The stay here was Excellent ! From start Adrian at the front desk was Awesome The entire staff was very professional and accommodating The breakfast hostess was excellent, though I was late ( just after 10am) getting down our 1st morning

She still made accommodations for us to eat Very appreciatedwasn’t a hard stop at 10am !!My bed was comfy, my linens smelled so fresh in fact Thank you to our house cleaning host for the extra shampoo 😊

Travis, the GM was working the desk when we checked in last Friday and for what seemed like the rest of that weekend I am not sure if he was short staffed or what but he certainly did not show it Great service and attitude

Always very friendly and would address you in passing You can tell that he loves what he does and we enjoyed our stay! When our family comes back we will absolutely stay here again!

Bryan Enney

Let me start by saying all the staff was amazing! Very friendly and very helpful, could not ask for more Honestly some of the best staff at a hotel I have seen in a very long time The room on the other hand was kinda lacking

We stayed in room 411, the toilet seat is yellow, the sink was cracked, tub faucet leaked all night, one set of blinds did not work, stains on the walls and carpet, front door does not close properly so you have to push it closed kinda hard I know they are doing a renovation on the hotel but for the $359 I spent I was hoping for better Parking was kinda meh, they are currently repainting the exterior and their lifts took up a few spaces The staff is the reason I gave 3 stars instead of 1

Great stay at The Westin downtown Austin It was very busy so we waited in the bar for an hour or so Had a great time talking with the bartender who was excellent

When our room was ready we were very pleasantly surprised at the wonderful room upgrade It was worth the extra wait for sureAs busy as they were, the service was top notch From the front desk, the bar and at breakfast everyone we talked with was excellentMy only complaint would be that the poor flags on the front of the hotel were in very sad shape Please change those, our country and our veterans deserve it

Jeffrey Taylor

Great location and good basic rooms good for a business or quick leisure stay Housekeeping service inconsistent/unclear — had to ask for rooms to be cleaned for half of my six day stay with no clear policy Gym is nice and new, but a glass prism in hot weather

Great location, but beware it is loud on weekends and one night the noise from the roof leaked all the way down to my room about ten floors down (TVs having a white noise channel should be a hint)

Jennifer Molder

Great friendly service, very nice rooms I booked this hotel because I wanted a nice pool with a bar to spend the day at I was very disappointed that there were no umbrellas and nowhere to escape the brutal sun

Even the private cabanas have pergola roofs and do not provide shade The pool was small, crowded, and could have used a good cleaning

Daniel Jimenez

Had a very good time at this hostel Stayed 10 days and didn’t know what to expect Ended up meeting so many friends from all over and explored the city with them

I thought the dorms were comfortable and clean Speakeasy bar was a great way to start the night The hostel is well situated and the staff are very friendly and helpful Want to give a special shout out to Howard who was very welcoming, warm and helpful whenever encounteredKeep this hostel going guys it was a great experience!

Vivian Hernandez

Had an incredible experience! Staff is awesome and helpful Really feels like one big family The speakeasy downstairs is one of the coolest places we went to

Rooms are a bit small, but honestly didn’t have any issues with storing my belongings Left the door open and unlocked a few times and everything was safe Will definitely be staying there next time I’m in Austin

Marie Hines

The location is fantastic You can walk everywhere from here It is kept very clean

(maybe the individual bed fans could be cleaned though) I stayed twice and when I was on the second floor I could hear the music from the bar very easily Luckily I liked the music and could listen to it from my bed, in my pyjamas Win The next time I stayed on the third floor and this had nicer bathrooms I couldn’t hear the music from this floor I would have liked a larger social area and if they could run social events in the evening, as I didn’t feel so safe walking around Austin alone at night I’m sure travellers would be happy to donate towards this if it was offered

Thankyou so much for making our stay comfortable Excellent hotel Best price as compared to others

Clean rooms Professional service Book this hotel and you will enjoy every moment To tell the truth I was a bit skeptical at first but I am proud that I made the right decision If you want to make a memory this is the place to start Trust me on this one

Terrie Kasemeyer

Stayed there for State Championship Baseball tournament at Dell Diamond The hotel was great Breakfast ended at 9:00 which was a little early for my schedule

Slight glitch when I discovered that housekeeping personnel on my floor did not speak English So communicating need for certain service was impossible But the front desk was very responsive and remedied my issue quickly All in all I will stay there again if I’m ever back in the area Convenient location

Pamela Sims

I don’t know where to start The quality of service we were given was second to none We arrived to celebrate our anniversary and my birthday, and the entire staff from management to housekeeping went above and beyond to make this weekend so relaxing, intimate, and special

Eli, the manager, clearly is so invested in making sure everyone has a great experience and a great part of that is his respect and relationship with the employees The entire staff that met us was so warm, so professional, and so friendly Our room was immaculate, peaceful, and comfortable Not only do I highly recommend Hyatt Place Austin/Round Rock, we will be back again Thank you Eli, Asmoon, John, CJ, and others whose names I’m trying to remember, for making this one of our best mini vacations in a long time You all are the best❤️

Kaushal Shah

It started with one hour early check-in which was the only good thing to say about our stay After that, we were notified of shortage of staff and room service is not available everyday This is a deal breaker

Having so many other options to stay, the reason we chose this hotel over AirBnb was room service and breakfast We did not get room service for our entire stay of 3 nights We put the garbage outside of the room and no one picked up the garbage Breakfast: didn’t have vegetarian option except milk and cereals No breads or bagels Juice machine was broken as if it’s a thing in hotels nowadays I haven’t had this bad experience at other Marriott properties 1 star is because of room size

The holloway family

The hotel is very old and stale The carpet is filthy We only stayed one night because we couldn’t get out money back, but had to cancel our other night because we could not tolerate the filth

I probably used an entire bottle of Lysol trying to disinfect the room Did I say the carpet is filthy, the bathroom floor was disgusting, the pillow cases were dirty Even the free lotion that every hotel provides looked 1980ish The rooms are super small I have stayed in a Motel 8 and that hotel was better than this hotel I’m not going to get started on the subpar breakfast Muffins smelled like play dough I could go on and on, but do not pay anything more than $75/night for this hotel Trust me, you will be highly disappointed I hope that my negative review will motivate management to fix the problem

Siva Kumar

The hotel was filthy and it seems like Marriott retrofitted an old hotel into its chain The room amenities did not work as expected The fridge leaked water in the room floors, the microwave did not work and the ac/heat were either too hot or cold

It could not be controlled We just stayed there for a night but it was probably my least favorite stay in a Marriott chain I would not recommend it to anyone

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your hotel This web site will compare countless booking web sites and normally will have prices much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the most well known in the area

I have been staying here for a very long time If you choose this place you for sure won’t regret itI wish I had got his name but he was the bartender A Spanish decent guy he did a great job with making sure our food was prepared correctly and the drinks were excellent With great personality

Leigh Bedford

I really like this hotel The room was clean and quiet The staff were super nice

There was a restaurant on premises The food was good but a little pricey I usually just got my meals at nearby fast food places, it was cheaper There is a little convenience store in the lobby and that was good I could grab a hot breakfast taco and a soft drink before starting my day Parking was free and plentiful The hotel is very near I-35, so it’s convenient to almost everything in Austin but it’s far enough south that you can avoid awful Austin traffic

Rob and Meg Hocking Talley

Liz, Jeovanni, and Noah made our stay really awesome! Room is nice and felt cozy The balcony on the sixth floor was great It is small but does the job

Yes, there is noise from the highway but we kinda enjoyed that The location feels safe and is well lit Pool looks awesome and inviting They do seem very short staffed, but they’re doing the best they can and doing it pretty well all things considered

Reynaldo Salas and Darla at front desk very super helpful, quick and polite Everyone was so pleasant They have a great little pool area that would be great for outside chill

The bathrooms are nice and new Parking is enough around the Hotel Rooms are big enough and have a coffee maker, microwave and a Fridge Best breakfast choices are available in the Hotel Store We loved our stay and we will definitely be back 😍

Richard Rives

We arrived at this La Quinta for a concert nearby We did not have a reservation but they found a room for us Unfortunately after being in the room for 15 minutes we realized you could hear every car on the highway and there’s no way would could sleep

We asked the clerk if we could have another room not facing the highway She was happy to give us a room facing the parking lot We enjoyed our stay and it’s close to concert venues and other spots in the Cedar Park area We would stay at this hotel again for sure

Laura P

We lost power in our home and checked in here because it was close to my partners studio When we checked in there were still items from the previous guests left behind and the front desk employee was fast in finding us another room that was bigger When we checked out we left a pillow behind and the same day I called to ask about the pillow

I was told to call back in the morning, then in the morning I was told to call back in the afternoon When I spoke to the third employee they said no pillow was left behind and when I asked what the protocol was for items left behind I was told there was a lost and found Then they stopped communicating with me altogether I’m so disappointed after such great service to not get one straight answer about where my item ended up

We loved it It’s an older building Not fancy but it is clean, workers are friendly

They offer complimentary delicious coffee all through the day in the lobby They baked us amazing gourmet cookies, all different flavors in the evenings, which we had with our coffee The breakfast consisted of a little variety for everyone’s likes, sweet, salty, cold, and hot foods Fresh fruit, yogurts, breads, and juices as well They allow dogs That was a super plus for us They provide poop bags The building is only 3 floors and only 1 hallway, so we don’t get lost The furniture is not fancy but it is clean and neat I personally love the square sinks and shower sprayers in the bathrooms We prefer comfort over glamor anytime The price rate was affordable We will definitely return

The customer service was great, and the maid came on time Breakfast was on spot Plenty of towels, toilet paper etc The employees were all great but the Hotel is BEAT DOWN and Loud

This hotel is surrounded by construction and the workers stay there so at about 5 am every morning you’re going to be woken up by slamming doors, walking on the ceiling above your head, at 6 am the construction starts You will hear backup van warnings, tools buzzing etc The hotel room looked more like a dorm room, the refrigerator froze everything, and the microwave was dorm quality at best The floor was stained, the couch was stained and the room smelled like the animals who had stayed there before us In the bathroom, the tile was broken and just glued back onto the wall Also, no bathtub so it’s going to be really hard to clean up small children if you happen to be traveling with them Not the hotel I was looking for to relax and vacation The air was broken on the 3rd floor so the window in the hallway is just left open and the ice maker on the 2nd floor does not work The tv remotes did not work either and you had to fight to stay online The bed was soft

Anthony Dickerson

This is literally the biggest catfish I have seen in my life While the staff is friendly, you can tell no money is being spent to clean or make repair here I could literally write a novel on everything wrong here, but I will just kept it short

Things need repair, floors are dirty, EVERYONE including the staff is outside smoking Ice machine, broken, room AC barely worked $200+ a night? My ironing board cheap and had no cover and the iron leaked water all over my clothes Ha! Do better!

My friend and I very much enjoyed our stay here The location was awesome and of great distance to everything, very much a walkable location Our room came with two robes and two pair of shower shoes

We definitely thought that was sweet We want to say that the house keepers were awesome ( especially Maria) The staff were genuinely nice and helpful This trip to Austin was one for the books and we really appreciate the hospitality!!!

Destiny Moccetti

We got the cabin room here for one night for a great price in a very active and central downtown location Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance The beds were comfortable and the room very clean

The style of this place is very aesthetically pleasing My only complaints for the cabin rooms specifically: water pressure in the shower we used was pathetic It sounded like tiny mouths spitting on your head and barely produced enough water to really get washed Also, the AC unit in our room was temperamental It didn’t actually cool the room until we were leaving the next morning Regardless, this spot is fantastic for travellers who want to be in the middle of it all and enjoy hip local hotels over the big chain hotels Just be prepared that the cabins are like fancy hostels with dorm style bathrooms and that the central location is noisey until the noise ordinance kicks in at 10:30pm So pick this spot if you don’t need to lounge around the hotel and want to be out and about in this lively and eclectic city! We’ll be back!

Bethany Nauert

I was searching for an affordable but also cute hip hotel to stay at in Austin for a night Fortunately from either were plenty to choose from but the East Austin hotel kept coming up for good reviews I was able to book a reservation for under $120, but as I was checking in I realized that I’ve booked a room that didn’t come with the bathroom and only had a shared bathroom

The girls at the front desk were able to change me to another room upgrade where I had a huge bathroom all to myself, like a normal hotel room I liked this hotel because it was very clean, current, lots of options to eat on property and in the nearby neighborhood It’s very walkable and there’s a Whole Foods and target within blocksThe staff at the front desk were very nice, happy to answer any questions for meThe only thing that was a little bit concerning, is that they leave the front gate open, which can be controlled with your key card So while I was staying there in the middle of the day there was this guy that was kind of looming around and he freaked me out a little bit I called the front desk and they said they were going to handle it immediatelyI did not it was a great stay, and I have no other suggestions

This hotel was fabulous! Plenty of parking, and the room was very clean and modern and included fluffy nice towels and little toiletries Had everything my daughter and i needed for her gymnastics event in the area We where greeted with very friendly staff when we arrived

The lobby, hallways and common areas where all very well kept We did jump in the pool and enjoyed it We also did eat the breakfast buffet, they do charge extra for the breakfast which we though came with the room but we paid it and where satisfied The server even went above and beyond and brought my daughter a bowl of strawberries because the buffet fruit bowl had run out and that’s all she was wanting Location was also nice, it’s close to enough fast food places to grab and go when running to the event and back We would definitely stay there again

Eden Rule

Rooms are typical for a hotel, the only staff member we experienced was nice They add odd amounts for deposits and incidentals so keep a close eye on your bill and charges I experienced this as well as others ahead of me in line discussing it at check in/check out

The worst part is it is very loud outside being as it is right off the freeway I’m usually not bothered by noise but between the loud cars driving by all night and the a/c system turning on and off every 10-15 minutes, this was a terrible place to stay if you want uninterrupted sleep Hope you are a heavy, heavy sleeper Sounded like a drag race going on as cars revved and sped past all night Had the a/c set as low as it would go because the room was very stuffy feeling, and I guess they have a timer set or the system is guarded because it would not stay on I’ve never had this happen Between the noise of the system shutting on and off and then the temperature getting stuffy, cool, stuffy, cool all night, I couldn’t sleep Overpriced to start with and then difficult to get any sleep made it worse Oh, and don’t even get me started on the sorry excuse for pillows Don’t waste your money here if you need to sleep and have an early morning or long drive the next day

Kerry Coleman

Shared management with the Marriott next door (huge conflict of interest)Been staying here for 3~ years now, same account same company card, no issuesManager needs more training himself, as well as better training the staff at the Marriott next doorThe guy at the front desk here was great, was on the ball “ya no worry just need to verify it now, but my manager has to do it”

Manager says no because I got upset when given the CONFIRMED WRONG info next doorWent to a different location, had no trouble getting verified and checked in, 3 years down the drain due to bad management

The night we came the customer service was awesome The rooms were nice and clean Where it turns around is when I turned on the shower, it was cold all the way around

I called the front and the lady was very sweet, but still no hot water Now today, when we went to get breakfast, it was a miscommunication about breakfast times, the guy who we the was a guest came up to us from outside asking us what’s going on The rudeness came in when he ran up on us and never identified himself He had on a hoodie and tennis shoes We just got coffee and left I’m not too big on others reviews, however they were not lying They need a better system

Michelle Hernandez

The room was fine The bathroom had a weird and somewhat uncomfortable, but forgivable, layout However, the staff were unprofessional and, most of the time, nowhere to be found

The WiFi was spotty at best The free breakfast cost nothing and was worth the price The eggs and the juice were all gross, especially the orange juice The waffle machine left the waffles undercooked, and we spent our whole breakfast swatting away flies Oh, and the lobby and elevators were like a sauna! Overall, I’d say it’s a place to stay just to rest your bones at night and take a shower in the morning, but I can’t give it credit for much else

Bharat Ramakrishnappa

Bad Stayed 3 nights No house keeping

There’s nothing executive about this placeThe other 2 star hotels have better serviceIron was dirty, asked for a different one Didn’t receiveHad to get towels by myself Nothing was refilled They don’t even take the used towels

The best thing about this place was the breakfast The halls are dark and gloomy looking with the maid’s service carts in the hall still at check in time Why are they still cleaning at 4pm?The room had a smell of dingy moisturizer

From a process of elimination I deduced it was from the carpet Nothing I could do about that With a can of Lysol, I sprayed until I was comfortableThe pool was the last straw My girls wanted nothing but to enjoy a few hours in pool With temperatures at 103 degrees that day you would think the pool was clean and stocked with fresh towels No such luckWe got to the pool at 7pm That means it hadn’t been cleaned all day Leaves were scattered about all around the pool I was beyond infuriated! But I was not going to show my anger to a lackluster staff and have my blood pressure go up Not to mention I made a promise to my girls So turning lemons into lemonade I took the pool net strainer in hand and got to work Enduring the degradation of being ogled by a creepy visitor and the humiliation of working at the hotel I paid to stay at is enough to buy my therapist a new designer purseWhen I finished cleaning the pool my family and a few other families were able to get some relief from the heat and engage in an activity outdoors free from screens Another guest mentioned they were coming to clean the pool, tooThey were told that it couldn’t be tended to because they were short handed and didn’t have supplies It took me 30 minutes and I don’t own a pool! To add insult to injury; the pool is positioned directly in front of the check in area with large windows There’s no way the two at the front desk did not see me cleaning the pool with a 15 foot rod circling the pool!I am disgusted with the overall state of the hotel! I basically paid money to work there I will be sending a formal complaint to corporate along with a video of me cleaning the pool I just wanted the consumers to know what their buying

Nice hotel in desperate need of a remodel, refresh, update or something to get rid of the hideous colors inside Staff was above par especially the young lady working the front desk at 2am when I checked in She was more than friendly, made me laugh several times and made me feel at “home” 🙂 The reason only 4 ⭐ rating is because of the parking situation

I’m never in by 2am and there was never any available parking I sat in front of the hotel for over 30 minutes at 3am and cleaned my car until a parking spot opened up

Unfortunately not what we are use to at the Hampton Inn Service & breakfast was great, however The privacy shade looked like it was pulled all the way out & would not roll up

The blackout shade would not come down so I had city lights in my eyes waking me up all night For this country kid who is use to the dark, that was hard The shower handle was loose as was the faucet which means they will get water damage and mold in the wall From a Hilton Honors member, Room 514 needs work

Stayed for two nights here and everything was great I did feel bad for the young lady at the reception, she was there all by herself, hustling hard! She was definitely on it though and nice The place is beautiful and the rooms are clean, we had to get an extra bed because the room we got was for 5 but the beds were smaller which that kinda sucked

The pool was super packed and it got dirty so didn’t enjoy it as much but that’s what happens in summer It was awesome that it was by The Domain because all the restaurants and shops are there Breakfast was actually good and they did have a hot meal for people, I would actually add another waffle machine because we waited like 10 minutes for people to make their waffles

Officially the longest hotel name in the world, the La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Austin Near the Domain was good for the rate and locationThe walls were a nice paper thin material where you can hear in the hallway at 12am the family returning with their young kids who must have had a blast to want to keep the party going, in the hallway, at 12amThe bathrooms were clean-ish, with namely the shower having needed some love (or maybe it got too much love at some point which would explain the stains)

The breakfast was a surprise – it was good and included The Texas waffle maker was a nice touchIf you’re looking for a good deal, this is a fine place to go

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your hotel This web site will compare countless booking websites and typically will have rooms much cheaper than others! You’re welcome :)! This resort is the best rated in this area

I’ve been coming here for a long time If you stay for a few days you definitely will love it I’m sure! Our experience at Aloft Austin NW was a solid okay, decent, good, nice, enjoyable one! There’s not very much I can say negatively about the entire experience However, if the hot tub/pool is one of your prerequisites, don’t make my mistake and assume that they’ll be available During our 4 nights stay both the pool and hot tub were off limits, not for a good reason either; even though the pool and hot tub were in working order, all were denied access to the area because the lock on the door was broken(an easy fix that was obviously not a high priority) tough luck, s happens life goes onThe positives were a clean room and a quiet room The room service were super friendly and welcoming The reason I’m giving 5/5 and not 4/5 is because they refunded us an entire night due to the above mentioned discrepancyBe aware, if you’re expecting a luxurious experience this place might not be for you bit for the price we paid, the services were well up to expectations

We really enjoyed our stay When we checked in Regina was extremely helpful I was traveling with my daughter and had been assigned a room right next to the bar

She was kindly gave us a quieter room Later she helped by giving us water and a forgotten toothbrushThe room was modern and comfortable I would highly recommend

Alyse Z

The location was good, near a lot of shopping I gave this a 3 star because for starters the hot tub was closed The pool is advertised as “heated” but it felt cold or at least my perception of heated was incorrect

The room was nice, kind of small, facing the interstate No noise, but when we got there the cable was not connected for some reason Then the bathroom door was hard to close/open I believe it was a handicap room so this would be def hard for someone who is handicapped to open and closeI tried to order some food from the app but was told it was not connected to the kitchen I didn’t know until I waited almost an hour and no service So I chatted down and was told we would have to order at the front deskThe mobile key didn’t seem to work for the pool I didn’t try for the fitness areaThe staff was nice, no complaints there, the main area was niceFor some reason on Saturday night there were a lot of kids roaming around They were running the hallways Not the hotel’s fault but still it did add to my experience thereI would probably come back again

This hotel was absolutely exceptional! The staff was friendly and welcoming every time we entered the front doors The decor was fun and colorful The rooms were clean and beautiful

There is a vegan food truck right across the street that makes delicious food Additionally there is a club across the street (the club makes noise if that is of concern) that plays great music and is super fun I would absolutely stay here again

Jason Roy

The impeccable staff was even better than the location They went above and beyond to make our stay in Austin an experience worth having again The rooms were very clean and the beds were cozy

No complaints here There are tons of amenities, and everything is within walking distance Would recommend Do yourself a favor and stop by to check in at this Hotel

We are IHG Platinum Elite members Made the reservation months ago Received an email that we would be upgraded to a suite

Stopped by about 1230 to see if our room was ready and it wasn’t which is no big deal but the staff confirmed the upgrade 2 hours later given keys to a regular room that still had a rollaway bed in it Zero mention of our downgrade They said something about someone else extending their stay No comp drinks at the bar no anything barely a sorry This sure isn’t what Ive experienced at any other IHG hotel ShoddyThe pool is not roof top, it’s on the mezzanine above the parking lot It is also shared with the Holiday Inn next doorI would not recommend staying hereEdit This canned response is unacceptable You have lots of options You could rebook that guest at the Holiday Inn next door You could have told them sorry but the hotel is completely booked and extending your stay is not possible You could have offered us an actual apology or a couple of drink coupons at the bar Instead nothing This is terrible customer service Lowered rating to 2

Really liked the room layout Hotel lobby and staff were nice also My only complaint is not having a safe in the room Other than that everything was great, even the view from the room was nice Location is good Parking is well lit and felt safe

Kaychia Clark

Great hotel! I enjoyed my stay It was clean, comfortable, and great service Great for people who are in town on business

The lobby is set up in a way where you can work and feel comfortable Also have a small bar in the lobby which is very nice if you do feel like having a drink In addition, it’s in a great location with stores and restaurants close by I asked for a late checkout because I had a conference call at the exact time I was supposed to checkout and the staff was very accommodating My only complaint is the bed was very uncomfortable for me I woke up with some back pain Other than that, nice hotel 🏨
