Jillian Jadestone

Very accommodating, clean, professional with a quick check-in HOT water!!!! 🔥 💦 Amazing Bed At a higher tier price per night with fair value because of the amenities, location and comfort level

Smelled amazing in the Lobby Ample parking Close to shops and restaurants (close enough to walk) Really good experience Would recommend

Denny Vanderburg

We had a very pleasant stay! The room was quite large- larger than most standard rooms I felt A bit outdated feeling and kind of mismatched, cobbled together furniture but it felt really nice and comfortable somehow too There was what felt like an addition of a second sink, fridge and “kitchenette” that was really nice to have! The side chair and ottoman didn’t match and the old spot for the fridge was a weird empty space but again, it all just still felt so comfortable and well cared for!The front desk was very kind and helpful, the heated pool and whirlpool both were well taken care of and very fun

Breakfast was excellent too- waffle maker was a great addition I really enjoyed our stay

Matt Plumer

Great location in Pueblo and felt safer than some other locations in town Central to good dining and golf coursesAbove average breakfast, but the attendant who was keeping it clean was making it difficult to get your breakfast and she was rude about trying to get around her and felt almost passive aggressive when cleaning up areas of the breakfast buffet

Maybe she was having a bad day I’d definitely stay there again

I came here after leaving another hotel that was absolutely disgusting I was greeted by a very kind and friendly woman I explained what I had just experienced at the other hotel and she set me up with a wonderful room

I enjoyed the pool and hot tub The bed and pillows were wonderful!! TV had many channels to choose from Room has a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, ironing board and iron, and was very clean Had to go to a different floor for ice but not a big deal Hotel was easy access off Highway 50 and very close to I25, multiple shops and restaurants, and quiet because it’s not right off the interstate Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Kimberly Black

Stayed for 5 nights Walls/ceiling in bathroom had black stains (mold?) The water in the shower only got “warm”, no hot water

After 3 nights I assumed we would get housekeeping We didn’t After the 4th night I went to the front desk to ask that we get clean towels and the garbage changed at the very least They said it would get taken care of When returning to the hotel that night, we still had no clean towels and still had full garbage cans Kept finding long Black hairs in the bed and on the towels No one I was with had long black hair The window ledges in the pool area all had green fuzzy stuff growing in the corners They had no towels stocked at the pool area The breakfast was mediocreOn the plus side the bathroom was a good size It was easy to get to and was close to coffee and food placesI won’t pick this hotel to stay in again on my next trip

Mariah Pacheco

If I could give ZERO stars I would We stopped in town after attending a football game after being so late to drive back to Denver From the outside the hotel looks decent

Once we checked into our room I was greeted by a bedbug doctor machine After struggling for a few minutes to open the door each time because the door handle was broken I went to speak with the front desk lady named Kylie she came into our room and sprayed Lysol and was told it was for smoking in the room when the hotel is supposed to be 100%smoke free ! I was completely disgusted! I went to check the beds and pillowcases and luckily I did, there was spiders inside the pillow cases along with animal hair everywhere!! I asked for my money back and wanted to get the heck out of there Kylie told me no and moved my family and I up to the third-floor which was no better stained sheets and hair all over the bed I could not sleep a wink!!! This hotel isFilthy and do not get ice from the Ice machine it’s covered in black slime !!

We felt the hotel is geared more to business stays Almost everything offered in the Cupboard area near the reception desk was at a cost There was nothing special about our room

Wrappers were left in trash container in the bathroom Staff at the front desk were terrific and helpful Basically, the write up of what the hotel offers is incomplete and for over $200 for a single night wasn’t as great as we had hoped

kia dipinaguitard

I was not told the refrigerator in room was not working at check-in although it was known by staff at check-in, and was told it was going to be fixed during my stay They did not have any other rooms available so it was a huge inconvenience because I brought food for the refrigerator I did get a nurse discount as did the other nurses with a working refrigerator

I was told to bring my food to the front desk to hold A huge inconvenience

Brandy Snow

Salese Nealy

I don’t understand how a business can operate within city limits and turn “locals” away Whatever; fine, but I wanted to speak to the manager personally to share how frustrating it is to book a room after driving 10hrs only to be told at check-in that the reservation won’t be honored and no exceptions made I came here to finalize the sale of my house, my residency won’t change for another 3 months

so either will my driver’s licence address Then Melissa at the front desk I guess expected me to be a “lady” after she raised her voice to me, refused my request for the manager, and took a tone and stance toward my son for trying to say something about us living elsewhere She gave me a business card to the hotel All I can say is no business should be in a community it refuses to serve

Garret Albaugh

Absolute garbage, they don’t to allow locals to stay and nothing is listed on the booking site or motel website about this policy What an odd policy, heaven forbid somebody has an emergency that leaves them out of their own home Just list the policy on your website and the booking site and let people know before they go through the process of booking and having to wait 3-5 business days for a refund

Not everyone can afford that wait

Bobbie Rossiter

Room was clean, didn’t reek of cigarettes this time The clerk was nice enough Won’t be staying again however due to them violating the rules for emotional support and service animals

I won’t be giving anymore business to a hotel which does not believe ESA dogs are a necessary service dog The fact that you even ask what purpose the dog serves is illegal Then you charge fees for ESA because you can’t physically see what they are trained for We will be completing our reserved stay, but will not be back

I had none of the water issues that others had mentionedCannot comment on the staff as I checked in via the app and used the digital keyEverything was great and the location is within walking distance to many great places to dine or have drinks

Kalicia Newsome

I am pretty upset with my stay thus far at this hotel and being a Titanium Elite member of Marriott, it’s truly a disappointment and disturbance I have spent the last month in this hotel and have yet to have a good housekeeping experience I have only requested services maybe 4 times since I’ve been here and each time I had to personally speak to either housekeeping or the front desk to obtain services later

The first time, only items changed were my towels and washcloths The same spotted sheets and pillow cases from check-in 7 days prior, still remained on my bed until the following day after I had to contact the front desk I am further inconvenienced today, after returning back to my hotel room after working a 13 hour shift, to find my room was yet again not cleaned, no clean towels or washcloths, same sheets from 7 days ago and I didn’t have not one “Do Not Disturb” sign outside my door I was informed by the front desk that they changed their cleaning policy to “every 3rd day of your stay” I have never heard of this for any other Marriott, not to mention, if the policy was just changed how would it apply to customers who have been staying at the hotel for a while??? I requested at least to have a towel and washcloth brought to my room in which I am still currently waiting for, hours later Needless to say, I am scheduled to stay in this hotel until September however, I don’t think that will be the case Although I enjoy being a Marriott member, this is beyond acceptable and has me not wanting to continue my stay at this point at any hotel associated, especially taking into consideration the cost of my stay for 80 days definitely is not cheap A true inconvenience and disappointment to say the least!

My wife and I were visiting Pueblo, CO and decided to try the new COURTYARD MARRIOTT DOWNTOWN PUEBLO It was a great experience! Our room was attractive, roomy, and very comfortable, with lots of available parking spaces We were in easy walking distance to Riverwalk activities, restaurants and shops, as well as to dozens of other Pueblo restaurants, shops, museums, etc

– perfect location! The Courtyard Marriott service was wonderful also: we had some questions when we arrived, and Front Desk Agent BRIANNA immediately responded with answers, pamphlets, and solutions; she made our stay in Pueblo exceptional, and she is an outstanding representative of excellent Marriott customer service! Also, the snack bar provides very high quality options for breakfast and Happy Hour Bottom Line: this MARRIOTT is definitely a perfect place to stay when visiting Pueblo, CO

This was a great find! I knew my husband would love the old police station/jail thing Our room was really nice – we stayed in “Cell #2” There was a nice glass shower, a fireplace, and a private balcony

The king sized bed was definitely the most comfortable one we slept in our entire trip! The hotel had contactless check in through the attached lounge You can park either anywhere next to the building or across the street The only thing that kept this from being 5 stars is that we could hear our neighboring “cell” – and whoever stayed there coughed from early morning until we left So the sound proofing could be better But the amenities were top notch – especially the thick luxurious towels! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an out of the ordinary experience!

Terance Huffman

We’re in our 60’s but enjoyed the young vibe, even though it was noisy in cell#7 Everyone in the Clink was great Band member petted our Bulldog puppy

Proximity to the Riverwalk is unequalled Room was cool Wanted to steal the Do Not Disturb sign Couldn’t bring myself to steal from my jail cell Bedding, towels, and bath robes were great Could improve on a couple of things ( microwave in hallway) but I don’t care We’ll stay again!

Beware locals must leave a cash deposit Which is not stated in their reservation info but there is a sign when you walk in that you will not see if you are trying to interact with a workerThe pool was also closed, also not specified when reserving

The free breakfast has become a “lite breakfast”, also not stated in the reservation info The staff I worked with didn’t like that I questioned their deposit policy and tried to refuse service to me for questioning why it wasn’t in the reservation details I kept trying to work with her and she told me she was busy and it took over an hour to get checked inI also had an allergic reaction to the room which made me think both pets and smokers had been in the room previously and the room hasn’t had a deep cleaning in a while

PROS: Clean room/linen, indoor access to rooms, friendly staff, ample parking, working appliances/AC/Outlets, and quiet Pool is indoor and fairly nice Breakfast was decent too

CONS: Some transients rummaging through front building trash but honestly it’s to be expected in Pueblo 🤣 No elevator for upper floor accessDecent stay for the price point

I would love to give this hotel 5 stars; however, the remote in our room was not working and Faith, the front desk attendee was very rude- claimed remote had water in it, switched the batteries, still did not work properly, we went back to desk and she told me that we would have to get up and down to adjust the volume- my family member walks with a cane- the whole reason we asked for the first floor- additionally she said she could only put us on the second floor – because the remote could not be reprogrammed to our tv- no staff – REALLY??? This was not an option for us so we kept 102 If it were not for Melissa who assigned our room at 2 pm and the two cheerful gentlemen who made breakfast and checked out out at 545 am, this hotel would get a no star review based on customer service Room was excellent, clean, plenty of walking space, working refrigerator and microwave

While there was a working AC/Heater, still had the option to open window -bonus! Hallway rugs were the cleanest I have ever seen compared to larger chain hotels Bathrooms and pool were very clean There is an onsite guest laundry Our room shower had super good pressure and drained well Breakfast options were plentiful and the coffee was awesome!!! Recommend to overnight travel for work 05/12/22-05/13/22

I tried FOUR DIFFERENT TIMES to do a reservation First guy said he couldn’t figure out a discount and would make sure to hold a room w/ hot tub for me 2nd person said for a lot more but different room

Room got canceled 3rd person said no rooms available but there was one online I set it up then got a call from a FOURTH person saying there was an issue He eventually said he can give me the room w/ hot tub and by the time I finally get to the hotel it’s canceled and room was NEVER AVAILABLE!!

Nice staff Completely not like the pictures at all! I feel I did a nonrefundable purchase on priceline And someone should be sued for false advertisement

The staff knew the shower once turned on was not turning off Came in and said oh yeah, Does this all the time Floor of tub feels soft like you could possibly fall thru I paid 50 super cheap sure But was not worth 15 Was not very clean and stunk as well

Briana Rohrer

They are thieves! Read ALL REVIEWS before thinking about this place The guest clerk is rude, racist and unprofessional! Refused to let us check in then refused a refund Charged my card anyway even not allowing us to have our room

The pictures do not match what it actually looks like Very sketchy! 0 stars! Poor quality! After reading reviews was probably a blessing not staying there, deserve a refund though Horrible place- should be shut down!!!!! The lady working there will not let you contact her manager or the supervisor of the facility

Cindi Troisi

If I could it would get ZERO stars! If someone came to see you, you have to have them check in first Must be the druggies visiting all the time thereWanted non smoking got a smoking room not fit for my worst enemy

That smoke hit you when you walked in Ceiling black, smoke film all over lamps, chair/ottoman were suppose to be orange but black, filthy Bedspread was from the 60’s very gross mattress was older than dirt Bathroom tub all rusted, faucets dripping continuing Cockroaches !! Staff AMAZINGI want to give the lady at the front desk of my arrival 10*s She was amazing and super friendly In the morning the guy who makes up the to go breakfast

Really cool guy and friendly, did a great job himselfRoomSUPER COMFORTABLE from a clean room to a cozy bed So happy I stayed 2 nightsLocationNear the highway for quick access getting around or going downtown

Greg Geist

Served it’s purpose Easy to get to and staff was friendly The room was nice and beds were comfortable

The hallways look like they haven’t been renovated yet but the room seemed to have new furniture and beds They have a hot breakfast as well Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is I am not a fan of places that take large deposits There is a $150 deposit just for one night I seem to run across places that fail to refund the deposit due to glitches in the system, so it’s always a pain Not to mention that it ties up your available credit, which adds up if you’re traveling Luckily out of the 7 motels we stayed in on our trip this was only the second one who asked for a deposit Just larger than normal Probably would not have booked here if I had known, but did have a good stay

Tues Day

If I could give no stars I would This place is a scam Went to check my bf and I into this hotel last night

Trying to have a safe place for my bf and service dog to be, while I made a trip back up to the mountains to get out stuff out of storage So we can move out of state My bf has a spine disease, where the doctors just told us, he can not go back to the mountainsWe go to check in, the lady at the desk started to check us in, charged me for the 3 nights to stay Then asked me how I’d like to pay for the deposit Ive worked in the business, I know how things run She should of told us about the deposit before I even paid anything, but instead she was sneaky about the deposit If she didn’t want us to stay, she could of refused our stay Instead of making this huge mess I said that’s weird choice awards didn’t say anything about a deposit She proceeded to say it’s on the websitebut however there is nothing on the website saying there is a deposit Also charged me for our service dog, when we have papers for him That’s against the lawanywhere Asked for my money back as we didn’t have the deposit She proceeded to tell me she was not going to give me my refund Told me I had to call choice awards and have them refund my money So I sat in the lobby and called Now the choice awards was telling me it was the hotel who needed to refund me I was finally able to talk the lady on the phone to call the hotel and get me a refund, because the desk lady refused to give it back Finally was able to get Chris the general manager to give me a full refund After getting the refund in placethey still tried to charge me 68 Now I had to drive up to the mountains with my bf who is suffering greatly, to move our things Because you took all my moneyI’ll be leaving a review on better business bureau I’ll also be contacting my lawyer for the discriminant against my bf who’s in a wheelchair with a service dog

Wow, don’t be fooled and stay here The pictures online makes it seem like it’s clean and really nice indoor and outdoor but it is not For one the entire hotel and I mean the entire hotel smells like cigarettes including the rooms

They aren’t considerate of booking a room for you that is smoke free because they can’t All the rooms smell but they don’t tell you this This is uncalled for especially when you have kids In the room you will find a pair of ear plugs and that’s because a train passes by multiple times over and over Good luck sleeping The hotel is in a rundown shady area We booked it for one night to stop and rest on our way to Breckenridge not knowing how bad it is We will never stay here again Glad the resort in Breckenridge made up for this place

May Johnson

Avoid at all cost, let me be clear They are saying it was over a deposit and not being able to check in early Actually that is not the case

See no one comes back and replies after you basically are calling every review a liar I have your lady at the front desk calling every google review a lie Not everyone is going to lie You have a horrid staff They do not have any customer service skills Your excellent staff threw in my face that I did book third party like I was cheap and I took offense My bad I have never been called cheap because I did not book with the hotel Maybe train your staff better It’s okay maybe take criticism better and stop letting your employees reply for your business It’s okay to say I have a horrible staff but they are getting better training The woman was so condescending because I drove straight from Texas for a family emergency and offered to pay to be let in early and was refused even through they confirmed the room was ready and no they could not accept any money to let me in early and I am sure this had nothing to do with the fact that I told you I was going to leave a google review because you say your pet friendly and you denied a big dog Before I came but the room was already booked so I left my dog and came Which by the way comically enough i saw over 25lbs dogs staying at your hotel But I guess it okay for some guest just not all All in all I saw some pretty hypocritical stuff going on Aw well Leaving this out to warn the next out of town traveler

Jen Helbig

This hotel has issues However, I’ll start with the good things The rooms are clean and the climate control works well

The problem for me was the bad points Upon check-in noone informed me of a $100 deposit I’m not local (they don’t rent rooms to locals according to the sign on the door), I paid with a credit card and I’m a Wyndham Rewards member If they are going to take a deposit that should be stated at check-in, not noticed when I asked for a copy of the bill The desk clerk was new and deferred my comment to another woman at the desk The other woman was dismissive about my comment that guests should be informed of the deposit The next issue I had can’t be controlled by the hotel but was, however, quite disturbing The hotel apparently backs up to the railroad tracks and when the train comes through it is not only extremely noisy but rattles the windows if your room faces the tracks, which mine did The sound insulation between the rooms could be better too I could hear the TV from the room next to me when they got up at 5:30am Also, the bathroom only has a shower, no tub With the issues I had I will not be back to stay at this property again I stay in hotels approximately 80-100 times a year so I know what to expect This hotel was disappointing

I stay here often and have very rarely seen a staff member at the desk with a smile on their face I get anxious about asking for an early check in or late check out I’m an elite Bonvoy member but still never have the luxury of those options Housekeeping and maintenance are friendly Overall, I do not recommend staying at this property

Alicia at the front desk was awesome The water pressure was AMAZING The rooms were pretty outdated but you wouldn’t expect that since the lobby was recently updated

The beds could of been softer and the pool is NOT heated as the listing states The housekeeping needs more training The privacy in the rooms between the sitting area and bed area should be more than a glass panel

We stayed here several times during the construction of our house and always enjoyed it, especially pre-covid when they had great bartender service Even though it’s near the freeway, the noise from it was never an issueWhen it became an endless construction zone (dirt and/or limited parking in front, and then a new building built in the front parking lot) we changed hotels to a less crowded area

But the hotel itself is very nice inside

I stayed at this location a couple of times during my travel to Texas Both stays were equal in comparisonEmployee shout outs: Marcos provided a warm welcome upon our arrival

He explained the breakfast schedule, parking and the automatic locking doors Daniel called me to confirm the reservations both waysThe night manager (Corrine?)was a young Hispanic woman in her 30’s with tattoos and she is a hoot! All of the staff that we interacted with were very friendly and professional I was a bit apprehensive after reading some of the previous reviews but I am so thankful that we stayed here Our rooms were clean and comfortable and the customer service was great! This is conveniently located next to a Village Inn, Cracker Barrel and a gas station

My wife and I were passing through Pueblo on a long drive and decided to book a room at Hampton Inn Pueblo North To say the least it was an unimpressive experience The breakfast was good and the room was clean

That’s about the best I can say The front desk staff are immature, argumentative and not the least bit interested in hospitality The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything around you and the rooms are WAY overpriced, especially for honors/AAA members This is the first truly terrible experience I’ve ever had at a Hilton hotel and I’ll never stay at this property again Go to the Quality Inn

Worst experience at a Hilton I have ever had The morning front desk girl was super disrespectful when I asked for an early check in I am a Hilton Diamond member and I can understand if early check in is not available but to be disrespected is ridiculous

They have the front door locked in the day so it feels like you are in a dangerous area They also have their front door plastered with generic word docs that say No Vacancy, only one breakfast bag per customer etc

The only hotel in Pueblo West from what I’m told, but the experience was outstanding The rooms were clean, the water pressure was great, the breakfast which included biscuits and gravy was good, the staff made sure we had everything we needed, and each employee we encountered was pleasant and had a smile on Even the decor showed someone cared about the hotel they were managing from the flowers at the door to the check in area

Would recommend if you’re in the area Thanks!
