CONS: I’m not normally one to complain online, but I would NEVER stay here again, especially for that price!!! It felt comparable to the cheapest hotel/motel I’ve ever stayed in Not what I expected from a Marriott facilityThe hotel maintenance was horrible!!! The room smelled like mold

Tub wouldn’t drain and the toilet would constantly clog The spa jets at the pool didn’t work either They did not have any fans in the bathrooms, so the room got extremely muggy when you took a shower They didn’t service the rooms, so you had to go get your own towels from the front desk on the ground level and there was trash and towels outside of the doors all over the hallwaysThe rooms were very small and we had our son with us and would like to have had privacy in the bedroom, but the curtains were sheer!!!There were only 1 or maybe 2 elevators working, mind you there are 14 floors of rooms to transport people and their luggage up and down constantly My husband and son used the stairs, while I had to ride in the the elevator with our luggage all the way up and back down, because it was the only way to have any available space to get in an empty elevator We were staying in the 6th floor, so I was unable to haul all of our luggage up/down 6 flights of stairs!!! Hotel was old and outdatedPROS: water pressure was good (though tub wouldn’t drain), A/C worked great! Friendly staff

Everything in my stay has been great, service, room, cleanliness I am not giving 5 stars just for the fact that the building and furniture in general it’s showing its age and it doesn’t seem like they care Everything feels very old, the elevators, the beds and mattresses, the desk in the room, the couch, etc

I didn’t particularly liked that there is no safe in the roomApart from that few minor stuff, great value

In general we had nice short stay Yet the fire alarm in our room was out of battery and the hotel is fully occupied that there’s no room to change to, so we had to fall into sleep hearing the alarm beeping all night! Other than that, it’s a nice hotel with good price and they offer free continental breakfast! Prepare some $1 tips to the lady who’ll make your egg sausage and toast breakfast! Nice looking small pool and jacuzzi yet i had to work a bit so didn’t get to enjoy!

Best experience ever I’ve literally never been somewhere more elegant, tranquil and rewarding in my life The host are always respectful, kind and always have a 😁 The manager is a little high tempo but I can respect that you can tell they run a tight ship and that’s cool

The beds are firm but boy oh boy they are sure comfy, large TV, large bathroom We didn’t have a chance to use the pool but from my understanding is that it is open for use There’s breakfast 🥞 🍳 when we wake up and even more 😁 from the cooks and kitchen staff Love 💕 it 💯% I’ll definitely be booking a few more weeks before we head on back up Thanks to everyone here working we honestly appreciate what you do, thank you!

I stayed for 2 nights for the MD&M convention The location to the convention center is amazing No complaints there

The service when I arrived was very good The boy who checked me in gave me a ton of information about the hotel and what was and was not availableMy room was on the third floor so I had to tough it up and walk up three flights of stairs to get to my room Great exercise I actually did really enjoy thatWhen I got to my room it was pretty standard nothing out of the ordinary I found that it was kind of beat up and I found a wad of hair in the shower After seeing that I felt that the room wasn’t as clean as I hopedAdditionally since it’s also located close to Disney there are a ton of families that stay You are able to hear them playing in the pool all night from your room The walls are pretty thinThe free breakfast was standard but after reading some previous reviews it looks like they got rid of a lot of breakfast items after COVID They only had potato’s cereal bread muffins coffee/tea and juiceSolid place to stay if you want a great location at a decent price Otherwise I would try a different hotel on my next trip to Anaheim

Our room was clean and convenient We didn’t have any issues whatsoever The fridge was big and cold, the coffeemaker was ready to use and already plugged in and the microwave worked great

We had a standard room, but there was a AC unit in both the sitting area and bedroom They both worked really well on two hot days The bed was comfortable and both TVs worked fineThere was a good bit of noise from the hallway, but the door between the sitting area and bedroom blocked it out completely Some noise from above too Not the quietest, but I’ve experienced worse frequently at more expensive spotsStaff was helpful and nice on check-in and when I needed a refill on coffee packets and a fork when one didn’t come with the dinner we had deliveredBreakfast was underwhelming, but everything tasted decent Free parking, WiFi and breakfast made this a cost conscious, but convenient way to enjoy Disneyland for a couple of days The walk to the Toy Story parking lot is a bit longer than I’d expected when I booked a hotel that was “across the street”, but still close It took us 15-20 minutes to get from hotel to park security gatesIf I’m honest, I missed the fancy touches that you’d get at a 4 star hotel, but this was a good value for what was paid

Henry Beal

We booked our stay at the Cortona Inn through Costco Travel We had 3 nights stay while we went to the Disneyland Resorts The Hotel is a 15 minute walk to the parks which saved us a lot of money on parking

They let us park before check in so we could leave our car in their gated and secure lot while we enjoyed the parks and went back after Disneyland closed to get our room key They also let us leave our car in the lot until midnight after we checked out so we could go to the parks the same day we left and then come back to grab our vehicle These accommodations were fantastic on top of a clean room, great pool, and delicious breakfast that Sergio let us enjoy the morning we arrived, prior to check in that afternoon Sergio gave us great information about the hotel and the area, he was very helpful and friend upon our arrival I will definitely be going back the stay was top notch!

We love this hotel we chose to stayed here for 7 days while on our Disney vacation and we loved it and would recommend it The freeway entrance is just up the street and only takes 20 min to Disney and 30 min to Huntington Beach, the roads were not too busy didn’t experience any bad traffic There was 4 of us and we had a one king and a pull out sofa room and it fits us perfectly and the beds and pillows were very comfortable

The clerks were very pleasant and professional and the staffs were very friendly and helpful It is a cashless hotel just a heads up The pool was great couldn’t get my kids out and so was she breakfast There is a bunch of stores, gym and restaurants around the hotel The parking lot gets filled up fast if you return late but what can you do if a place is very popular We enjoyed our stay and would come back next time if close by our vacation spots Thank you

I’ve frequented Fairfield Inns and was pleasantly surprised that this one was different from the others I’ve booked with It’s more of a motel style – with individual rooms with doors that lead outside So, no doorman

The difference is that this place feels safe and secure! When I checked in, the front desk employee was friendly and welcomed me for my first stay at this Fairfield Inn location (I am a silver elite member) With my reservation, I requested a room on a low floor and I was provided with one The rooms are great and the bathroom are gorgeous Complimentary breakfast was also given, and it was hot breakfast instead of the grab-n-go type of breakfast I’m satisfied with this beautiful place 🙂

Jared Stump

Stayed here with my wife while visiting Disneyland It was only a 20-minute drive and about half the cost of the hotels around Disney I was a bit surprised that this hotel had outdoor corridors; I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a Marriott hotel that didn’t have indoor corridors

I was pleasantly surprised that it was quiet inside the room, even with people walking by outside and the location next to a busy freewayThe whole property felt a bit dated but it was clean and the amenities were good I liked the exercise room in the casita by the pool TV in room was very smallOverall, it’s a good hotel and if you’re looking to save a few bucks it’s worth staying here

We stayed here for 7 nights In April and had such an amazing time The staff was all incredibly accommodating and friendlyI actually had the pleasure of speaking with Robert (Guest services operator)on the phone before our stay and he was incredibly accommodating

My family was coming with me for a convention and we were going to Disney for many days during this stay My family also has many food sensitivities so he was very helpful in making sure that we had a microwave in our room and some other amenities for our baby Our housekeeper Hector was very efficient and did a great job Our room was very clean and restocked everyday The only downside with the stay was that there is no kitchen and only one sink in the bathroom but we were able to make it work It’s also a little further away from Disney(20 min walk) than some of the other hotels but it was so lovely that we’ll definitely stay again

Amazing hotel to stay at for Disneyland! I will not consider staying anywhere else for my future Disneyland trips Everything about this hotel was awesome, from the staff, to the room, and location I especially loved the ART bus stop right in front of the hotel that will take you to the park (not free, but very cheap and HIGHLY recommended to save your feet)

The pool area was lively and fun Also competitively priced and much lower than the competition for similar services

This place was fantastic for us! We were in CA aadopting a newborn The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and personable We had a few adjustments to our schedule while here, and Michael did an outstanding job accommodating our needs

There are groceries stores close by, laundromat across the street & some restaurants around the area This hotel is Spanish themed in terms of decor and they put us on the 3rd floor due to less noise as well We had a King Room Suite that had a desk for working, couch & TV with plenty of AC outlets for electronics I would highly recommend this place!

Ginger gray

I am such a fan of this hotel! Friends and I stayed here in February after a disastrous Airbnb experience Rooms are so much bigger than at name brand hotels, plus you get a mini kitchen with a full size fridge and range The kitchen has all basic necessities including utensils

Not to mention, there is an actual couch in the roomI came back to Anaheim in July and decided to book at well known hotel After seeing the small, stale room I canceled the reservation and went on Hotel Pepper Tree’s website I was able to get a room for 3 nights at the last minute We literally checked in at 10 pmOnce again, this hotel saved our trip Rates are comparable, but the rooms and the service are so much betterThe hotel itself is well kept, but not full of amenities The pool is huge, but no hot tub No ice maker on the premises, elevator is small and stuffy However, these are all minor issues and everything else makes up for it

Shawn Olson

Beware this hotel is NOT pet friendly as they claim My wife and I chose this place mainly since it stated it was pet friendly and close to Disneyland We were first met with an undisclosed and outrageous PER PET FEE of $45 a night!!! We have two dogs so that was $90 per night!!! No where on their website is this price disclosed

I understand pet fees and I have paid them before but NEVER this high and per pet!!! On top of this they also require you to not leave your pet alone in the room for any length of time the whole point of a pet friendly hotel Are dogs were in there crates at all time so it was not like they would be left to roam the room The manager was not at all understanding and frankly could careless The manager threatened to take our $200 deposit and have as leave if we did not comply All of this completely ruined or vacation since we were with our family and my wife and I had to take turns staying in the room DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE BRINGING YOUR PETS

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel We were assigned to the wrong room, but we got that figured out after some back and forth The employees seemed pretty responsive

Housekeeping was by request, but I feel like that is fair because they gave us notice of that beforehand The breakfast was good; the same as every other Hampton Inn I have stayed at We took the ART shuttle to Disneyland; it was very convenient, but didn’t really run on time so we just had to wait We drove a minivan and didn’t have a problem with the parking lot Overall, we liked it and would consider staying here again

Brian Thomas

Would stay here again If you’re just looking for a nice, clean room to stay for a quick visit to Disneyland or Angel stadium It was a quick drive firm either park and we’ve tried a few in the area

Bathrooms were nice and the water was hot Beds were fine and there was a cold mini fridge, and small microwave in the room Rooms stayed quiet with minimal noise from outside or the hallway

Christie Phillips

I am staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites Garden Grove right now! I have stayed at 5 ⭐ hotels that didn’t even come close to how amazing the staff were at this hotel! I ❤️ to travel and I would say hands down, this is the most amazing, friendly, helpful staff/hotel I’ve ever stayed at My son got the dreaded “virus” and we didn’t want everyone in our room to be exposed Grandma stayed with him and me and my other son rented a second room

They not only gave me an amazing deal for the second room, they also came and completely sanitized/cleaned/replaced everything once he was over it!

Ryan Stewart

The rooms are clean and nicely furnished Our room also had a nice view of the Disneyland fireworks from the balcony It is also within walking distance of the park

Unfortunately there seems to be active renovations going on in the hotel which can be a bit noisy There’s also the issue of the on site dining options We went in for the breakfast buffet and were charged $56 for two people The quality was adequate, but for the price, the options were very limited I believe they had the basics, bagels, sliced bread, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, coffee, etc… However, for the price, I would have liked more options and higher quality I essential paid $56 for some scrambled eggs, bacon and a bagel Had I known the prices before we started to eat, I would have stayed far away You also have to pay for self parking and the shuttle to Disneyland if you don’t want to walk It is within walking distance like I said, but for the price of the rooms, parking and the shuttle should be included

Aubree Brown

Checked in April 1st around late night We had received great customer service from the front desk receptionist

I wish I had gotten her name, but she was extremely helpful and very welcoming and that is an understatement for the true hospitality that she had shown us that night She put us in the new renovated rooms and my god was I impressed with the room It was super clean, quiet, including all the needed necessities and more! We stayed over the weekend to go to Disneyland which was only minutes walk to the park Overall, I am extremely grateful to have had the pleasure to have met the receptionist and I look forward to my next stay here at the hotel

Sasha Lubkin

Currently under renovation but rates are excellent during construction Good size rooms, comfortable beds, well designed bathrooms Excellent customer service from Alexis when we checked in, she made me feel like a welcomed, valued guest

Only drawback to this stay was the room we were in had the TV off to the side from the bed and we’re the kind of people that tend to watch TV in bed and fall asleep with it on so that was a little less ideal positioning than we prefer but we made it work Looking forward to returning when the renovation is complete

The room was large and comfortable The staff was amazing and attentive Their breakfast was great, custom made omelets along with sausage, fruit, bacon, oatmeal, muffins, orange and apple juice plus a wonderful host who got us whatever else we wanted to drink

Convenient location with Outback and Red Robin sharing the same parking lot There was a Target across the street, and the shuttle pick up for Disneyland is mere steps away from the entrance to the hotel Comfort and location were great and I felt safe walking around later in the eveningWith a vacations packaged we booked we got free breakfast and free shuttle passes, otherwise those do come at cost I don’t know if it was because it was the slow season but valet parking was not offered but it was fine because it was easy to find a spot to park I would have given 5 stars but we did have an ant problem mainly in the bathroom that staff quickly resolved after being notified of itI would definitely recommend this place and would come back again They comply with covid protocols and have a reduced staff So the room had a coffee station and mini fridge Large TV and desk area The king bed room has a pull out couch Great high pressure shower with option for handheld lower pressure shower head The pool and patio areas are maintained and beautiful Very beautiful and price couldn’t be beat with comparable places

Vince Reyes

Great service and nice hotel overall Marcy came to our aid to help my sick daughter by offering her rest in a room We are Elite Titanium members which allows us for early check in and upgrades

We felt that Marcy and the other staff (Elizabeth) go out of their way to make the guests feel like royalty Also the breakfast buffet was excellent Service was great and the food selection was great We were upgraded to the suite as Elite members which was very nice The pool could use warm water However, the hotel was great

Bethany Tripp

I stayed at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Anaheim Garden Grove during a recent trip to Disneyland The hotel looked quite nice online, but it was slightly disappointing in person Our room wasn’t ready on arrival which was fine; we planned to spend the afternoon at Disney’s California Adventure

When we did get to our room, the bathroom was not well cleaned from the previous guests – hair in and around the tub, food crumbs in the tub and – wait for it – what appeared to be a pubic hair stuck to the ceiling above the sink! (Gross) The AC also wasn’t working well and a maintenance person came fairly quickly to look at it After a bit of tinkering, he assure us the room would be nice and cool but, alas, it didn’t get very cold at all Housekeeping isn’t available because of Covid, but you can request extra towels, trash service, etc, during your stay Of note, that service must be requested prior to 8am or you won’t receive services until the following day I did call for additional towels and had them practically thrown at me by the housekeeper who came to hand them off It was so abrupt that I thought she was getting something else! But no, no, just throwing my pile of towels and leaving quicklyThis hotel is decently close to Disneyland/California Adventure, but really not close enough to walk Bonus: there is a large Target directly across the street if you want to stock your hotel fridge with water, etcOverall, I’d say this hotel is just okay but if low price outweighs other options for you, give it a try but do keep your expectations in check

I have stayed at Holiday inn express almost exclusively for about 20 years This is my first time at this location and will be my last The bed was comfortable and the building clean

I think the parking fees are on the high side Personally do not like the valet only service I also feel strongly that I was judged on the value of my car I felt rushed when It was time to leave On at least two occasions the staff were either dismissive or out right rude After parking taxes and tips the room cost about 350 a night I know much better places just as close and with a more friendly attitude and better water pressure

Jennifer Morgan

Enjoyed our stay at this location for our Disneyland trip A regular walking pace gets you at the gate in 8 to 10 minutes which is very convenientThe room was clean and very spacious and nice, our window was looking at the hotel next to us, but we could see space mountain between the hotels

This was nice because it mean we could see a portion of the fireworks from our room on the top floorBreakfast was good each morning and the staff were all friendly, would definitely consider returning next time! The reason for 4/5 stars is the parkingI get that space is limited and the garage is nice and secure However the valet only option is an issue I used to work as a valet many moons ago and know how most of my colleagues treated the cars which made me very apprehensive and rightly soWe arrived and parked the car for 3 days before attempting to go have a beach day after finishing at Disney However they could not get the car to start and had to use the emergency key to get in the door to still be unable to start it They had me go down with them and I noticed there was no power at all Well I travel with a portable battery charger which I hauled out of the back and as SOON as I powered it on once connected to the battery the car sprang to life with the alarm going offThe car was parked in the back and an attendant bumped it at some point stuffing a car in front of it Now there was no permanent damage, but I noticed the front trim peace was popped loose from its fasteners under the headlights so they bumped it enough to push that out of place, and likely left the other car butted up against it with the alarm going off No one bothered to deal with it so the alarm and lighting were on until the battery died Battery recharged itself no problem once I gave it some juice and a bit of a rough start but I’m sure its life span is lowered from being fully dischargedI was able to push the facia back in place but I know I treated every car I parked like I owned it if you are going to double or triple stack the cars find a better system to avoid bumps, or just create more space and let customers do it ourselves

We rented the bunk bed suite and loved the partition rolling door for privacy Close to tram to Disney Relaxing stay although we went to Disney, beds were comfortable Did not use pool, but looked very nice Front desk staff was helpful and very friendly Will definitely stay again if in the area

It was our first stay at this hotel We came for a family Disney vacation We are very impressed and happy with our stay

Breakfast had so much variety and changed every morning Very clean and the staff was nice and helped with whatever we requested We took the toy story bus which was about a 3 minute walk from the hotel The pool and hot tub was nice also We will be staying again!

Overall we were happy with the hotel The staff was friendly Rooms were clean

It is next to The Disneyland parking lot that made it nice to ride the shuttle That was a big plus The one issue we had was breakfast It ends at 9:30 They start putting it away at 9:15 and stop stocking it at 9:00 And are not lenient or friendly about it Flat out they shut the doors at 9:30 Overall I would recommend just don’t be late for breakfast

First time staying hereWe had a two queen bed room Plenty of room and a mini refrigerator

The room seemed up to date to me and was in great shapeI didn’t encounter the housekeeping staff, but found our room nicely clean when we returned from our convention daysStaff throughout the facility were friendly and helpfulWe patronized the ice cream/sweets shop, Starbucks and their convenience store The prices were higher than back home, but I’ve never been to California before, so I don’t know local pricing And I know you’re paying extra for convenienceIt I return to Anaheim, I will definitely stay here again!

The rooms are really nice but the beds are pretty hard The food at the restaurants was great and the beer selection was good too Nice having a Starbucks and 3 places to eat in the hotel

Not crazy over priced either The lobby level pool was small but nice We had a great time here The shuttle to Disneyland was also great We will be back for sure!

Thinh Luu

Rooms was mediocre It was clean enough but we expected better from a 4 star hotel Front desks were nice and helpful

Real Starbucks right in the Lobby which was a huge bonus We reserved a King bed but only got a Queen bed Parking is ~28 a day for self parking All pools had no life guard Shuttle to Disney was ~6 for adults and a little cheaper for kids

This was a really great hotel really close to the parks The beds were extremely comfortable as most Marriott brands are Nice bathroom although they only provided small bottles for shampoo and conditioner

We booked a rate that included parking, but if not you do have to pay per day They do allow you to keep the car parked there all day even after checking out so you can enjoy yourself in the park The breakfast was also included in our rate, but it was around $10 per item We purchased the bistro sandwich which was very filling and very delicious Would definitely recommend including this in your next Disneyland vacation

Devon Bateman

The hotel was located about a 20 minute walk to Disneyland and California Adventure Check-in staff were friendly and helpful however the cleaning staff did not meet my expectations The hotel was only cleaning rooms upon request

I requested cleaning every second day and when done, surfaces were not wiped down, towels were not replenished, in room coffee was not refilled and when requested only decaf was provided One day they didn’t even clean the room despite making a request The bistro restaurant initially had a limited menu when we arrived but eventually served the entire menu The food was good however at times it was very busy and service was slow during those times The pool, hot tub and wading pool were nice and towels replenished regularly

We are Disney Magic Key holders and often drive up from San Diego for the day/night to go to the parks We have stayed all over Anaheim, and this was one of our favorite stays The hotel is ~15 min walk directly on the main road to the park entrance & conveniently located near a promenade of restaurants

The room was comfortable, updated & a decent size Nice bathrooms/showers Also was impressed with the pool compared to other places we’ve stayed But the standout of our trip was Joe who helped us at the front desk Little did Joe know, we were having a pretty tough week He went above and beyond to help us get situated at the hotel, gave us information about the shuttles to the parks & was just overall so kind His kindness went such a long way Thank you, Joe, for your hospitality – we will be back!

We have stayed here going on 7 years for almost every trip we taken to Disneyland I have always had pleasant interactions with their staff They provide a full continental breakfast and the rooms are always clean

The pool and hot tube are a great amenity as well, my son always loves it here While it’s nothing fancy it’s certainly worth the money and the quick 10 min walk to the parks They did some updates to the room over the last few years that are very appreciated The value of this hotel is a real gem and we will continue to stay here for years to comeI do recommend asking for a room away from the parking garage as it does get really noisy at night on that side of the building But otherwise we really enjoy staying here!

This is my second time visiting this location and I would return on my next trip to Disneyland The walk is really short (we were two adults but I think kids could do this no problem)We had a 2 bed room and it was clean! This has been increasingly important since COVID

They’ll provide you with as many towels as you need so that they don’t need to come into your room unlike you want them toThe bathroom is small which was fine for us but would be difficult for a family with kids The door stuck, which again is not a big deal for us but with kids may be difficultThe pool is really nice! Plenty of room for many kids to play in and had plenty of chairs and umbrellas The water was salt water (I’m not sure if this is the norm in California, but I appreciated it over the smell of chlorine)Check in and check out was really easy, but make sure you check out a little early The room key was shut off 10 min before check out time (We got stuck at breakfast but made it back just before 11 Fully packed and just needed to grab the bags)Overall, I’d give it a 9/10 just because of the room key issue at the end of the trip Very family friendly and a great location!

Great choice for anyone visiting the area or Disneyland Check-in at the front desk was fairly quick, they had two employees working the front desk so I had no wait The employee that checked me in was friendly and professional

The rooms are good, not perfect or amazing but they aren’t dirty or smell bad They are a little dated so there is some wear and if you want to use the tv, it’s a little old so not too great Towels and sheets were clean and white, no stains or anything else, like I have seen in similar hotels Overall room was clean, even the unused corners had no dust Parking was free which I’m glad of since I found conflicting information from different sources There is also plenty of parking all around the property and buildings They have a pool, convenience type store, and laundry for guests but did not use any of those It is fairly close to Disneyland about a 10 – 15 minute walk Also, right next to the Garden Walk which is a little empty but I walked through twice to get coffee Overall, this will be one of my top choices when visiting the area

The staff were really friendly and polite We checked in a little after 4 and got a room that had the Disney fireworks view at night The room was spacious

It did had a strong smell when we walked in but figured it was from the cleaning in the bathroom The room is outdated but still functional as the beds were fine Wish there was a mini fridge in the room along with a fan in the bathroom The location overall was a nice spot as it is close to the Orange outlet mallCookies were delicious of course and they were nice to provide more when asking We would probably stay here again next time Hopefully by then they update the rooms

Shannen Stenerson

Nice hotel, rooms a but dated but overall great stay Hotel has parking at additional price Restaurant on site, Starbucks kiosk inside as well

Meeting room was well set up Hotel bar was busy, nice to see during these times Staff was friendly and went out of way to help Lobby is spacious and great spot to hang out Walking distance to orange outlets, and one exit away from downtown Disney

Our stay at the Doubletree was thoroughly disappointing I had 2 rooms for four nights and I would say it was the single worst stay I’ve ever had at a Hilton property Between work and personal travel I spend roughly 50 nights a year in hotels across North America so I have exposure to a variety of different properties

The staff at this particular hotel would be best described as cordial but apathetic It was a strange experience for me and completely out of step with other Hilton propertiesThere appears to be ongoing investment at the property and it is needed! The office chair in one of my rooms was worn to the point where there were holes through the seat with hardware sticking through! The shower would sometimes supply only hot water making showering impossible, fixtures in different public places were damaged and falling off the walls The pool was dirtyThe staff appeared to be in another world at times, for example: when I checked in my two different rooms I went through the full set of questions twice, presented my ID twice; not a big deal but very strange explaining a short time apart that I still don’t have a vehicle to park……?The most frustrating part of the whole stay was certainly related to the cleaning of one of our rooms We checked in Wednesday and asked for our room to be cleaned Thursday and Saturday We were out Thursday morning and stopped by our room early afternoon and it had not been cleaned so we went to the front desk to confirm it was booked, which they assured us it was Our room did not get cleaned that day We then stopped by the front desk Friday morning to ask that the room be cleaned as it was missed the day before, again we were assured it would be addressed Again as we returned in the evening nothing had been done At this point I spoke to the manager on duty and expressed that I felt this was unacceptable, they let me know they had no one to clean the room, there was nothing to be done, and there would be no consideration on my bill I also emailed the GM of the facility about our stay and have received no response Our room did get cleaned Saturday…… finallyI give this hotel 2 stars only because of location (walking distance to outlet mall and Angel’s Field) otherwise it would be one for sureFind another option, the room rate and brand of this hotel had me expecting a far better experience than what I had

I can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff was One guy always said, keep smiling as I would leave for the day The rooms were very nice and the mattress very, comfortable – slept great! The decor in the lobby was colorful and tastefully done

It was charming and inviting The breakfast area was also nice and they had a wonderful selection of coffee I didn’t get to use the pool because my days were so wonderfully full Thank you

Wonderful hotel about 9 minute drive or 30 minute walk from Disneyland They have a shuttle outside the hotel for convenience The Burger Place is a great restaurant and the food is delicious

The hotel is quiet and very clean The rooms are large, and nicely decoratedThe front desk staff are very friendly and eager to please I haven’t been to the pool, exercise room or hot tub but they also look very nice and are sheltered for privacy Regular housekeeping hasn’t resumed yet but not a big dealI booked on the Disneyland app and got an amazing deal with book two nights and third is free All total for three nights at a great hotel with a two day park hopper pass for Disney was $560Parking and wifi are free and no expensive resort fees Fantastic place to stay! So we booked this hotel to enjoy the Disney Parks I was trying stay within walking distance of the park and this hotel was great for us We actually stayed here two times

If you don’t mind walking a bit, which we had 2 small children in a stroller, it is great It’s about 1/2 mile from the Disney parking structure which you can hop on the tram or walk all the way to Downtown Disney which is probably about one mileThe hotel itself I think is a hidden gem It is a newer hotel, I believe built in the last 4 years The amenities are great, rooms are decent, not the cleanest I’ve been in but still good There is a free hot breakfast everyday that has good options for all The staff is awesome and very helpful There is also social events on certain nights of the week with food and drinks, some for the adults too (beer & wine)Overall for the price in comparison to the closer hotels and Disney branded ones too, this hotel is quite the bargain I enjoy this hotel a lot and will be staying again

This is a great hotel as far as location and staff friendliness goes Everywhere you go there is staff shortages so the reviews I read here prior about housekeeping etc etc you get that anywhere now so deal with it and expect times where you don’t get that daily housekeeping but when we asked for towels in the morning it was in our room when we got back after a long day at Disneyvand they removed the garbage as well The staff here are really friendly and very good people

Morning breakfast is good and evening manager reception is a nice touchWalking distance to Disneyland which is a bonus If you don’t want to walk the entire distance grab the Disney Tran which is halfway though your walk on Disneyland Drive This hotel is idea for families Like any hotel with ton’s of guests with kids it will get busy and noisy but for the most part most parents kept their kids under control which is greatOur room faced the back of Disney so we saw the fireworks from our room which was a bonus We didn’t use the pool but saw several families there enjoying itFor the price you pay for the room the value is there for you given how close you are to the Parks and the free breakfast in the morning is a savings If you take advantage of the evening reception (Mon-Wed only) then there is an extra perk there for you as I loved having my free cold beer after a long dayThank you to all the hard working staff here at Staybridge Keep up the great work !

Alice Godwin

Hotel is clean and very close to Disney parks! Breakfast is great, and staff are friendly A great spot to stay for anyone looking to spend a few days around the Disney area!My only issue would be that we booked a 1 bedroom suite which was stated on the website to sleep 6, however, on arrival the receptionist told us the pull out bed was barely big enough for a child and that the room would be a squeeze for 4 adults, let alone 6 Bare this in mind when booking as the website says this room type can sleep 6 and that the pull out bed is a double! She did however work hard to find us a newly renovated room with a more spacious pull out bed, fantastic customer service!

Rooms were clean, but looked a bit old Bathroom felt a bit old and had the drain clog a bit, but not terrible Location was good

Around the corner from Target Didn’t eat breakfast here but they do have a nice coffee bar It’s down the street from Disneyland which you can walk, but the park shuttles were easy to use and right in front of the hotel

Donnie Donnie

The service is amazing, nice little quiet hotel About 10 mins from Disney, the shuttle comes right in front of the hotel no hassle or worries Breakfast buffet was great, the food was really good and again super quiet and nice

The hotel is walking distance to target and other food places to eat I love the fact they had a refrigerator so our snacks were nice and fresh The pool and spa were empty and quiet, perfect to wind down after a long day of walking Definitely coming back

Mayra Colon

The hotel is very well located; very close to Disneyland You can go to the park on foot Parking is available for guests

They have restaurant that serves breakfast at a reasonable price and the food is good The first room we were assigned smelled like fish I went down to the front desk to indicate it and the employee kindly changed us to a new room The rooms are spacious and comfortable But the conditions show little attention to details The shower curtain grommets were broken The bathroom vanity shows signs of wear The furniture and curtains in the room already look old and outdated The phone base was broken, although the phone worked The carpets have stains

Stayed for four nights on a short family vacation Pros: recently remodeled rooms, friendly staff, decent breakfast Cons: not enough staff to keep the hotel clean; there was a horrible vomit smell near the elevator for almost three days of our stay, pool water was cloudy and full of debris throughout our stay, a used bandaid was stuck on a table by the pool the entire time we were there, and due to hotel allowing guests of the shady Howard Johnson next door to use the hotel’s pool all of the pool towels disappeared

I think the employees are trying but the hotel’s management could do better to pay employees a livable wage as to not have a staff shortage and properly clean and maintain the property to the brand’s standard

Chris Tock (TickTockZoom)

Stayed here for a week and a half, room was very very nice abd recently remodeled, the ac unit was a bit loud The breakfast was always great especially the cinnamon rolls The staff was always friendly and answered any questions

My only cons were the relatively limited parking and that the building has only 1 elevator, so it gets a little cozy during busy times

Kathy C. Parker

Gentleman at the counter was pleasant and professional and got us registered quickly, which is nice after a 6 hour drive Lobby alway smelled fresh, unless it was breakfast time, then it smelled like bacon and eggs The complimentary breakfast has a lot of choices: pancakes, scrambled eggs or omelets, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, cinnamon rolls, orange juice, coffee, yogurt, fresh fruit, bagels and more

No screens on windows, so we could not open the windows to let cool air inNo fan in bathroom, which is a must Wifi was super slow or did not workWhen I booked room, I asked to be away from elevator, we were 2 doors from it We had to call room service for an issue and they responded very quickly Yes, I would stay here again
