The staff was friendly and helpful We were far away from home and needed shuttle service, Uber service, and food delivery The hotel staff helped me with all of it

Also, we were in town to take my daughter to a special hospital, but because of the time of the appointment, we were going to have to check out, carry our luggage with us to the hospital, and then come back and wait in the hotel lobby for about 3 hours before our shuttle arrived When we came down for the free breakfast (which was wonderful), I asked the guy at the front desk if it would be alright for us to stay in the lobby all afternoon He told me he would schedule us for late check out, which allowed us to leave our luggage in the room, eat lunch there, and only have a 45 minute wait in the lobby It worked out perfectly! Plus, the room was very nice We also used the fitness center and bought lots of snacks and drinks from their little store I’m so thankful we stayed here!

Here on business w my husband It’s utilitarian and serves it’s purpose for business travel, not luxury or vacay

Breakfast is nothing to write home about, they basically stop refills quarter to 9 so be early It was fine until the cleaning lady asked me 3 times BEFORE the noon check-out deadline if I was leaving, twice by knocking on my door! Highly annoying, since I was not there past noon! It was an OK 3 stars at most stay

I believe in giving places second chances And this Hampton in North Brunswick/New Brunswick was so much better the second time around The young lady at the front desk, Sam, is a “world class” professional

She spoke kindly, accurately, and sincerely to me and my girlfriend as we checked in Sam told us about breakfast, she informed us that the pool was open (despite a sign saying it was closed) and, even got us towels and walked us to the pool door to let us go inThe room was very nice too Bed was comfy, bathroom had enough towels for two people to shower off after a dip in the pool Television remote worked and the air conditioning unit was easy to control and understandAs a Hilton Honors (silver) I was very happy with this hotel And despite one bad previous experience, I believe this place redeemed itself with better customer service Thanks again to Sam at the front desk, you are a superstar front desk receptionist!

Good location, new clean hotel Lots of food options nearby for pickup and delivery Even a great little “store” for food and drinks

Rooms were nice size and the kitchenette makes extended stays convenientOne of the big pro’s was this hotel is pet friendly We were unsure how that would go, but our cats made themselves at home once they got used to the sounds aroundThe big jewel of the place was the staff It is a difficult time to be in hospitality and everyone was always willing to help with anything I needed Would stay again

Pardhiva Erramilli

Hotel is very clean and new Staff is very courteous and helpful We booked 2 rooms and had a great experience

Since it is like extended stay, room cleaning service will Not be done dailyBut hotel staff do give new towels and soap if we ask them in front desk and thus it is goodBreakfast options are good

Jess —

Extremely clean hotel Beds were super comfortable and the shower was spacious, not to mention the soothing dual shower headsThe were so many breakfast options including buckwheat waffles that were surprisingly delicious

Rooms are really nice ❤️! Love the setup and beautiful decorum Only critique is no bathtub I didn’t really interact with staff, but everyone seemed pretty chill

Jerseys a very different seen than I am use to so I don’t think I can judge the location fairly although I would have liked it to be in a more open and scenic place Has exercise room so that is always a plus for me 😊!

Earlier reviews had me wondering if we would find anything but the regular consistency we enjoy at Courtyards This Courtyard may have been better than the ones we’d been to before The layout of the room was different and created a more comfortable and relaxing atmosphere

The room was clean and the water pressure in the shower was terrific So many hotel pillows are so airy that they collapse as soon as I put my head on them — these had substance but were not overly firm

Chelsea Davis

Very poor customer service I provided my information with all details via email and phone call and received back the room block contract with multiple spelling and date errors The code didn’t work multiple times and I had to reach out for corrections

I should have known at that point that there would be more issues I secured a block of rooms for my wedding over a year out A couple months or so prior to the wedding I received a call stating that the hotel was closing for renovations and that they were unable to accommodate my group Luckily, I was able to stay at a brand new Hampton Inn just minutes away instead I do not recommend this hotel

Brittany Doria

Well so far – they couldn’t honor early check in what so ever Couldn’t honor AAA card before BEFORE we even checked in Room wasn’t as clean as you’d think a hotel would be (still toothpaste in sink- we haven’t even brought in luggage yet)

don’t know the area or anywhere else to stay – so unfortunately we are stuck Highway is very loud- could be soothing to some people I’d look for better rated hotel honestly next time DisappointedNotice the replies back from management from the 5 star reviews compared to the way they handle poor ratings (oh your stay wasn’t well- sorry- do come back tho! 😂 yikes

Nice clean spacious rooms in a great location, the gym is well equipped as well There wasn’t a microwave, or fridge in the rooms which is a negative but doable seeing as the hotel also has a stocked bar that serves great food The reason for the 3 star review is a private event rented out the bar and kicked all paying hotel guests out, highly inconvenient and will affect my choices and recommendation in the future

Update: The bartender’s servers and other employees that I had the pleasure of interacting with deserve 5 stars, they are amazing people that are doing a fantastic job (even the bartender that said we could not be served because of the private event, he was fantastic the following night no hard feelings he was just doing what he was told) The place in general is 4 stars The rating is strictly off of general upkeep, there are a few blemishes that could use some professional touches to ensure the maintenance personnel are able to keep up a 5 star appearance

Kimberly Bean

Great location… an easy commute to the city I like being outside of the hustle and bustle, noise, crime, and grit of NYC The hotel itself isa five minute walk to the train

The room are spacious and clean Whenever I call for service, they send someone right away Friday & Saturday night jazz in the cafe is an outstanding bonus I am very happy I chose this place

Humaira Kazmi

Stay away from this hotel This rooms were dirty, bathrooms were not clean, furniture was old and dinged Service was horrible

We got in at 11 am at night and there were 2 couples before us waiting for their room They were told that they couldn’t find their reservation Those poor people showed them that they booked thru Hilton Instead of talking to these people and apologizing that they double booked, the front desk called cops Long story short, same thing happened to us They couldn’t find our reservation and had double booked and gave our rooms to someone else, even though we are Hilton honor members and booked through Hilton website After an hour and a half, they gave us a room with a King ( we had reserved a queen- 2 adults and 2 kids) The room was dirty The floor was not clean Front desk had to go down and get us towels The bathroom was dirty as well and there was a half used shower gel left in the shower stallWe could not sleep at all as this room faced the garage and had unloading loading noises all throughout the night and early morning After talking to the front desk, they finally shifted to a room with two queens and gave us free breakfast, the next day which was niceThe room that they switched us to was clean but of course the furniture was old and had scratches and dings on it The front desk manager was nice told us that we wont be charged for that night as a courtesy and she apologized However, they charged us for NO SHOW for the first nightThis hotel has lot of problems Younger lady at front desk was very rude did not apologize They have horrible serviceIf they are negative ratings, I would give them a negative 10 Do yourself a favor and do not stay at this hotel The only good thing about this hotel was eclectic decor

We are very disappointed in this property, honestly they should loose their Hyatt Regency name We checked in for two nights for a local wedding, the sheets on our king size bed had stains and hairs in it When we asked for our sheets to be changed, the night manager felt like she was accusing us, questioning when we checked in and why we didn’t noticed it earlier

I had to explain to her we just pulled the sheets back prior to going to bed but the fact I had to justify myself was frustrating We didn’t ask for any special accommodations, we just asked for new sheets They then explained how housekeeping is closed and they had to find someone to change the sheets Additionally, all the furniture had stains and dust on it, we had to put towels and clean sheets down to feel comfortable even sitting on it Looks like they owners recently renovated the lobby but decided to keep the rooms looking like they’re from the 1980s The hotel rooms are in rough shape, show their age, and unsanitary I wouldn’t recommend staying here, there are much better options locally for the same priceThe only good thing about the hotel is that the front desk and bar staff were kind But the rooms at this hotel are well below the Hyatt Regency standard

I’ve been coming here for a long time If you choose this place you definitely will love it I’m sure!Only one night, but it was very enjoyable No hassle check in Clean room with super comfy bed Great venue for our business meeting Catering was excellent Would go there again

B Reveau

Excellent Super-clean room, not noisy except for a small amount of noise from traffic outside, kind staff at check-in Pool very nice, jacuzzi quite spacious and definitely hot enough to relax but a tad bit hotter would be even better

Hours of pool and jacuzzi were great Nice that they put the on/off button for the jacuzzi jets inside the jacuzzi itself Yes, there is a parking fee but it is fair Great job

Beautiful hotel Everything I needed in my room, cozy bed, and very clean There is a bar on site, but I didn’t use it

The less than exceptional reading is because the hotel is located right next to the highway The roar of traffic, sirens, loud motorcycles, and 18 wheelers on their jake brakes, plus trash pick up at 4 AM, made for a less than great stay I recommend staying here, but if you’re not used to the NJ noise, choose an odd numbered room for the quietest side of the building

Jewel Twin

I shared this experience with my soon to be hubby I enjoyed our stay there It was just as amazing as it was when we were there three months ago

I love it The whirlpool is amazing I feel so relaxed when I get out I must say the make to order breakfast is through the roof The breakfast is absolutely delicious Thank u for our incredible stay The staff is very accommodating to our needs

Purusha Jackson-Cox

Enjoyed my brief stay at this hotel Parking was no problem and location was just off major parkway for easy access to I-95 For us, we were just where we needed to be to get to Iselin and Monroe Twp,quickly

Hotel had large rooms, hot fresh breakfast, bar and dining area ,pool and fitness room Great value for the price The only thing I did not like was you were given a coupon for breakfast Not sure why, but once you handed it in I guess you could not go back for seconds My kids all eat at different times so this was just a bit annoying but not a big problem Vending machines and ice machines were on our floor, which was the 4th floor Snacks and drinks were also for sale, near check in

We arrived and was given a room that upon first entry was clean and it appeared everything was fine The room happened to be on the side with a lot of street traffic, which made sleeping the first night completely impossible That next morning, we realized the a/c didn’t work properly and we had an unwanted “guest” (rhymes with coach!) in our bathroom

We spoke with Amanda at the front desk and she was able to move us to the opposite side of the hotel room we were in THAT room was also clean, a/c worked and sleep that night was great! Breakfast selection was nice Amanda is the reason I’m able to give this hotel a better rating than I would have if we stayed in the room we were given

Thallis Miranda

We were very disappointed, I have never left a bad review in any of the dozens of hotels I’ve stayed through the country or world Lights weren’t working, service at front desk neglected to take requests Other customer complaining constantly, one gentleman checked in his room and small daughter to find blood stains on bed sheets

Last time we stayed there we loved it (about 2 years ago) seems like no updates have been done at all since, neither has any repairs There was puke in the entrance sink to the room The paper towel at the lobby men’s bathroom was empty for all 4 days we stayed there Breakfast was dry and cold, attendant didn’t care much when advised about breakfast essentials such as cups and food ran out We paid the same price for what we could’ve paid staying in Manhattan Unfortunately we will not be recommending this hotel neither will we be returning again

Mario Jones

The rooms in this place are extremely out dated and unsanitary However the ladies at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful, that’s the reason why I gave this place at least (2) star’s The breakfast was non existent, no juice only water, nothing but cereal and bread, a few old stale bagels and boiled eggs

We used to love this place, but I can’t imagine recommending this place any longer to my company HR department when our travelers fly into liberty airport

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE FOR A HOTEL BLOCK FOR A WEDDING!!! What a disaster this place is!!!! Nobody knows what’s going on They told us we could check in early (2:00pm) We get here, and EVERY SINGLE ROOM IN THE HOTEL BLOCK is dirty

So here we are, a ton of wedding guests, waiting around needing to get changed for a wedding but can’t go anywhere because every room is dirty Finally we get into our room at 3:25 STILL DIRTY! House cleaning was STILL MAKING OUR BEDS when we walked in Then they tell us the shuttle is going to leave at 4:15 It’s currently 4:35pm with no shuttle in sight THIS PLACE IS A DISASTER DO NOT BOOK IT FOR A WEDDING You’re guests will have no where to get ready and no one will move quick enough to figure out solutions to a problem AWFUL

Cindi Weiss

We stayed here for a New Year’s Eve getaway & had a blast! The heated pool is a good size for a small hotel The fitness center is clean & well maintained with everything we wanted The hot breakfast was good (except for all the styrofoam & disposables but you’ll have that in this day and age unfortunately)

Most importantly, and those I really want to acknowledge, are the staff there Wow! Ruthe and Amanda, the two front desk ladies FANTASTIC I mean talk about above & beyond! And then Darnell, the managerTERRIFIC Kudos to Holiday Inn for finding and keeping such great people on staff Highly recommended!

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any hotel They compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have rates a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is the best rated in this area

I’ve been staying here for a very long time If you decide to stay here you for sure won’t be disappointedRooms are clean and so is the lobby and hotel overall I’ve stayed at a number of hotels in the area and the Heldrich is one of the nicest One of the great things about this hotel is it’s surrounded by a lot of restaurants You can literally walk across the street and be at a number of fine dining restaurants within 40 feet of the hotel doors It simply makes life easier if you are visiting in the area Hotel management is very nice and accommodating as well

Grisel Johnson

We were traveling from out of town and stayed here for a night Room was very big and spacious No complaints except that room service did not come unless I requested a clean

Also I stepped on a pin needle?! I let the cleaning room service know and she saw it her self She plainly said we clean the carpet when we vacuum but we don’t always guarantee that everything comes up! They are so lucky my 5 year old or crawling 11 month old did not get stuck with it…or else there would be a lawsuit pending! Manager was nice to offer us free breakfast but unfortunately our flight was leaving at 3am and couldn’t accept his offer Management was suppose to get back with us about the incident and still haven’t heard back I would not recommend this hotel not very professional at all

Bhaumik Parekh

We had the worst experience staying at this hotel! I would not recommend it to anybody as their staff service is worst than a motel We paid $500 for 2 nights that is way expensive than any 3-4 stars hotel considering that we will also get good service from the staff for the price that we paid but that was not the case We asked for microwave and they told us we will be charged $25 for it, first of all which good hotel charges for microwave

We were ready to pay for it at the end but turned out they did not even have one in their inventory! We asked for extra comforter as I was feeling too cold and their thermostat was also not working to set the temperature, they did not give extra comforter as well We kept waiting but staff did not provide anything The phone was also not working from room so every time for any room service we had to go all the way down ourselvesWorst place to stay , please do not waste your money here as we already wasted ours!

Lots of bang for the buck! Large, clean room, which had a sofa and two tables Nice bathroom with granite countertops and granite bath surround, non-slip surface on the tub and lots of grab bars The bed was not the newer kind but it was comfortable enough

Lots of drink and snack machines Free continental breakfast Friendly and helpful staff

Monique Irving

I stayed at this hotel for a week My experience was not good I was lied to, and they stated that they did not charge a hotel deposit

When I arrived, they charged me a $100 deposit I was not happy about this I do not appreciate being lied to Also, the room was very uncomfortable My left side of my face broke out The place was itchy, and the lights were dim I could not even see to do my homework and to do my class virtually Not worth the price This place has a funny smell Now it was little a peaceful but no stores around The hotel is located in a very deserted place

Thomas Arias

Nothing special about this hotel but it is very convenient for my one night stay as I’m on a road trip The room was very clean and bigger than I expectedI was able to check in late around 10:30pm and the front desk was quick to arrive

The room has tons of channels and a microwave with fridge Small breakfast area has the essentials: plates, utensils, cups I’d definitely stay here again for the great price For a single night stay, it’s great Might look into a different place if staying for more than a night

The hotel is huge and used to be gorgeous but now it looks outdatedIf you choose a room with breakfast you will be not wrong 😉Outdoor pool is great

Continental breakfast has usual Hilton options  (scrambled eggs,  bacon,  breakfast potato) with some restaurant’s touch (you supposed to use vouchers)The territory around the hotel is nice but needs a little bit more attentionOverall it was a good stay  My kids enjoyed weekends there

J Monique C

I wonder if this place was nice before COVID because now the place gives an outdated vibe It has a pool, business center, plenty of conference space and a restaurant on site Yet, nothing made me feel like I was in for a treat including the staff who barely recognized my diamond status

They were less than warm in their welcome Maybe they were tired because it was a holiday weekend and bus load of kids checked in? At least the bed was comfortable and the room was clean

This double tree hotel was a great disappointment I am a Hilton Gold honors member and had never been to a Hilton property that was so outdated and unclean We booked this location for an anniversary staycation for two nights and checked out after night one because of how gross it was

We had to stay night one because no other hotels in the area could take us that late at night We booked a room with patio walk out to the pool The doors were incredibly hard to open, the patio curtains were so filthy and dusty, I needed to go and buy allergy medicine The patio windows were so streaky and dusty, you couldn’t see through them The air in the hotel was musty The bathroom still had hair in it and it was so small you could barely move around One of the front desk staff was so rude, I was appalled Ive never been treated that way in a Hilton property before The hallways looked like they had never been vacuumed and the ice machine was so gross, we went out to buy ice for our water bottlesDark, musty and outdated Highly don’t recommendThe grounds are the only saving grace The outside is pretty but the pool fills up quickly and the lounge chairs are incredibly limited so if you want one for your family, secure it before 9am There are only like 4 of them so it feels like hunger games for them

Stayed here for a lacrosse tournament in July Hotel is huge Rooms are large and the bed was comfortable

When we walked in the smell of stale cigarette smoke was overwhelming, there was the smell of old pot smoke when we got off the elevator Ice machine was out of order on our floor and we had to go up 3 floors There was no cold water even after lettingit run for quite some timewhich confused me

This is a nice place with a little old infraestructure but still enjoyable and with a touch of beautiful old fashioned details Rooms are still tidy and neat Remember that due to COVID-19 the cleaning is not every single day, but maybe after every 2 or 3 days

Large parking area around for free for guests Buffet breaks is pretty good with fresh options as fruits, yogurt, eggs done at your request or you can always take regular scrambled eggs from the table of hot dishesPersoneñ seems to be very helpful and are always trying to help you with everything about the food or drinks

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a hotel They compare hundreds of booking websites and typically will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of the most well known in this area

I have been staying here for years If you decide to stay here you won’t regret itWe are staying 4 nights at this property 3 days before arriving, I called to find out if I could request a microwave in the room The front office manager, Amr Maged, was very helpful to explain that premium rooms come with microwave and there is a shared microwave on every floor for standard rooms He said he’ll see what he can do to get us a room with microwave Upon check-in, we were upgraded to a premium room with microwave The room is very nice, spacious and clean Thanks to Amr, we feel treated like valued guests at this hotel for the first time I say this because we stayed here twice previously, in July and November of last year and my requests for upgrade were denied both times despite me being a Spire elite The excuse on both occasions was no availability even though there were hardly any guests (judging by the number of cars in the parking lot)

We always stay here when in town to see family Rooms are standard This visit our first room was substandard but AMANDA changed our room immediately for the second night with no problems!! She was so pleasant and eager to make us happy

What a valuable asset she is to that staff All other staff members were professional and friendly This is why we come here

Mediocre hotel The room was farely dated, had an odd bathroom setup, but didn’t smell of smoke The hallways and entrance did smell of smoke and didn’t seem clean

Overall, the place could use some updating and improvements and deep cleaning However, the service was actually very good with friendly personnel throughout Also, the dining area for guests is small, but breakfast was good

Very clean and nice room, beds etc Price could have a been a bit lower and would have been 5 stars but I guess 154 a night including tax is not too bad for a room with two queen beds for a family of 4 but our in-laws got a room for 118 with two double beds for 118 at the Marriott The breakfast buffet was decent albeit a bit generic but not bad
