I wanted to love this hotel but there were a few issues (that could be rectified) to make this 5 starsPros:1 Great location next to the king of prussia mall and restaurants

2 Large rooms3 Pool was niceCons:1 Room was not clean and it was so hard to get house keeping In fact we had to stop by the front desk to ask for cleaning and they still missed us2 Internet speed / latency was horrible3 Hot tub was closed

This hotel was a lot better the first time I visited a few years ago I am used to a high level service and energy when I stay at Hyatt hotels The service here was ok

We didn’t receive that personal and accommodating spirit we are used to at other Hyatt hotels in different locations We traveled from the midwest and stayed 6 days The breakfast was scrambled eggs and pork meat every day This was disappointing because we are not meat eaters and we were expecting the classic Hyatt breakfast since hot food was being served The room was good We traveled with our infant son and asked for a crib We were brought a heavily stained and dirty pack and play There was no way I was putting my 4 month old in that thing We had to go get a pack and play for him to sleep in A couple nights we could hear loud talking and people hanging out at the bar because our room was close to the lobby

I cannot say enough good about this place Aside from a wonderful visit two years ago, in December I had a medical emergency while staying with them, and they made everything so easy They ensured that my partner and I had access to our former room to ensure we got everything out, and also gave us a new room to stay in

Despite the trauma of a vacation turning into a life-threatening episode, we still managed to have a really nice time outside of that incident–all because they took such good care of us That’s the kind of experience you don’t forget Anytime we come back here, we know just who to stay with

Mike Rohn

I’m not complaining just pointing out area’s that could be improved Not enough lighting in the room There’s a post directly in the view of the TV from desk

Couch isn’t comfortable Foot stool & ironing board had stains There’s only one filtered water location It’s warm water so adding unfiltered ice defeats the purpose Snacks for sale are junk food I don’t care for the breakfast but it’s free The oatmeal is mush They do have Chobani Greek yogurt The staff and manager are great, kind, helpful, courteous and respectful

Alexis Ditlow

Stay away!!!!! The absolute worst of the worst!!!! And they will steal you money!!!!!! We were accused of smoking in the room and charged and extra $350!!!!! We were taking our 10 year old nephew to a basketball tournament!!! Yes 10 YEAR OLD!!! And they accused us of smoking in the room and charged us $350!!!!!! When we called to discuss the matter and explain obviously there was NEVER any smoking in the room, they proceeded to accuse us of it again Absolutely unbelievable!!!!!!!! I literally have no words for the terrible staff and manager Alexandria except that they were the absolute worst!!!! And also extremely rude and condescending! So stay away everyone unless you want to be robbed of your hard earned money!!

I am not sure where all the exceptional, 10/10 reviews come from on this hotel, but we did not have a 10/10 experience Not sure if the other rooms may have been any better, but our room was in terrible condition – dirty, dusty and had trash left from previous occupants (plate of partially eaten pizza slices under the bed, random medication/pill and other trash on the floor), mold and dust in the bathroom See included photos

Check-in and checkout were easy, but the attendant always had to be called from the back room Pool and hot tub were good, but they were always short on towels, so they gave us some regular hotel room towels I can’t give this place more than one star based on our experience for the cost of the hotel We’ve stayed in much cheaper places that were a lot cleaner than this We had another family in our group who had to have the hotel switch rooms because of weird stains on the bed Definitely won’t stay here again It’s weird because the other reviews mention the lack of availability of the pool as only negative, but that was really the only positive experience at this hotel, based on price paid for the stay

I arrived late so I wasn’t able to meet anyone at reception, but my key and necessary documents were left safely for meIt is difficult to access this incredibly fascinating building if you are lugging your stuff up to the second floor in the rain

But if I had arrived on time this would not have been a problemFor a shockingly affordable price, you will be treated to an incredibly adorable and perfect room with a refrigerator and a microwave, a spa tub!In addition to regular bathroom facilities, and the generally expected television, etcThe decor here is just perfect The bed is comfortable The room is remarkably and pleasantly clean There is a fireplace, but I am making use of the air conditionerBreakfast was a lovely affair Continental is available for those who would prefer coffee and a bagel, but a small, hot, made to order menu is available I was not expecting this! The staff were friendly and did not seem to mind my incessant questions about the history of this beautiful spaceA great night Followed by an excellent morning; well rested and fed and back on the road! I look forward to coming back!

From the time Mike showed us our room my girlfriend had a smile a mile wide We stayed in the Orient Express room It was on the first floor right next to the entrance, very convenient

Breakfast was very good with a nice selection We asked Mike if it was possible to have a love seat so we could sit together in front of the fireplace When we came back from dinner a chair for two was in our room What a perfect place and area to propose to the love of mine We will definitely come back The Globe Inn will be our anniversary destination every year

Tabatha Mohr

Such a great place to stay! Quant, cozy, and personal, just what we desired Love the history and the spacious room We stayed in the Vienna Bridal Suite and it was clean and so nice

Our room has a little sitting space, fireplace, jacuzzi tub, bathroom with shower, queen size bed, and desk areaAs an added bonus, it smells like brownies outside, for real! Apparently there is a chocolate factory close by!

Walls are thin We were their for a sports tournament, their were tons of kids running around late into the night We could hear everything

Bar downstairs had outdoor seating and we could hear that until 2am I would say get your room on the opposite side of the bar Breakfast time came and parents allowed the children to run and play all around the food Staff was able to refill food quick enough for all the guestThe hotel staff itself was professional and friendly The room was clean and the bed was comfortable The pool wasn’t available

Mike Ober

Room was good Breakfast was good This hotel isn’t close to other dining so be ready to drive a few minutes to dining

The big, and only real issue is that you get zero maid service unless you stay for five days or more For towels and linens this makes a lot of sense However, it also means they don’t empty the trash or check the toilet paper stock At the price of a SpringHill Suites hotel, this takes them from a five star to a one star

John Hutzenbuhler

Patricia at front desk did an amazing job! Rest of stay experience very poor Confirmed floor was not available (confirmed by chat room day of stay) Light in bathroom not working and took 2 days to fix

No soap in shower Room smelled Other than Patricia, poor customer service from front desk Of course, no room cleaning due to staffing shortage or whatever reason Hotel can control all of these issues – maintenance, proper cleaning, etc Also preferred status at Hilton receive water – not at Marriott anymore? Normally, I enjoy Marriott and have great experiences – this was an exception

My wife and I were there for 31 days in April/May 2022 for work at the local Nuclear Plant, and we loved it!!! We enjoyed the rooms, the staff, the environment, the restaurant, and the location We stay at hotels quite a bit for my work, so we are very familiar with the ins/outs of hotel life The hotel staff seems to have a small turnover rate, and it seems that workers really take pride in working here

Several of them we spoke with had worked there for years, which says a lot both about the workers AND the management Everything was clean and tidy, there was never a shortage of luggage carts, there is little noise transmission from room to room or floor to floor (with the exception of the bathroom vents), and all the staff were very nice/personableIf we’re back in the area, this will be the first place we will check for rooms!

Lizzy Moss

We stayed here for a wedding and the hotel room was perfectly fine Shower stayed hot and the room was clean The real star of this hotel was Christine in the Lobby Bar

She stayed late knowing our crew would be coming back from our wedding around 11, so we could all enjoy a night cap together before heading back to our separate cities Her kindness really made the weekend special!

Colin Wells

Long story short, their rooms need some renovations and updates The bathroom door was jamming open The toilet didn’t flush quite right

The mattress in the pullout sofa barely qualified as a mattress And floor tacks were starting to stick up out of the carpetAdditionally, hangers couldn’t fit in the closet properly, and water from the shower got all over the bathroom floor Both of these were from poor attempts to make the space handicap accessible, despite not being well suited to handicap accessibility It’s as though they took a standard room space and rearranged the closet and bathroom walls in order to be handicap accessibleOverall, just not great

Beautiful hotel Rooms were spacious, comfortable, and full of amenities Indoor pool was clean, heated, and enjoyable

Breakfast was tasty with a lot of choices and a nice little rotation day to day Only downside was that a few maintenance things like the battery to the safe deposit box weren’t checked before we arrived, however, they were fixed very quickly Would definitely stay again on the next trip to the area

Terri Coleman

I checked in on the app and got a room on the third floor But wasn’t getting the digital key Asked the front desk about it and my room got switched to the first floor

When asked about it, was told that housekeeping had called in sick It was a quiet room but the A/C for other areas (not the room) were located outside the window When one of them kicked on , you could hear it and the smell of chlorine filled the room The desk chair had a new piece of vinyl sloppily put on the seat Faded stains on the bed sheets But the room was quiet for the most part (most important to me) and I was only there for the night The breakfast was better than some I have stayed at worse Hampton Inns but most of them have been better than this one It was for one night so I didn’t complain

Natalie Rose Amparo

The king suite was very nice I gave it 4-stars because the entryway floor to the room was slightly sticky and the shuttle was a school bus without AC But overall, the hotel was beautiful and the room was comfortable

The staff were pleasant despite a lot of traffic Two weddings on the same day plus I believe a traveling sports team

A great hotel! Stayed f or a softball tournament to be with some of my teammates! The staff were very helpful when we had asked for a new shampoo bottle and more towels The rooms were huge and clean! We only had 1 problem which was with our bathroom door that was very heavy to open and close Other then that the hotel is great! The outdoor area is beautiful and the inside is gorgeous! Great place to go!!Reply to owner:Thank you so much!In case you need to know we had stayed in room 420! Door was a bit heavy to push and pull

But staff had helped us with everything while we were there!

Despite being a no-frills hotel, the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortableI would like to give a special shout-out to Morgan from the Front Desk She is so warm, friendly and helpful

Knowing that i was from out of country and my first time i am in the area, she kindly took the time to advise and give recommendations on the attractions and facilities in the vicinity I also needed small change for purposes of tipping, and she went out of her way to facilitate the my hundred dollar bill into smaller notes

Marie S

We traveled to Collegeville for a softball tournament We chose this hotel based on where other teammates were staying Check in was easy – staff was very friendly

The manager even went up to our room to make sure it was ready as we were checking in Hotel was nice and quiet, rooms were spacious and staff was constantly cleaning the hotel We did a load of laundry and they even had detergent and softener sheets at the front desk If we ever go back to Collegeville, we will return to this hotel

What a great place! I called with a last minute need to come into town for a corporate meeting and needed to bring my dogs In order to get to my meeting on time, I needed to check in early, get the dogs settled, and then head to work I spoke to Lauren and she made it easy after other local hotels turned us down

When I arrived, the general manager was working the desk himself and personally took care of me He gave me a room on the first floor, near the door, so I could easily take the dogs in and out The room was super clean and comfortable, I slept great, and was one happy customer with the way I was treated Thank you SO much!!!

Art Armani

Not a bad hotel Very clean Given staff shortages across the country they did the best they could to accommodate

The indoor pool was nice Breakfast buffet was around $15 per person and made to order omelette and eggsWould have given 5 stars but the fire alarm going of three times in the morning and lack of towels and pillows made it a 4 star experience

I work up the street twice a week but live about an hour and a half away So on occasions, I have to be there more frequently and I don’t want to drive back and forth!! Every time I’ve checked in, Katie from the front desk recognizes me and asks how I’m doing!! Makes me feel great!!Excellent staff Comfortable rooms

Enjoyable stays each and every time!!

I would gave this place even a lower rating We hosted our big Indian wedding at this venue and it has been a terrible experience All our other vendors were amazing but this place was the worst

From the management to the front desk associate treated us in a disrespect and racist manner Biggest turnover with employees as well In the spam of 5 months, everyone was different including the management AC was not working for 2 days which they couldn’t seem to fix in all sleeping rooms The staff is not trained in hospitality service with their rude behavior If you are planning your big wedding then please think ten times before going with the management here They couldn’t refill even the basic necessity like water for our event There has been no change in action with complaints to the Sheraton from the management

Beyond Honest

Really nice hotel, the room was nice and fairly spacious, bathroom was very big However the water was ice cold, hot water took a very long time to kick in The heat was also not working well we came in exhausted from being on the road the room was freezing when we walked in and the thermostat was on 72

I kicked it up a few degrees, took a shower, still the vent blowing ice cold air, kicked it up a few more degrees and passed out Woke up a couple hours later and it was still freezing I literally had to kick this thing up to 84 degrees to actually feel some heat coming out Then it was like a sauna It definitely put a damper on my stay I wouldn’t expect that from a new hotel especially one of this caliber and $200 a night That’s something you would expect in a roadside dump

This facility was pretty easy to find from the highway The staff were friendly, the rooms were excellent, and everything about this rocked We stayed for two nights to participate in a bowling tournament nearby

I would most certainly recommend this location Breakfast is included with your purchase as is their workout room and swimming pool

Kim greeted me at 6:00 pm as I walked in and I gave her my name, I had a reservation and full profile I was not greeted as a rewards member I was not thanked for being a Diamond member

I was not thanked for also being an Ambassador member I was not asked about welcome points or offered a water or snackI was given a second floor room, I promptly asked for my preference of a top floor room and without even trying to accommodate my request, Kim told me that she could not change my room She dismissed me without even pointing the way to the elevator There was nobody else waiting in the lobby, she didn’t seem too busy to try to accommodate my request for a top floor or to acknowledge my rewards statusInternet logon page would not load on any browser or any device I could not log in I stay at IHG every week, I know how to log in the page is down No internet for meThe room was clean and satisfactoryThere is no sleep timer on the TV It would be nice to have a sleep timer Hotel bill was slipped under the door in the morning, I like thatPerhaps the new IHG Rewards structure is different than it used to be So sad

Overall a good stay It is an older hotel, but unlike so many hotels out there right now the staff do a great job keeping it clean There were no cleaning actions I needed to take when I first got there which was refreshing

Staff were all friendly and reacted quickly to requests for items such as additional towelsIt’s not a new hotel and there are signs of distress in areas, but it’s clean and everything that mattered (Doors/showers/sinks/kitchenette items) worked without issue Room we selected had a little more space due to fireplace/corner unit There were plenty of power outlets for family charging needs, beds were comfortable and cleanThey served breakfast, but there were also plenty of breakfast/lunch/dinner places within walking distance or a 1-2 minute car right to enjoy as well conveniently Would definitely stay here again

James Evans

This was a nicely located, decent hotel Nothing fancy, but nice, clean, and as of 2022 it seemed to be recently remodeled The room was clean and there was a free hot breakfast

The parking lot was small, but overflow parking in the adjacent Bob Evans was available, or maybe that was still the hitel parking lot? This is a good place to stay if you need to go to the Greater Philadelphia Convention Center, as it’s only a three minute drive away

Eamonn Reid

Was a bit disappointed with our stay We stayed for two nights and on the second day we left early in the morning and didn’t return until late in the evening Very disappointed upon our return to find that our room was not made up and no clean towels

Hade to use damp unclean towels Also the breakfast was nothing to really get excited about, kept running out of batter for the waffle machines causing long queues Only one toaster, with a very limited selection of bread, no whole wheat No cartons of milk for the kids, and I could go on Stayed in lots of places where the self-serve breakfast was much better and more variety The pool was a bit disappointing as well, very tiny, more like a kiddy pool The one good thing that I will say is that the front desk staff during the day and night were very pleasant and nice to talk to, which is always very welcoming
