I loved this place We got a king size room and it was huge Bed was comfortable, water pressure was decent

Breakfast was good if you like a variety Omelets were a little different You’d love them if you like a little spice I smoke and the smoking section is 2 chairs just outside of the carport pull-through There are tables with chairs on either side of the entrance I actually talked with manager and she said it’s fine as long as I clean up after myself Which I was doing anyway Bre is awesome She really dealt well with my husband’s absurd fetish for a heated pool The air was hot, pool was freezing Said 74 but felt like Gloucester water Apparently they’re fixing it today Even still, 2 thumbs up 👍

Clean room, great location, very friendly manager but

no hot tub and no hot breakfast Just muffins Cereal, and some microwave pastries No near by places for a hot breakfast or stores If they fix the hot tub & get some microwave eggs, sausage, bacon, or something that’s not dry for breakfast then the hotel would get 5 stars

Staff are rude and talk bad about guests after they leave the presence of the staff Management are prejudiced against people with learning disabilities Explained that I have a bad memory and forget things a lot and need help with that

They claimed they would work with me but I guess just because I forgot a few things that caused them to give a free night to a guest Management is terrible They like to talk about employees behind their back They’re nice at first them they show you their true colors Don’t work here if you can avoid it

This was an overnight stop for us in our 38′ Class A If you are coming from the interstate, take heed of the speed warnings The entrance to the campground is on a road with a 9% downhill grade

Even in low gear, my brakes were getting quite warmThe park is awesome, as are the staff The sites were level, clean and gravel There appear to be a handful of permanent residents but there are plenty of daily rental sites Sites were well set up with utilities easily within reach and water quality was good The camp store had everything you could possibly need, from locally grown and butchered meats to fishing wormsWhile there, we visited the Pioneer Tunnel, a steam locomotive ride with some local history and a tour of a coal mine Highly recommended

We received excellent feedback from our guests…clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, super comfortable beds, nice rooms! We are so happy it was a great experience on our wedding weekend! Thanks Janine & Staff!! 😊

This place has real easy acces to I-81 We actually stayed here twice overnight on our trip It was priced a little higher than the other Comfort Inns we stayed at but it was a bit more upscale too

We liked the free breakfast they offered to guests and the rooms were pretty quiet even though this is located very close to the highway The staff was friendly and helpful

I’m disappointed in writing this review for a place where I was excited about having our guests stay for our weddingI called the Comfort Inn to book a hotel block a couple of months ago for my July 2023 wedding, the girl at the front desk took the necessary information and told me that the GM would contact me soon to reserve the roomsFast forward to this month and we are about a year out from our wedding

We visited our venue and my mother-in-law decided to go to this hotel to get more information on the hotel block The people at the front desk again gave her the information and said that the GM would be in contact with her soon My mother-in-law called this week to contact the GM and was told that the hotel is booked out for weddings until 2024 and that the GM would be in contact with her soon I decided to call last night to double-check if what information she was given was true Turns out that a golf outing had booked all but seven rooms for that weekend Also, the girl who took the call was surprised that the GM hadn’t contacted me despite there still being a note from my call a couple of months priorExtremely disappointed

I will never stay at a Hampton Inn again I had car problems on the road and was not able to get to the hotel Instead of being understanding and caring we were charged 1/2 of the stay fee

This is not a customer friendly businessIn response to your comment, I called to cancel at around 5:30 not 10:00 I was in a position I could not control

I have stayed at Hampton Inn up and down the East Coast and Pennsylvania The nice thing about Hampton Inn is they are always consistent The quality of the rooms, the hotel and the staff are always good

Hampton Inn is generally a little more expensive, but is worth itWe checked in on a Wednesday We did contactless checkin which was a breeze They did change my room from 1st floor to 3rd floor, I didn’t want to deal with the elevator or stairs, but then realized at least we wouldn’t hear the people above us since there is no 4th floorFortunately, when we arrived, the Digital Key worked properly There were a few times during our visit that the digital key icon said waiting on key (or something like that) and I had to wait 10-15 seconds for it to correct itself Sharing the key was pretty effortless as wellThe room was clean and cool It was a nice size room with a big desk and office chair and a second chair I am not a fan of sitting in bed, so the extra chairs were appreciated There didn’t appear to be any damage to the room and everything that should be there was The TV was big, although we didn’t use itThe breakfast was surprisingly good We were there for 3 mornings and the breakfast was different each day, which was great They always had oatmeal and cold cereals as well as waffles They did have different waffles at least two morningsI do have 2 complaints and that is the reason for only 4 stars The first was the squealing shower Our shower squealed all the time Every once in a while it would quiet for a minute or two, but otherwise it squealed I even heard the room next to us had a squealing shower tooThe second complaint is the pillows The pillows are terrible They are too soft Each bed had 4 pillows Why not a combination of pillows, 2 medium, 1 firm and 1 soft? Every Hampton Inn I have stayed at has the same pillows, at least they are consistentThe staff here was very friendly I would highly recommend this Hampton Inn, just bring your own pillows if you don’t like soft pillows 🙂

I can’t say enough good things about Allyson and her amazing B&B I only stayed for one night while in town for work but I’ll definitely be back if given the chance Great room, so cozy, many surprise amenities, super clean, free and easy parking, just perfect

I was able to walk to some great spots for dinner/lunch as the location is near many quality restaurants Breakfast was phenomenal and Allyson was quick to accommodate my early morning start So very appreciated!

Rachele Brown

This was a great B&B, so cute and quaint We stayed in their largest room (The Maids Suite) to accommodate our family of 4, which was on the top floor It was spacious and comfortable

The made to order breakfast Allyson made us in the morning was delicious! We were only there for one night and got to do a tour of Yuengling brewery which was very cool! We would definitely come back and stay here longer – and you can’t beat the affordable nightly rate!

Amy Walsh

I chose wisely! This location was perfect and near where I had business The room was lovely and had high quality fixtures, thick towels, little extras that show care Allyson is a wonderful host and owner

Breakfast had many options and the food was very fresh and the service was welcome in this self service world of ours I am telling anyone visiting the area that this is the place to stay!

My first stay at a Holiday Inn in a few years, and I gain learned why it had been so long ago Room was clean Heating unit and bath fan were extremely loud and annoying

I measured them at over 65 decibels Outlets were worn out and would not engage charger plugs, lots of hallway noise and noise from the laundry room, and the added bonus of cigarrette smoke drifting in to my room a few times evernight This place is beat up, and the price is not even close to commensurate with the quality of the room I responded to their survey with this and got a lame response that they will use my comments as a coaching session I used to stay exclusively at Holiday Inn and I spend over 50 nights in a hotel per year Over the past 10 years that has changed for me The quality has definitely declined, but the pricing has not I moved to a different hotel that was $2500 less with a much better room Very diappointing

my family and I loved our stay here we stayed in one of the cabins which has two bunk beds and a full size bedjust a few things I want to mention for future campers

each cabin has an electric box on the side of the cabin there is a spigot for running water behind the cabin during the week it’s very quiet, on the weekends it’s a little more people the cabins are pretty close to the bathrooms the bathrooms are kinda dated but appropriate for camping it costs 25 for about 10 -12 minutes of nice hot water the second quarter makes the water get a little too hot there are also more updated bathrooms a short walk awaythe cabins were clean, bathrooms were clean, not really many bugs considering you’re in the woodsthe campground has a nice little cafe with great food and reasonably priced they also have a little store stocked if you forget anything they sell ice cream alsothey also have goats, a koi pond, playground and a nice pool each cabin also has a fire pit and grillthere is a Walmart close by among other storesall the staff were very friendly and helpfulthere’s nothing really negative to say about this campground and we’ll definitely be back againjust wanted to mention the seventh day Adventist church down the street they were very welcomingthere’s also some nice parks nearby

My boyfriend and I were just recently there last weekend and left happy campers They let you check in late which is definitely a plus and it was easy for us to find our map and key which they left for us The cabins were cute just a few ants 🐜 but definitely prefer that over spiders

The campground was quiet which was a major plus Had no issues and everyone was nice Definitely read the website about the cabins first though It was 100 percent my fault for not seeing you had to bring your own bedding and things like that for the cabin and there is no bathroom inside the cabin I was cought off guard just assuming it was a cabin with full amenities inside but once again there website states that you need to bring your own stuff If you don’t read there website hopefully my review helps Also the lake wasn’t as great as I thought it was from the pictures A lot of algae and coy fish in there They had animals right near the RC track and that was such a treat because I had no idea they even had them here I wish the animals were more supervised from the children though The kids were feeding them chips and random food items they were finding on the floor All in all we had a good time Good vibes
