life, so close to home! The decor is magnificent and the family welcomes you like one of their own Even though I only stayed two days, it truly felt like a full vacation to rejuvenate in a time of need The jacuzzi experience and breakfast were amazing

Mariam’s life wisdom and attention to my needs were unrivaled I even got to bring home a new family member bunny rabbit from their homestead This place will forever be in my heart The farm life, gardens, firepit, playground, and beautiful surroundings are so wonderful I can’t wait to take my son and husband here for a relaxing getaway someday or I may just keep this little oasis to myself for self-care retreats, we will see! 🙂

We stay at Hiltons all the time and this was the worst customer service we have ever received We were travelling for a wedding and our flights were delayed We got to the hotel shortly after midnight and the young man Camden working late hours at the front desk told us he just marked us as a no-show

He said he was correcting it immediately and all was fine, but when we checked out- our bill was almost $300 higherNot only Camden cancelled our reservation, charged a no-show fee, and booked a new one at higher ratesMary the GM was extremely rude and hostile towards us, refused to fix the mistake and told us, “so, what do you want me to do about it?”Spent an hour on the phone with customer service who did their best to make it right, but this lady is terrible- Also- bar/restaurant was never open No room service Toilet wouldn’t fill after every flush Spend your money elsewhere with more courteous management that deserves it

Zachary DeCosta

1 Pool was closed the entire stay2

The bar was closed the entire stay3 The ATM was broken the entire stay4 There was no coin machine in the laundry room5 The front desk didn’t sell any laundry soap6 The kitchen ran out of bacon and red potatoes for breakfast7 The phones were downMost Importantly:My wife left her purse there which also had my son’s medication We had already driven 30 minutes away When we called the hotel, nobody answered We called repeatedly I had to call Hilton customer service to file a complaint That complaint caused a manager to call us They could not find the purse The purse was found the next day and nobody called us When we called back 2 days later, we were told that it was sitting in the assistant manager’s office

Winston R

If you like hot showers and a friendly front desk, stay away Boiler apparently “broke” TWICE during our 3 night stay so there was no hot water for us until the early morning we left To make it worse, the staff lied and was rude to us about it being broken

No compensation or anything for the trouble because we had booked through our credit card company’s travel site Riiight You couldn’t book a night’s stay somewhere else for us? You couldn’t offer us a free breakfast? Whatever!
