Very quaint and nice rental room over main town home Coworker had local family business to attend to and put me up for the night in “Master Suite On The 6th Green” at Eagle Crest Resort #1967 Various trails to hike/walk with abundant natural wildlife to see

Beautiful greens, friendly thoughtful locals with inviting shopping and dining Appropriately priced for a Resort getaway I look forward to returning on a personal basis to relax in a rural local setting Its a short hop from Idaho and a good option for meeting like minded local folk with good values Eagle Crest Resort has wonderful views and excellent choice of amenities for all price ranges with seasonal activities to suit all ages Yup, recommended Best, A

First, it’s a 5-star resort Tons of amenities and things to do Beautiful grounds, square miles of grounds, trees, multiple swimming pools, sports facilities, hiking trails along the river, on and on

The staff is highly trained, obviously, in hospitality Very courteous and caring, trying super hard to do a good job The room was clean The beds were comfortable for me I didn’t need EIGHT HUGE PILLOWs but just goes to show you how hard they’re trying Sliding glass door right out onto a lawn next to a beautiful golf course But the best part was even though they were pretty full on July 4th, it was quiet Not one sound all night for two nights Totally 100% quiet Never heard the neighbors TV, or any voices, or any plumbing This is how Hotels are supposed to be 5 Stars All The Way!

John Hayes

Property is beautiful, but you hear everything in the hotel rooms Every step above you, the dog barking next door, so much for getting any sleep

I called the front desk and was actually hung up on for expressing the situation, wow!!Decor is dated as others have said; the saving grace is the setting outdoors and the access to nearby activities

I’m posting here because the shuttle driver is really rude the morning of 6/16/2022 I had a run in with him before They need to slow down when going in and out of parking lots

Anything over 15 mph is reckless driving He was in a big hurry this morning Someone could get hurt driving that fast Whatever his attitude is about needs to get looked at

LBDC

Well (they stole my charger)Basically forgot my fast phone charger in the room It is a more expensive charger Called the same day about it and after the front desk said found it I asked the guy to tag it with my name and said I would be back that month to get it back

He said okey it is here tagged with your nameCame back exactly 30 days later and they could not find my charger The very ignorant in tech girl at the front desk offered me a “similar” charger and even said that to someone else she tried offering a similar one Well guess what IT WAS NOT SIMILAR AND NOT MINE!!!! So if someone sees a charger tagged with a name and decide to take it well for me this is stealing!!! So be careful staying there because they dont respect things with a named tagged on it and if they find your iphone they may offer you a Samsung and say thatwell we offered you a similar one and you did not accept it So now take ita similar review but this one has 1 start not 5but it is similar okey? Obs: they never cared about fixing this problemno one called meno one looked worried about it Tipical behavior of thieves

We recently spent a night at the Sleep Inn & Swuites in Redmond, Oregon The room was spacious, clean and comfortable We enjoyed a nice soak in the hot tub after a day of traveling

The staff was very courteous, especially the staff member who was running the breakfast area The pumpkin flavored waffles in the breakfast area were an unexpected treat! We will definitely stay here again when we are back in Redmond!!

Our first stay at the Riverhouse was a great experience The staff was very friendly when checking in and throughout our entire stay The room and hotel overall was very clean and updated

They provided fast and yummy room service The indoor pool was amazing for our children they absolutely loved it Another super big plus for us also is they are pet friendly There are so many beautiful places to walk with your dog along the river We highly recommend this hotel and will be staying there every time we are in Bend

Bob Morris

Great place! Enjoyed the heated pool when we got in It’s open to 10pm The bar looked good

People were having a fun time The restaurant was busy for dinner It was a little bit pricy for us We ended up eating at Olive Garden Breakfast is available for an extra charge The room is big and bed is very comfortable The bathroom has a nice sized tub with a hot shower There are two sinks One is outside the bathroom for my wife Nice sized refrigerator and large screened TV We were on the first floor in the second building closest to the pool It worked out perfectly for us Since it was on the ground floor we had sliding doors to the outside This made it easy for packing and unloading car I would definitely recommend this Hotel for staying!

Craig Flexen (C. F.)

We were over booked and arrived just before midnight – after driving 9hrs, just to be told that there wasn’t a room for us The person who was working the night desk basically said it wasn’t there problem – the company also didn’t call us to let us know, and didn’t even try to find us accommodations somewhere else It was nearly 2 by the time we were able to check in somewhere else

The place looked nice but I don’t think the service matches the quality

While I was slightly nervous the elevator would stop working while I was on it either one of the two times I used it instead of the stairs, the staff more than made up for that From the breakfast staff, to the housekeeping ladies, the front desk and everyone else, they were so friendly and helpful The rooms were nice, except the shower head that shot water all over

stephon baez

They have gorgeous rooms with kind staff I loved my room and the view What turned me off is there were clothes in the drawer not mine

There was food in the sink and there were flies which took me an hour to kill them all If it wasn’t for the fact that I was driving for almost 13hrs straight I would have went to the front and got another room

Bryanna Kivela

Looks good by the reserving process on the app But once you get there, the entrance is awkward with only one way in and out Parking to the left is all on a downhill slope with one car width

You have to go all the way to the bottom to turn around and then drive back up (Which is fine unless another car is coming towards you)The room was clean But we had a melt down of our child when we were informed upon check-in that the pool was closed due to maintence (specifically said that was the reason, not Covid, as the disclaimer on the app states could happen) If we would have known this, we would have chosen a different hotel And its ironic it was down for maintenence on a long holiday weekend A worker of the hotel suggested the community pool a few miles away But that would have cost to get in and we just paid higher prices for the holiday weekend expecting the pool amenity Upon check out I asked to speak to the manager about any credits or discount, due to this lack in expectation and amenities Manager refused to come out and receptionist said there as nothing she could do We are undecided if we will stay here again, because the rest was good

My husband, toddler and I just visited Brasada Ranch for his birthday/ Valentine’s Day and we cannot say enough positive things! It was our first trip as a family and our sweet girl had the time of her life and we soaked up every second watching the smile on her face and precious family time! Our favorite thing was the equestrian center! Our babe is only 2 so she wasn’t able to do horseback riding, we fortunately met Chris while feeding the horses and he immediately welcomed us and was so kind! He offered to meet us on our way out to show our horse loving daughter around the equestrian center and pet and brush a horse Laredo was the sweetest horse I’ve ever seen So patient and I never had a single worry with my young girl

Chris showed us such genuine love and kindness, the work he does there is incredible and selfless serving It was a time we will never forget!! Chris treated us like family and loved seeing our daughter so joyful as much as we did!The pool, kid center, and cabins were all lovely as well We will no doubt be back and recommend this for a family trip no matter how young your children!

Stopped by here for Father’s Day Dinner We did not stay at the resort so I cannot comment on the rooms but from a distance they look very appealingOnto the food

The fried tomato appetizer was refreshing and a great start to what was to comeService is extremely fast and professional We experienced above average personalized service and we’re very pleased with our waitressSalmon was cooked perfectly and blended fully with tasteful SaladBlackened scallops were prepared just right and had the perfect balance of taste and flavor Placed atop a bed of grits with corn and peppers mixed in Extremely tasty and highly recommendPizza was also delightful and full of flavorWe highly recommend this place as long as you’re willing to take a 25 to 30 minute drive from Bend For us, the drive and views are well worth it

Rachel M

This is my new favorite place to relax The adult pool isn’t overly crowded The staff is fantastic (and I was a little high maintenance)

The food was great The massage and horse rides were fantastic I do wish the food and bar at the pool had longer hours, but that’s really all I could come up with as something to improve I’ll definitely be back

This place is not for everybody Humbling is the best way to describe this for golfers with even moderate skill level

Very unforgiving outside of fairways Absolutely world class course, and bucket list level experience Friendly staff, amazing facilities! Played the Fazio course, and it was very evident that my skill level was inadequate for the challenge, but challenge accepted

ANDREW SCHUHMANN

Angela at the front desk gave us VIP treatment even though we were notShe provided us with water and a ride to the horses for horseback riding Chris the owner was an awesome quide and we had a great time

Even though we were at the hotel for an hour or so all the employees seemed happy to be there and provided us with 5 Star treatment The difference between 4 stars and 5 is the little things such as holding doors open cleaning glass doors and offering water Thank you! We will be back

David Do

The golf course was great and the resort itself is very nice I would come back for those experiences The reason for such a low rating is the customer service

Making reservations for rooms was miserable The group reservations team just stopped replying to emails in the middle of us trying to book rooms I had to call in a few times to chase someone downThen leading up to our reservation I only received 2 confirmation emails when I booked 3 rooms For two weeks we called and emailed every contact at Pronghorn and no one responded to our emails or voicemailsWe were very worried we wouldn’t have a room to sleep until we arrived They were sold out of rooms, so we had to search everyday for a cancellation and luckily found one We ended up having all rooms bookedThe worst part is upon arriving they knew exactly who I was because I had been trying to contact everyone They apologized and said it was a staffing or technical error I just don’t understand why they saw my outreach and didn’t have the courtesy to respond while letting a lot of people worry about if they would have a room to sleep After a lot of complaining all they gave were a few free drink ticketsNow I have another email out because they overcharged me on one of the roomsAbsolutely unacceptable service for such a nice resort

It was a decent stay The place is no smoking but on the top floor, where we stayed, we could clearly smell that cannabis and tobacco had been used The windows were very dingy

The beds were comfortable and the room we had was otherwise quite clean We had a 2 queen room and it didn’t feel cramped We very much appreciated the size The staff were pleasant but elusive due to low contact measures The breakfast had lots of options and was well prepared Definitely a convenient addition We would definitely stay here again

Breana Miller

I really enjoyed my stay here It was reasonably priced, and very clean and quiet So many hotels you can hear everything going on in the hallway, there was a couple loud people talking outside my door and I had no idea until I went out of my room

The room itself was spacious and the bed was comfy, the tv was large and proportional to the room Even with the homeless encampment behind the hotel I felt safe and it was quiet at night no one but hotel guests were in the parking lot The front desk employees were accommodating and very friendly Only downfall is I normally travel with my dog and they don’t accept pets I will return to this Best Western again!

Randy Heald

Terrible experience, especially for a BW Plus We booked a King Suite, Separate Bedroom room for three nights We arrived early and found a sign on the front desk saying they would be back in 5 minutes

We waited 20 minutes and when no desk clerk arrived we left, had lunch, and came backStill no one at the front desk and we waited another 30 minutes Finally a desk clerk arrived and checked us in We went to our room and found the very cold and the heater was brokenWe returned to the front desk and asked for another room The desk clerk had to go check the heater and then confirmed the heater was broken He told us it would be a short wait for a room so we sat and waited another 20 minutesFinally the manager arrived and gave us another room We arrived at the new room to find it was a small king bed room with a separate office desk room We returned to the front desk and the manager told us that they did not have any of the room types that we booked left So, we had her cancel our reservation and went to another hotelNot sure how they book a room for you and then don’t save a room for you I am a Platinum BW member and have never been treated this bad I will not return to this hotelPS- homeless encampment is set up along the street behind the hotel so park up front and keep your doors locked

The price was great! Husband and I had an amazing night of sleep in the Queen bed Not sure what mattresses and pillows they use, but very comfyIn all honesty, the place is older, but it’s kept clean

I really loved the kitchenette and full size fridge and freezer, we had a cooler full of food and drinks and it was a pleasant surpriseThey also provide an efficient continental breakfast spread in the office, juice machines and packaged pastries and boxed cerealsWe were in the area to spread my late sister’s ashes at Newberry Crater and visit familyThere’s a creek or irrigation ditch in the back of facility that had critters (nutria?) that my husband watched and took pics of, we like stuff like thatIt’s centrally located and lots of access to stores, restaurants, gas stations, etcWe would definitely stay again because the price was greatRecommend to anyone that likes a good bargain, no frills, and efficient

Cheapest place around on a holiday weekend Not a bad place for a night and friendly staffPros – price, location, pet friendly, mini fridge/microwave/coffee maker

Cons – dates rooms, very few outlets, small bed

Jenetta Coffey

We rode our motorcycles and looking for a spot to stay I indicated I needed a downstairs room Teasingly he said he had an upstairs room

Turned out I got a downstairs room with a kitchen and extra seating area for the same price as a regular room He even moved his car for our friends so that they could have their motorcycles out in front of their room Because someone else had taken their spot Wonderful people Meet a couple that have been going there for 5 years since said that they wouldn’t go anywhere else in Redmond

The room was spacious Location was great if you have dogs The grounds were beautiful

Service? Does that include room cleanliness? It’s really bad when you check in and find a huge bag of garbage and dirty towels and sheets sitting at the entrance of your room Even worse when you enter the room and the floor is super dirty with dog fur and debris everywhere *sigh* We had to request a vacuum and WE vacuumed our floor when we checked in I managed to still enjoy my stay, despite the disgusting appearance of the room when we checked in

Christine Bierman

Our room is spacious and a curious mix of updates (wood floor laminate and a gas fireplace) and dated decorations and kitchen area The best part is that it looks right on the Deschutes River! The young woman at the front desk was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable But maintenance appears way behind needed upkeep and painting

The price was right midweek, though!

Chelsea Hopewell

The room was very spacious which was perfect for our 2 babies and 2 travel cribs The room had a kitchen which was a nice plus too, the room was a bit dated but worked However it was supposed to have 2 queen beds, instead it had 1 bed and 1 couch pullout bed

The couch bed was so uncomfortable I had to fold it back up and just sleep on the couch There were no signs to find the ice machine, walked all around until giving up and going to the office to ask The one he instructed us too had the door locked, we found one on the floor above us but it was not working

Family and I stayed here a month in our camper It’s peaceful, quiet, has beautiful scenery and lovely trails Close to a few shops and bars, and a golf course

Clean, warm bathrooms, hot showers Has a swing set and monkey bar structurecould use a few upgrades on adding some play structures to utilize the excess play area such as a slide, teeter totter, or spring structures, but overall great place to stay!

Jill Aschendorf

Nice park with easy access to the golf course and swimming pool Wide spaces but not a lot of shade Pick a site on the inside circle and you can set your chairs up in the grass

Trail to the canyon and views are outstanding Nice , scenic, golf course with some challenging holes Pool broke while we were there and it was 99 degrees Showers are PAY , which I don’t like Oh, hook up was odd Had to run hoses under RV because hookup was on other side Close to your neighbors

Reneé Michelle (A Wicked Life)

We originally reserved a room at the Best Western but noticed a huge homeless encampment behind the hotel Never being in Bend before and not knowing the area too well, we decided to find another hotel With luck, we found Sugarloaf online

The staff was amazing Sarah at the front desk was awesome! We got an amazing room Towels were fluffy, breakfast was yummy and the room was clean and comfortable They definitely made our trip through Bend much more enjoyable

Pacific Avril

The room had clearly been nicely remodeled; it was clean, the bed very comfortable and I was actually able to set the temp and have it maintained (no running hot/cold) The staff at the front desk are genuinely happy to great their guests Elena and Sarah took care of everything, including my request to be in a room other than the first floor

I’ll stay here again

Teory English

Friendly staff Small breakfast in the morning I recommend to people to check their pricing before going inside to book as they have a walk in fee which is three times more expensive than if you did it via Snap travel, Priceline etc online

Cute rooms, like the decor and the display of the mountain lion is both scary and beautiful Very quiet area
