The pandemic cutbacks have really made this place inferior to what the Marriott standard used to be We certainly can get by without daily maid service, however there was one tiny bar of soap for two nights for two people We had to move it back-and-forth between the shower and the bathroom

There’s in room coffee to make in the morning, but only enough for one out of two morningsBoth TVs were unplugged, and it took us a few minutes to figure out that we had to plug them in to get them to workThere was a clock radio, but the buttons to reset the time to the correct time only worked for minutes, but not for the hours I guess everyone travels with a cell phone, so the clock in the hotel is now superfluousThe computers were down when we checked in, and they had to take a photo copy of my drivers license and credit card Of course, they said they would shred it once it was entered, but in this day and age, businesses are not supposed to leave that information visible to employees at any timeWe called the front desk to ask for an hour delay at checkout time, but we still had someone knocking at our door half an hour before the promised checkout time to clean the roomThere is a morning coffee bar downstairs, but on a Sunday morning when it was busy, I had to ask for the cream containers to be refilled There were no stirring sticks, but I snuck a spoon from the buffet next-doorWe did have a lovely well presented buffet breakfast for a large groupThe room was clean, and almost everything else was in working order, although the shower drained extraordinarily slowly The room was clean, and everything seemed relatively new and freshHopefully as pandemic fueled staffing shortages improve, they will be able to undo some of the cuts that they’ve been forced to make

My wife and I had a night away and stayed here, close to our homeNice and clean hotel and roomSince my in-laws booked us the room as a surprise, they booked it through hotels

com instead of Bonvoy direct They were nice enough to honor my Gold Elite status and the amenities that are associated Very nice of themNice hotel, nice staff, and an a around solid property I will definitely stay here again for a local hotel

Mike Lurie

I will give you the good, and the not so good I hesitate to call it bad, because it really wasn’t terrible, but worth notingFirst, the good

Hotel staff were AMAZING! They were so friendly and helpful From the front desk staff to the breakfast staff to the bar staff – they could not be nicer With every interaction I felt like familyThe room was very spacious and very clean Every room is a suite, so there is a separate bedroom that can be closed from the remainder of the roomThe price was amazing, I wold have expected to pay much moreNow for the not so good I was there in early July, and it was hot outside However, the A/C in the hotel was on overdrive It was so cold in the hotel lobby, bar, and eating area you almost needed a coat or sweatshirt In fact I did see several older folks bundled up because it was so darn coldSame with my room When I first opened the door, I was surprised at how cold it was I had to turn off the A/C to get the room up to a manageable temperatureAnd while the room was super clean, you could tell it is in need of updating The bathroom was great, but not very bright And the sink drained very slowly Also, the hot water faucet would leak when the cold water was turned on, making a sizeable puddle on the counter All of these are easily fixed if they were to spend some time making regular updatesI am still providing 4 stars because the good far outweighs the not-so-good Will definitely stay there again, as it is close to highways and friends and family when I travel to Chicago

The service was great the rest of our stay was drab Stayed on the first floor There were very few guests so it was quiet

We ending up keeping the curtains closed as there was a lot of garbage scattered outside our windowOur room was basically empty and not very welcoming The beds were rough and the bed frame clanked any time you moved Mattress definitely needs replaced- no bugs but still not in the best or cleanest shape Seeing that the bathroom was somewhat recently redone was refreshingThe pool is tiny and unfortunately during our stay was full of garbage We kept pulling out piece of broken plastic cupsThe location isn’t the best and the entrance into parking lot is TERRIBLE but I don’t think that really part of this specific hotel Overall I don’t think I’ll be booking here again

Lorena Davis

Room was very clean It looks like they are in the process of updating the rooms Some things looked really new while the carpet was worn out

But I was just happy to have a nice clean room The beds are decent Not as comfortable as home, but definitely not too bad for an affordable hotel The pool is saltwater, which was a nice surprise Staff was super friendly and personable Location is awesome too Next to Dunkin Donuts which is a must, and a short distance from Gurnee Mills and Great America Breakfast looked great! They had biscuits and gravy and they had waffle irons out Unfortunately, I was in a hurry in the morning and didn’t have a chance to try it I will definitely stay here again when I’m in the area

cleophus arrington

Service was fine, and the cleanliness and sleep quality was fine as well, but this place gives off the vibes of an old hotel that has been given a fresh coat of paint, and some issues have seeped through the cracks Don’t pick this hotel if you’re looking for a classic family vacation destination, as there is no pool and no complimentary breakfast (But you can pay for breakfast items at the onsite cafe or use the fitness center that seems to have replaced what was a pool area

) Some small complaints are the lack of microwaves in the rooms and the mowing starting at 8:30am Monday morning The most inconvenient part of our stay was the poor quality of the mini fridge Not only was it impressively small, but it barely generated its own cold We had to put a bag of ice in there with our food to make sure it wouldn’t go bad, which was inconvenient due to the aforementioned lack of space

William Scruggs

Fam stayed here for couple nights Remodeled in September On going into room picked up hand towel to dry face and saw somebody had used it as buttwipe/TP

Immediately brought it up to front desk where they continually apologizedAfter kid saw towel and pulled a face they told us they would add points to account Still haven’t seen points or heard back since checkout

Jody Britton

First time staying in this location The hotel is beautiful, it’s clean and it’s quiet, but by far the friendliest front desk staff I have experienced to date Main reason for the review and will definitely be back

Chantil has been here every night, has greeted us, made conversation with us, remembers us and is just an all around pleasant person

Came into town for my sons PIR Check in process was very simple I even needed to make reservation changes during my stay because my son was getting weekend overnight liberty and we wanted to split time in the city

They waived fees and helped us with dinning options Our room was great, clean, and we loved having a full fridge, stove, and dishes to eat and hang out with family and our SR comfortably My son has A school here so we will be back to see him again and will certainly be staying here!!! Thanks for everything to the GM and Chad for all your help

Thomas Barntsen

Pros: Room was a suite with kitchenette for under $70, so it was a pretty good value It was reasonably clean, and the bed was comfortableThe breakfast was decent – all individually wrapped packaged food, like breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, oatmeal

Cons: there were a couple broken alcohol bottles on the sidewalk between buildings My room also had very little soundproofing from outside noise, and the furnace was very loud, kicking on every fifteen minutes or so

Christine Canty

**update** After staying at this hotel for 22 nights (checking in and out over several weeks,) I will not earn any points or upgraded member perks, because I booked through United which was still cheaper than booking through the members website that has a discountFor work, I have stayed at several different hotels in the area I prefer this one, because this is an extended stay suite where you have a full refrigerator, 2 burner stove top, dishwasher, and kitchen with dishes

I have not had time to use the amenities Pets are accepted The rooms are not very sound proof The person on 2nd/3rd shift is super friendly and easy to talk with

Looked very promising when I walked in Room seemed clean at first glance but once you look closer you see it could use a lot of work Bed was comfortable

Tiles in bathroom were cracked I took a shower and stood in almost knee high water by the end of it and found some trash in a cabinet that looked like it had been there for years Wont be staying here again

Timothy Harding

Front desk employee was sitting in the back room while I waited over 10 minutes at the front desk to check in They should get a bell if that is how they operate Bathroom was not very clean and room had only hand towels

No actual bath towels could be found and of course I noticed this at 5:30am Ordered pizza from my favorite place with plans on taking it home to my family Put it in the refrigerator only to notice when I was leaving that they have them turned off So all my food was ruined I will definitely be finding a new place to stay while coming to the area

Stacy Redmond

I recently booked a double suite for my grandson’s birthday and the accommodations were horrible I’ve stayed here many times and never had an issue they didn’t handle but , this time was different The entire kitchen in the room had issues

The garbage disposal went out and backed up the sink, dishwasher was receiving dirty water from backed up sink/disposal, one burner on stove didn’t work, and surface light on microwave didn’t work Called for maintenance and was told 15 minutes well, a hour and a half later I called again to reach Anastacia at the front desk who was NO HELP I was told there was no maintenance or house keeping available but, she could move us to two rooms Again, it was a birthday party and I had 5 small children and had decorated the room and was cooking dinner on the one burner we had So, I explained why moving wasn’t an option and asked about the bill Anastacia’s response was “I’m not touching your bill but I can offer the two rooms At no time outside of the two rooms did she offer any other solution At which time I tried contacting the General Manager So we’ll see what happens because this was poor treatment of a customer

If there were “0” stars available, this property would receive below it The room we booked online, was not the room we walked into When we inquired, we were told “they” (whoever that was) overbooked the hotel

The room was adjacent to the lobby, steps away from the elevator and dining area Additionally, when I tried to get back into my room after discussing with the front desk, found my card key did not work I went back to the front desk and was given a new key We were traveling with our grandson and went down to check out the pool Once again, none of our keys worked to get back into our room and our dog was on the other side of the door Back again to the front desk and now the manager on duty tried, also to no avail I mentioned it was probably not the card key but something internal with the lock itself This finally resolved itself Fast forward to midnight, all of us sound asleep, when an entire party, not certain if wedding or otherwise, proceeded to chatter up a storm for about a half an hour, this along with the elevator dinging every couple of minutes I was concerned our grandson would wake up with all the noise No one from the front desk came to ask them to quiet it down! It finally settled down, until around 4:00am, when the elevator started dinging again People were leaving and had no respect for other guests and again nothing was said from management I was more than livid Having been in Hospitality and knowing the difference between right and wrong, this was wrong on so many levels When we checked out and I asked for our room to be comped, I was told the best they could do was approximately $40 I asked to speak to a manager and was told she was the manager In my dealings in the industry, this was unacceptable In leaving, I mentioned I would be taking this to social media and was told, “okay” This was in May, but my first chance to voice my dissatisfaction with the hotel We will never stay here again, not recommend and think twice before staying at a Holiday Inn Express again

Laurie Ann Cox

Best hotel we’ve stayed at when going back home to visit the kids and grandkids Cozy, clean, our room was spacious and I’ve never seen a bathroom mirror that is lit up around the whole edge, and when you shower it only fogs up around the edge next to the lighted edge I’ve never slept so good in my whole life, I want this bed in my house

The employees were all friendly and worked with us when we arrived early for our reservation, then when we had to extend our stay to give us the best possible price The only downside is not anything to do with the hotel, but other guests with dogs We travel with 2 small dogs and always clean up after them Other guests just leave their dogs waste everywhere, it was disgusting Winter cold and snow is no excuse to not clean up after your dog, but I believe they wouldn’t clean up after their pets no matter the weather SO IF YOU TRAVEL WITH YOUR PETS AND CAN’T CLEAN UP AFTER THEM PERHAPS YOU SHOULD LEAVE THEM HOME OR BETTER YET YOU SHOULD STAY HOMEPERIOD RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE, THINKING THAT CLEANING UP AFTER YOUR PET DIDN’T APPLY TO YOU YOU AGREE TO IT WHEN SIGNING INTO THE HOTEL PEOPLE LIKE YOU MAKE HOTELS PET FREE AND A PAIN FOR THOSE OF US THAT DO FOLLOW THE HOTELS RULES AND CLEAN UP AFTER OUR PETS!! I’m sure y’all are pulling the “Karen” card but when I’m trying to find a clean spot for my pet to go on and there isn’t because others left dog poop everywhere, it pisses me off The hotels should use outdoor cameras and put on the agreement you sign when you bring your pets that you will be charged extra when you are viewed on camera not cleaning up after your pets That would be awesome!

The company I work for choose this hotel because it was close to the company The rooms were big and clean Comfy bed and clean bathroom

The room was was squeaky clean, our dogs sniffed but didn’t find anything new ( Yes, that’s happened before but not here) Staff was friendly, courteous and professional, all the common areas were kept up very well, each chair or station in the pool/fitness area had a towel waiting for whoever went to use that item next Great breakfast if that’s something that is important to you! Hot items, fruit, yogurts, toasters for your use, surpassed my expectations for a hotel breakfast

Nothing short of a good stay and would recommend

This was a wonderful stay! The staff was wonderful upon check-in and check out We stayed in a King Suite Jan 21, 2022 for my son’s graduation for boot camp at Great lakesThey had plenty of hot breakfast both days we stayed

And a room to watch the graduation if you didn’t get a ticket! The bed was so cozy, I wanted to take it home with us!! My kids loved the pool and the kitchenette was the perfect size for making a snack or light mealHair dryers kept me from running outside in the freezing air with wet hair!!! A huge plus for this Florida girl Loved the coffee and hot cocoa bar!!I cannot say enough about how accommodating and helpful the staff was!

Then when I arrived, they were very attentive Second, my room was ready, very clean and comfortable Third, the rate was reasonable Fourth, great location in relation to O’Hare airport Hope to stay here the next time I’m in the area

This was one of the worst experience ever I can’t believe how they lied this is not a 4 nothing hotel It’s ants all over the rooms they are not cleaning the rooms like they are supposed to

No microwave in the room The bathroom was still dirty Someone used it didn’t flush the toilet My key didn’t work to my room we tried 3 times before she gave me another key When I told her about the ants she said well it’s ants everywhere I’m sure the purpose of saying that

Heya Howdy

I had a horrible experience just trying to book a room for this weekend My son is graduating from boot camp and my ex-husband and I wanted to get separate rooms in the same hotel so the kids could go back and forth from room to room I booked a 2 night stay on their website, and got an email verifying so

4 days after booking my room I called to check on something and was told my reservation could not be located The hotel could not even find my info using my confirmation number After 3 different people and 30 minutes of wait time, I was told my reservation was cancelled the same day I booked it No answer as to why or by whom I didn’t cancel it The hotels system obviously had made a mistake or error Without trying to help me or offer any customer service whatsoever, I was told the hotel was now fully booked and I had to look elsewhere Even tho I still had my email showing when and what I had previously booked! How sad they didn’t even offer any help at all! Luckily I was able to find a room at another hotel close by My ex-husband said they had also messed up his reservation but he was able to fix it in time Please be VERY careful of booking on line with them If you do take that chance please follow up after doing so I will not be booking with them again as I’ve seen how they handle their own customer service issues

Traci Walker

We came here because my son was graduating from The Navy Boot Camp which was 15 minutes away The rooms were very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful I came a second time to visit about a month later and had arrived early

My room was not ready yet so they offered me an upgraded room so I can get in a room instead of waiting in the lobby for a few hours I was very happily surprised and very comfortable There are stores and restaurants literally across the street so that was pretty handy too Very nice place and Devan at the desk was very helpful and friendly I highly recommend!! Plus great complimentary breakfast spread in the morning

Viraj Summers

People are friendly Location is great But if your stay in long then get ready to clean your own room

I had asked for a cleaning for the room on the 3rd day, since I had 2 kids and 2 dogs But they said no, and gave me sheets So I had to make my own beds It was disappointing There was NO point in cleaning the room the day before I was checking out I would not stay here again

This place is not as advertised I stayed here for five days on business and the wifi worked for only one of those days There were some crunched up Cheerios on the floor next to my bed on check-in

Mid-week I asked the front desk to vacuum them up since it was not happening during the day The woman wrote it down on a slip of paper The next day my bed linens were changed (which I did not ask for or need) but the Cheerios remained No internet makes it difficult to work from this hotel Businesspeople may wish to book elsewhere

Everything from check in to check out was great!! The front staff clerk was extremely friendly The room was very spacious and clean Loved the accessible shower which made bathing the kids a whole lot easier

The beds were very comfy!!! The surrounding area was very nice and the hotel was not too far from things we needed The pool and hot tub were very nice, was a bit smaller than the other Hampton we stayed in but was still nice none the less We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here to stay again!! The entire hotel was so clean and smelled fresh which is a huge selling point for us

Katie Sweet

Hotel was great for the price range and family friendly Our initial room had a window leak and we were moved to the other Suite which was wonderful The staff also was really helpful each time our door cards failed for whatever reasons

The room itself was quiet even though it was right by an entry door Breakfast was great! The only thing was the pool area had a few really gross areas outside of the pool

angela decaro

Our company uses this hotel I have been here the last 3 nights I am leaving today Since day one I have notified the front desk that our shower does not get hot water and we need to change roomsThree different desk clerks have denied my request

their solution was telling me to run the water longer which did not resolve anything leaving us with 3 days of cold showers Our company will not be using this hotel moving forward

Went to check in on 7/14 and upon arrival the front desk person was outside as I was walking in He asked “are you checking in” and I said “yes” He said “well let me see if your room is ready because it might not be”

The time was later than 130pm My train was very late getting in After looking at a monitor for 2 seconds he said “your rooms not ready” He didn’t call the cleaning ladies to find out how long it would be and just said come back at 3pm which I understand is check in time I explained to him that I am a diamond elite member and I requested a 2pm check out He said he could do 1pm and would have to see how the reservations worked out and let me know I again explained to him that I am a diamond elite member which means I stay at IHG Properties a lot He did not care and honestly his customer service skills were off right from seeing him at the door Like I said, I’ve stayed at numerous IHG properties and I’m always greeted with a good evening or good morning, once they check me in they thank me for being a diamond elite member and remind me of points that I would get, sometimes even a bottle of water I walked past that lobby to go out at least 6 times and not a person at that desk opened their mouth to say anything Only the breakfast lady spoke When I checked out the same guy was at the desk and when I put my keys in the return he didn’t say “thank your for your stay or have a good day” and I checked out today With that being said the conditions of the rooms were very dated, patched up holes in the walls, chipped paint and the sofa bed look like it was picked up off a street corner Definitely will not stay at this holiday inn express again

That Girl

Good location, in hotel row near a few decent places to eat or Walmart walkable

Affordable rates, indoor pool, decent breakfast Bedding linens a bit dingy and tattered That old synthetic cheap kind that cling to you when u sleep… owner should upgrade, they are horrible to sleep under But staff was friendly, all in all a pleasant stay

This was by far my worst experience in ANY hotel ever! Check-in was horrible: received key cards to room that was broken The cleaning ladies were VERY helpful in getting us situated I honestly will never book her even for free

I understand it’s hard to deal with the public but you get paid to do a job I also found ants in our room I was so disgusted with my initial service I refused to bring the problem up to the front desk and went to the local store and bought some insects killer Outside of having a great location this was definitely not the best of what Holiday Inn should be

The hotel itself is great! Everyone at the front desk was really nice! The only complaint we had was that the shuttle driver was not a great driver at all- he drove real slow, changed lanes recklessly, cared more about the radio station rather than getting all of us back to the hotel When he came back to pick us up from the wedding venue (which he was very late), he told us all that he hated us and then said he was kidding, but it wasn’t professional to say anywayAgain, the hotel was great! Comfortable beds, complimentary breakfast and kind staff

I would just avoid the shuttle if possible

ZERO STARS! Both pillows had BLOOD 🩸🩸🩸 on them! We’re not talking about hair on towels We’re talking about biohazard ☣️☣️☣️☣️☣️ Human pathogen! This is beyond unacceptable, even in “normal” times, let alone during a pandemic

I told the front desk and the lady didn’t care She said what do you want me to do about it, I don’t have another room! I had to sleep in my car and they wouldn’t refund anything NEVER STAY HERE!!! 🛑

Had an extended stay at this residence inn, the staff were all wonderful, friendly and accommodating I’d like to specifically mention Miriam the breakfast host- she was a highlight of my stay! Always so friendly, kind and thoughtful She clearly put so much love into her work and it shows

She made my mornings a little brighter! I would recommend this hotel to anyone, not only for cleanliness but for superior hospitality

Brianna Drevlow

I have been staying at this location weekly since January 2022 The staff has been nothing short of incredible and welcoming In particular, the night lead, Jared, has been very kind and thoughtful, ensuring my stay is the best it can be

He even goes the extra step to include things like extra water and towels, upgrades when possible, and evening putting out my favorite candy in the front desk candy dish when I am there! The rooms are very clean, the property is well-kept, and the breakfast areas are safely maintained While I initially chose to stay there due to it being close to my work location, I now regularly go back there because they truly take care of me I recommend staying here if you are in need of a long-term stay option!

Dee Humphrey

Quality hotel What truly makes this a 5/5 stay verus any other Marriott hotel is the INCREDIBLE staff In particular, Miriam (the breakfast host/chef) has the best hospitality and kindest soul Some mornings I would arrive after the breakfast was closed from an overnight shift at the hospital and she would save me a breakfast sandwich in a bag to make sure I didn’t miss out

She is something special!!

Went here for an Amazon interview, beautiful place Seems like an amazing place to stay I never stayed here but it would be on my bucket list

To stay at an double tree by HiltonSuper cleanA lot of parking space, an couple of restaurants and gas stations are close by

Jessica Stallings

This specific hotel itself was great Stuff happens and things break My room was almost $250 for my kids and I

This was supposed to be a special experience and memory for them as it was their first competition They are young Didn’t need to purchase a hotel room we don’t live that far but wanted them to be well rested Both AC units could not keep up with the room It happens I didn’t make a big deal about it because I work outside for the most part all year round Was still trying to make it a positive, memorable experience for my two Littles Maintenance couldn’t come till 9pm The room on both sides were close to 80 Staff and management were kind, respectful, and did what they can Hilton however, their customer service was incompetent, unprofessional, and wasted my time The hotel itself has no way to help in this situation after you leave because the advance payment was through Hilton DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE OR THROUGH HILTON Pay Doubletree if possible

Sandra Revnell

The room was on the small side but clean Generally speaking, the décor of the hotel is both drab and dated The hotel appeared short-staffed, with only one person attending the front desk

As a result, all attempts to call the front desk were in vain – they went unanswered If you need to stay here, use the app and digital key to check-in — you will wait at the front desk for far too long to get a room key

This review is based on my experience staying one time, for two nightsWe enjoyed our stay We love that it’s pet friendly The bed was comfortable

The breakfast was just okay The staff was very nice We would/will stay there againThe sofa was a bit worn and uncomfortable to sit on A fridge was placed in the closet that used to have a door The click and lock flooring is very cheap, but maybe by design since they allow pets

Lisa Zhu

The staff is really nice, the lobby has plenty of space for hanging out with friends The breakfast shop offerings are affordable and look great The only big problem I have is with how little sound proofing the rooms have

For the whole night I was listening to bathroom flushes in the adjacent rooms And starting from about 6am I started hearing banging of doors because of how the room doors are designed to slam, very loudly, especially through thin walls Then the vaccuming in the hallway started around 7am I get it, it’s not a 5-star luxury hotel, but I think some little things can improve to make the stay more enjoyable

Lewis Kay

The staff was nice, but I cannot say the same about our stay We had adjoining rooms and both were horrible!! Mold was in the ceilings and there was a stench of sewage The couches were soiled, food was on the wall, and the headboards, bed skirts and sheets were all dirty

The sinks were slow to drain, feces was on the toilet and the shower doors would not stay closedAnts were crawling between our beds, on the bathroom walls and floors, which were also spacing Housekeeping did not change our linen while we were away, as requested, and because of the issues we kept encountering, they switched our room 3 times My children and I were very displeased by the upkeep of this hotel property and opted to end our getaway However, there is a $50 early departure fee, totaling $100 for both rooms As for customer service: After submitting a complaint and photos of our stay, a representative’s email stated it was “hard to get in touch with me due the time difference” No one has followed up with me since

This is by far the BEST Hilton property we have visited I worked in front office hospitality for 3 years and we lodge in hotels for my husbands work often so I am usually very picky…honestly I haven’t found a single thing to critique about this property!Niki and Leo from breakfast are so delightful My two year old daughter especially loves the extra attention “Miss Niki” shows her in delivering her breakfast with love

Niki also is so friendly to every guest that comes down I never see anyone leave with a frown She has a super power of de-escalating grumpy guestsIsrael’s breakfast is on point, he makes everything fresh and as you order so everything turns out perfect every timeEveryone from the front office has also been so helpful with anything we need help with Greg has been super helpful to create an efficient check-in and helps us with securing a parking spot to charge our carCleaning staff has been on top of everything, they keep all common areas so clean and fresh I was super impressed to see that when they mop the floors, they have a second person come by to dry so no slippery floor!Great job to the hiring management for staffing this hotel Seriously, this property should be used as an example to other properties that are opening

Hotel was pretty good Room was standard, felt a bit aged and non-updated It was quite annoying that the restaurant wasn’t open since it stated that the hotel had an on-site restaurant when I booked it, with no mention of it being closed, and no other option close enough to walk to

The breakfast was good, except I felt like I over paid by booking a room with breakfast included as I only ate from the cold buffet, which was ~$6 a day If you’re more of a hot food (ie omelettes, pancakes, waffles, etc) breakfast person, it’s probably a good deal, as that was $14 a day if I remember correctlyOverall it was a good stay

Ashley Odett

Very pleased with my stay here March 14-15th Hotel lobby and rooms were clean and inviting Rooms have great wifi and ethernet hookups, which was convenient for both personal and business use

Staff here is excellent! They were very accommodating in the lobby area while we had a small gathering during our stay Can’t speak highly enough of the service received from the dinner/bar staff during both breakfast and dinner hours Front desk staff was also friendly and informative regarding any questions that I had during my stay I was slightly disappointed to see the pool and hot tub closed during this time for cleaning, but glad to see it was being done, and felt no inconvenience as staff had already made arrangements for guests to use these facilities at a separate hotel adjacent to the parking lot 5/5 will definitely be staying here again next time I am in the area
