Our stay here at the Hampton Inn was a great one Once again Hampton Inn always has staff that are on top of everything Their hospitality is superb!! Their front desk associates are super friendly

The kitchen associates had their hot breakfast spot on!! If you left here hungry, that was your own fault!!Very, very clean dining room as wellThe room we stayed in was very clean also Their means of egress was somewhat limited temporarily as they had just poured fresh asphalt down a few days before our arrival It looks very nice now You couldn’t have asked for a better location for this hotel There are a couple of convenient stores and a restaurant walking distance to the hotel as well I highly recommend this Hampton Inn for your next stay in Raleigh, North Carolina

The hotel was well below the standard for a Hampton Inn The room had a bad smell, other guests that I know had a similar comment The carpets were so dirty that they turned white socks brown when walking in the room

The furniture… Desk in my room had a warped table top Bottle of water set on the edge would slide towards the center The table at the elevator looks like someone broke a let but then huddled it back together The bed was noisy when only rolling over These comments were consistent with my colleagues who also stayed at this hotel during the same time The hotel needs a full renovation to be brought up to the minimum Hampton standard

I believe this is an old hotel converted to Hampton Inn Rooms are small and bathrooms are small and very dated Old carpeting and dark furniture indicate rooms need renovation

Bed was acceptable and room was clean We had issues with our room lock and front desk commented everyone had problems with that particular room but manager could open it so didn’t feel the need for service I asked her if the manager wanted to come and open the door every time I come and go? Breakfast was OK Weird thing, went to breakfast, came back to our room, housekeeping was just finishing cleaning We told her we had not checked out It was only 930 am She said they knock on doors at 9 am if no one enters, the go in and clean Found this disruptive Parking lot is rather small I usually pick Hampton Inns but lately I’ve been disappointed Maybe time to look elsewhere

My Son and I were very pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms and the excellent customer service I would love it if there was a pool there and if the customer’s had the option of smoking rooms available It’s inconvenient especially when you’re a Senior Age and have to go outside to smoke and there’s not even a chair or table to sit down

However, I would recommend this one and it’s priced reasonable 🥰❤

Best Hotel Staff and Room I’ve been in during my stay in Raleigh Especially that area of Raleigh Close to downtown

Only problem was the powered eggs; they were so bad but the service and cleanliness was top notchEven lost my wallet and had Dashawn ( day time hotel staff) walking the parking lot to find itIt was in my room the whole time but came down and gave him a thank you gift for helping easy my mind🙌🏾🤗 Great stay great beds and clean room Fresh AC

There were several things that stacked up that make me give this hotel as low a review as possible When we got to our suite, the key cards didn’t work so we had to go back down and have them re-scanned When we were able to enter the room we immediately noticed a foul smell

After we did some investigating, we found a large bag of days-old takeout food that had been left under the sink in the kitchen along with several other items of garbage The front desk staff immediately came up and cleaned and sprayed and were super apologetic about it which I appreciate Our room was on the 4th floor and the windows were left open And the morning after we got there, we quickly realized there was no shower curtain We checked out two weeks ago and I was told a manager would call me back I’ve called back to the hotel and I still have not had anyone reach out to me Despite the gorgeous room our stay was severely affected by the smell, cleanliness, not being able to shower and lack of communication from management despite all of my requests

Kristin Latorella

By far the worst experience at a hotel We had confirmation for 2 rooms but they only had one available We had four adults and had booked 2 rooms with king beds

We had to get two roll away beds which were extremely uncomfortable Mattress covers were stained Back doors were propped open for anyone to come and go freely The elevator was broken

The Courtyard Triangle Town Center is the BEST hotel in Raleigh, hands downThey ever so graciously hosted my post-wedding reception this past weekend and made everything so incredibly easy, beautiful, and an absolute success I am no event planner by any means, so at points where I found myself freaking out over the details, Jack (sales) was there every step of the way

He was extra communicative, detail-oriented, and thought of things even we had forgotten to consider – everything you’d want in a sales coordinator Jewel and Brandi made the most amazing food, that made all of our guests (even the pickiest eaters) very, very happy The staff at the front desk during our event were patient, friendly, and incredibly accommodating as well – everything was simply perfectIf you’re looking for a place to do business, gather with family, or just stay overnight, look no further than here Worth absolutely every penny and you will not be disappointed!!!

Don’t stay here Prices are up Business is up…yet, They have stripped down amenities to the bare bones (1

one cup of in-room coffee and no complimentary coffee stand in the breakfast area, 2 Minuscule slivers of soap, 3 No complimentary breakfast or snacks…not even cookies Plus – it is noisy While we have been Marriott members for years, This is our last stay hereOn the positive side, it is clean and the oversized chair in the room is nice

Brandon Bowlin

Nice rooms No consistency in a restaurant or bar Obnoxious service

Over-charged for the value Was threatened by staff they would call police if I didn’t leave within the next hour when I had overslept I had paid and stayed for four days at that point They could have just asked if I wanted to stay another day and I would have paid I’m not the type of person that takes threats lightly, especially without asking appropriate customer service questions first I’ll never stay at another Marriott

Clean and pretty cool common areas Realized I needed a handicap room, as I had surgery and wasn’t aware what my needs were going to be The extremely sweet lady at the front desk was quick to change our room with nothing but kindness and understanding

No bed bugs ( I check EVERYWHERE I stay), thank you!! Awesome courtyard area with a gazebo Each room has a private patio ( or balcony) Very quiet here, and their checkout is noon I’d definitely stay here again!! I’m pleasantly surprised

Fantastic hotel right next to the NC state veterinary hospitalThe staff are very friendly and helpful A full kitchen supplies the food for the included breakfast

It’s remarkable that they offer this level of service for such a cheap priceAside from the hotel being a bit older, the rooms are very well maintained and clean Obviously the management really cares about this place and the customer experienceThis is my first google review… I’m just so moved by this place… because it’s that exceptionalThank you all again You all made a stressful time for me and my dog in the hospital much easier

Josie Ragains

We booked this hotel after our AIRBNB canceled on us So glad that we did It’s affordable, clean, and the entire staff was really friendly

Best of all their complimentary breakfast was actually good I normally skip out on that amenity at other hotels Also, the airport is only a 15 minute drive, which worked perfect for us I read some of the negative comments and honestly if you want more out of your hotel… then pay more at a newer hotel But this exceeded our expectations and we’ll definitely be back

I am a Hilton Honors member Booked room Used AAA discount

Needed to cancel the reservation 5 days in advance of my stay Called the Hampton Inn facility direct No answer This went on for 11 tries All the time I was also doing an online chat with Hilton Honors and was told the reservations were non refundable I challenged that They suggested they I contact them directly! HELLO???? 11 tries and no answer…what do I need to do- drive there? I finally got my husband who is a platinum member to call corporate Got it cancelled, however THE REPRESENTATIVE tried calling the facility direct with her personal cell phone and also no one answered FINALLY she used her resources and contacted the General Manager who agreed to cancel the reservation Note that all the while this was happening, I continued to call the facility direct…On the 12th try I was finally connected to a recording that directed me to an option to EDIT my reservation The front desk must have been asleep in that back room where they hide I cannot imagine front desk being that busy to not be able to answer the phone that is ringing incessantly!!!!! SLACKERS THERE ARE OTHER PLACES NEARBY TO STAY ALWAYS, ALWAYS, check cancellation policy because it is HIDDEN behind “ flexible date change options” PROCEED WITH CAUTION THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY QUICKLY BUT ARE SLOW OR DIFFICULT TO REFUND OR ADJUST!! Corporate Office will be advised of this situation Should not have taken me 45 min to cancel / “edit”

Tiffany Harris

My daughter reserved a room back in December to have her fiance’ a surprise birthday party Today a week before the party she was informed they could not have the event, all of a sudden they couldn’t accommodate the number of guests Customer service fail!! Good thing we all hadn’t booked our rooms to stay

This poor service resulted in a loss all the way around Don’t make plans with them!!!

I nearly gave 5 stars but for a few reasons did not I have stayed here 2 years in a row For those that are not aware including some of the reviews I read this location was NOT previously apartments rather it is an older generation Residence Inn opened at a time when all locations were designed this way, to make you feel like you were staying in a home away from home, thus the name and concept of the brand

Despite being an older generation property the rooms were enormous I was upgraded to a penthouse with a loft The kitchen is very well stocked The furnishings are a bit dated inside which is one reason I did not give 5 stars There is a big pool but it was not clear water despite being checked each morning by a nice employee The jacuzzi was also closed both days even though it’s water looked super clean The 24 hour gym and sports court were nice to have The breakfast offerings were plentiful and all of the staff on property super friendly and accommodating! They got rid of the M-W social hour although I’m not sure if this is Residence Inn wide The location is super and close to so much even within walking difference I really enjoyed staying here just as I did the year before and hope to stay there again!

Very helpful and friendly staff Despite a fairly run down outside, the room was clean and fresh with welcome air conditioning when we arrived on hot and muggy dayShampoo was out in the shower dispenser but that’s a minor problem we quickly overcame

Single night stay so hard to evaluate more in depthBreakfast room is crowded but food was fresh and plentifulUsing points but the room rate was quite competitive for a convenient and quiet locationRoom was upstairs and would be difficult for access challenged or mobility impaired folks Nice setup for longer stays (but not our use case)

Jim Elayan

Good value, not unsafe, but a little shabby for a Marriott This hotel was close to my destination, and though convenient was a little rundownIt seems like Marriott needs to spend some bucks to upgrade, paint and pressure wash

It’s like a bunch of small apartment buildings that are all clustered together I think it has potential to be a nice placeAll that said, it was a perfectly comfortable place to stay I parked my car, went to my room and slept If that’s what you’re doing I think it’s fineThe rooms were clean, but a little worn, with older looking furniture and fixtures But, the beds were very comfortable There is a lot of room with two double beds, a couch, kitchen area and bathroom There’s also a fireplaceThere was a little bit of a mildewy smell, with the air conditioner running it was not a problemI got a pretty good rate on this hotel and it was worth it for me It is convenient to a lot of restaurants and officesThe staff at the front desk were excellent I heard the breakfast was good but I never ate thereThe best way I can describe it as this place has a lot of features that are nice, but the overall feeling is that it is a little bit neglected It wasn’t unpleasant but it certainly doesn’t meet it’s potential or my expectations for the brand My stay was perfectly fine But it certainly didn’t overwhelm me with beauty or amenities

The photos of this hotel’s rooms are better than the actual rooms There was a less than desirable odor in the room (we bought air freshener) and some of the towels had mascara stains on them So they could be washed better

Good thing I brought my own towels The restaurant and bar was great The customer service was pretty great Over all we had a great stay

Jushanna Goree

This hotel is wonderful It is located across from one of the Duke Medical Center locations The lobby is spacious and up to date

Check-in was quick and the staff were very helpful and efficient No complementary breakfast, but you could purchase breakfast in the lobby for $15 Snacks available for purchase at front desk (no vending machines) Bar with kitchen located in lobby as well Rooms had iron/ironing board/ hair dryer/ fridge/ microwave/ coffee maker Very comfortable beds We had a suite with a parlor room The park room had not been cleaned when we arrived, but was cleaned quickly after the front desk was alerted The parlor room had it’s own entrance with double doors The double doors had a 1/4-1/2 opening that we learned allowed hallway light to filter in and you can see through it Since it was after 11pm and just an overnight stay, we just draped a sheet over the door and did not alert the front desk

Lisa Williams

You have to PAY TO PARK!!! I’ve NEVER stayed anywhere that charges guests to park The hot tub is STILL closed Breakfast costs $16 a person

There’s no microwave in the room For a Hilton I am VERY disappointed I’d been better off keeping my La Quinta reservation I thought this would be a better place to stay Boy was I wrongThe ONLY good things were the bed is comfy and I could take my dog Which I could have done at other hotels Will NEVER stay here again, especially not for their current rates

I have never wanted to write a review in my life until I stayed at this place I been to many many hotels and this one is the worst First off the toilet kept overflowing even if you had fluid in it and someone with a stomach condition like myself it was a struggle I had to ask the front desk in front of many people for a plunger and they just handed it to me instead of dropping it off at my room The toilet still kept overflowing no matter what so if you have any stomach issues I recommend not staying here

The smell in the room is very over powering The staff was helpful besides one person when I was checking in was a bit rude Overall it’s a never again stay hotel without a doubt

Madedo Champagnie

For starters i like that the Fairfield Inn & Suites is located near shops and about 15 mins from Crabtree Mall as the other mall closest to the hotel is a joke, though not their fault This was our first time at this hotel and we were visiting from out of state When we walked in we did not receive a warm inviting welcome from the lady at the front desk, but later she appeared to be nice

We had about eight or nine rooms reserved for the weekend Upon entering my room I did an inspection and saw immediately that the vanity mirror in the bathroom was cracked The ceramic coating in the toilet was rubbed off to where there was a black mark in the toilet The seat on the toilet was a little loose and the sheets on the bed were not fresh sheets as they did not have the clean crisp fold lines in it, and they looked as though they had already been slept on My husband called house keeping who sent a housekeeper to change the sheets and of course, she was not happy to say the least The closet door in my son’s room had a long white scratch mark, and last but certainly not least, we were going to our event on Saturday afternoon, i got to the lobby and as I was walking in the lobby was greeted by a big roach crawling across the lobby floor from the counter across to the seating area I do not know if that was the same roach my sister saw that morning in the breakfast area Im very disappointed and i can promise you that I will never stay at this hotel or recommend it to anyone I pointed out the issues to the staff but I doubt that they are notifying management and so, I’m making it public for all to see I had no idea that when i made the reservation, we would be checking into the roach motel

Bon Cropper

Not too impressed with the staff, my room or the noisy location The view from my room had a big concrete-slab looking thing across the window which was the portes-cochère It wasn’t a desirable view at all, although the room itself was fine

The staff that greeted me talked so fast that it was impossible to understand him The location is near an exit and it was very loud at times Not planning to return

Stayed one night for after a date night with my husband Pretty pricey for the atmosphere of the hotel Mattress and pillows were really comfortable, however, the upkeep of the hotel and little things went unnoticed

The outside trash can stayed full from the time we checked in until the time we checked out I don’t mean full, I mean overflowing with trash on the ground The ice machine didn’t work on our floor so we had to go down a floor if we wanted ice Next to the ice machines on both the 2nd and 3rd floor, were bags of trash The mini fridge in the room was on the fritz, and was covered in ice They have dove products that you can pump out mounted to the wall, however there was no body wash, just an empty container It was mostly quiet, we heard a few dogs but nothing too loud to where you couldn’t sleep through the night Breakfast was better than I thought it would be, and the lady attending the breakfast bar was quite friendly It was a last minute stay, and we should have reserved a room elsewhere for the price, and next time we will Also the pool is closed

Junk Mail

Staff was friendly & the room was clean However there were a few issues & inconveniencesThe phone in the room did not work so you have to leave the room and travel to the front desk whenever you had issues

We were told maintenance was gone for the day and would come the following day That never happenedNeither one of the beds had a comforter on them – just a thin sheet only We were told several people had allergies so they removed all of the comforters and made them available by request only We had to get dressed just to head down to the front desk after 9pm because the phone didn’t workThe TV remote did not work & guess how we had to notify the front desk…yep you’ve got it By getting dressed and walking downstairs The front desk clerk told us it was the sensor in front of the TV We adjusted, it did not work so we headed back down to see if we could get the remote replaced She said it works…you just have to stand directly in front of the TV Kinda negates the point of have a remote When we shared the power & volume buttons worked just not the channel buttons, she said maintenance was gone & would be up tomorrow That never happenedThe TV channels were limited to local and special cable channels No TNT, USA, Bravo, or anything more familiar Of course we had to stand and manually select the channels due to the remote issue We found one station that wasn’t too weird and kept the TV on that station for the remainder of the tripWe were only given two(2) total sets of towels for a multi night trip Thats one set per person The morning after the second night, one of us went down to request a fresh set of towels as they were heading out to their meeting & I was waiting to shower before logging into work & eventually leaving later that morning We were told the towels were on their way up It’s been over an hour & I’m still half dressed waiting to shower and start my day (now past 8am)Guess what I’ll need to do to notify the front desk? The bed was comfy, pillows were a variety of hard & soft based on preference, the water was hot, and the amenities were okay…but there were/are a lot of issues Enough for me to post & leave a rating Could have easily been a 5 star review if the issues were addressed

Aulander Slade Baker

Decent place and clean Breakfast was plentiful and hot Dove soap and beauty products a plus

Most of the staff was friendly except the older woman at the front desk, she made it very clear that she was racist by all her comments she made The final comment was she told my grown so He better behave we don’t want any trouble in here Mind you my son is 6’5″, black and thin oh did I mention he’s 29 How is she going to say something like that especially when he was the person conducting the transaction We had to let her know we weren’t that type of family and she was out of place We had 2 rooms and had traveled all the way from upstate NY We asked for connecting rooms she said she didn’t have any Cool We took the room on the first floor , my sister asked about her room and where was it located The lady said well if you don’t want that room we can pit you on the forth floor, there are only 3 floors Ok enough about her The phone didn’t work and it was had to turn the ac down because the buttons were stuck on the window ac and the wall controls didn’t work Besides those incidents my stay was pleasant, it was the first impression at check in that ruined my review Would I stay here again I might and even recommend

This hotel was overall very friendly and clean There were no issues with dirty sheets, towels, or dirt and we did not run into any bugs Could be a little noisy between 10 pm to 12 pm, but nothing too crazy

Breakfast was good and there were great options The muffins were really good Coffee isn’t amazing, but it was okay Also pet friendly if you are looking for a place to take your pups Rooms slightly dated, but it wasn’t bad and it was still clean

The best thing about this hotel is the staff and the bull We had to move rooms three times and we were paying with our points How embarrassing for this hotel

The first room almost had a fire right in front of me because of a lamp When I say almost had a fire I mean we could have burned the entire place down on that lamp We asked to move and went to another room that was not clean They removed us immediately and moved us to another room The air conditioner leaked all night onto the carpet This hotel is going down I would expect for Hilton property to write me a personal letter I could’ve called the fire department immediately It was that close Please make sure that this place has been inspected The staff was very apologetic and nice and the pool was in great condition The beds sucked

Matty Roop

The sink was clogged and was supposed to get fixed while I was out for the day It wasn’t done when I came back 9 hours later Instead of giving me a new room, I had to wait for maintenance

The toilet ended up being clogged up also The TV stand had gunk all over it The 2nd day I came back to the room from work, my towels on the floor was missing, but I left the do not disturb sign on the door I ended up finding the towels submerged in my sheets on the other side of the bed where I wasn’t sleeping My overall stay was lousy

We had a short stopover here and were positively surprisedThe rooms are super spacious and equipped with everything you need Our room was very clean as was the rest of the hotel

Yes, the decor is a bit older but we thought it was charming The staff was very friendly – both at check in and at breakfast We felt welcome and safe Would definitely recommend

Fantastic hotel, I am impressed-Excellent gym with brand new, fully functional True brand equipment-Great service at the front desk (Jordan was working when I checked in)

-Free-flowing coffee and comp breakfast in the lobby, and oh yes, they have those little hazelnut and vanilla coffee-mate creamer tubs so that you can make your coffee taste like candy (the way I like mine)-Spacious, nicely appointed room-Excellent shower, shower head, and water pressure-Nicer than usual fridge/freezer, and microwave-What else do you want to know? This property provides all the things I care about in a hotel, at a very reasonable price In other words, VALUE

We stayed for 3 nights and while the stay wasn’t terrible, it wasn’t the typical quality I expect of a Wyndham hotelPros:- Rooms were enormous and had plenty of space for us to spread out We had a party of 6 with two rooms and could easily fit our whole party into one room for gathering

– The staff was very nice Miss Caroline who tended the complimentary breakfast was amazing! She was so friendly and warm toward our family- Location was great for us as well as access to several stores and restaurants- The gym was state of the art!Cons:- The decor in the room is very dated The carpet was filthy in our room, the mattresses were old and uncomfortable We had a broken lamp shade along with dirty walls- The complimentary breakfast lacked variety and options- The fridge in one of our rooms didn’t work The remote to the tv didn’t workOverall, I’m not sure we’d stay here again without some updating of the rooms

Very friendly and helpful staff Appreciated the water bottles at check-in Really comfortable room

You know how some rooms can get too cold or the bed is too close to the A/C? Not the case here It cooled effectively and I stayed comfortable all night and also warmed up when I wanted it to be warmer during the day I had a top notch experience here

Nice hotel that has a small indoor pool Lots of seating in lobby and looked clean I’m giving 3 stars due to the sheets and blankets for pullout couch didn’t seem clean

The blanket had a set of eyelashes stuck to it and a dead ladybug When my husband went down to get a new blanket they gave him a duvet cover I thought it was a window curtain at first

Stayed here 40 plus times over the last 18 months 9am on a sunday and just woke up to drums and a woman singing Not happy, especially at 180 a night

This is insane Updated 51122 just don’t stay here 2 nights Cleaner walked into room at 9am 2nd night woke up at 8 am by John the manager over my card that was handed to the clerk was not used They used an old card on file Terrible service Not worthy the hilton name I am done here

Upon arrival, check in staff was very rude I don’t know why I continued to be friendly despite the way I was being treated

He just made my whole visit unpleasant On a brighter note My room was clean and my bedding was fresh The bed was comfy I wanted to see if the hotel had a a la carte item for sale, so I called to the front desk to see if they did Once again the same front desk person was rude he assumed I was trying to get a freebie, and rudely explained to me why they couldn’t give that item away I said I wanted to know if there was any u could buy? There wasn’t , which was all he needed to say I guess my profile didn’t meet his standards!Breakfast in the morning was nice a good variety and kept clean The woman was very friendly Upon checkout I was treated much better by a very pleasant woman Thank goodness!I feel if People don’t like people they should not work in customer service!!!!

Very nice, updated hotel The staff were amazing – friendly and knowledgeable We came with a group of 8 teenagers for an event in the area and they had no trouble or complaints with accommodating our group

The breakfast was excellent for a hotel breakfast and we were pleasantly surprised to find bacon on the buffet The rooms themselves were recently updated and very nice and clean Bring your own K-cups for use in the in-room Kuerig Their options on that are limited but available Although we didn’t utilize it, the proximity to a Cracker Barrell (just a hop and skip from the front door) could be an added bonus We will return!

I would have given more stars as the room is nice They say they have breakfast but really all it is is the sides that come with a real breakfast No eggs no bacon or sausage

Breakfast is important to me I travel for work and count on a decent breakfast at the hotel so I do t have to stop on the road Cereal and a muffin ain’t cutting it for me To me it’s like saying yes we have dinner and handing you a kids happy meal I have been to other hotels during all these covid protocols and they managed to serve a decent breakfast So if your traveling and want decent breakfast this hotel will leave you looking elsewhere

Reception staff were super friendly and helpful in giving tips for fun things to do as a family The person giving us the room put us on the end as a family with young kids, which was a huge blessing The rooms were extremely clean and the breakfast was great

My young kids loved it Nice big parking lot that was very secure feeling Will stay here again for sure

We stayed back in July 2021 The lady working the breakfast was phenomenal She was all by herself but she could multi task so well

Truly professional The gentleman working the front desk was polite and courteous I would recommend this hotel to anyone! But the fact that its on New Bern Avenue and I grew up in the city of New Bern doesn’t hurt either Ha ha

Parking lot was very small for us to park Clerk was very nice and welcoming Our room smells like someone had been smoking pot in it, the exhaust fan didn’t qork in the bathroom so it made the room feel like a sauna, in addition to the fact that the ac wouldn’t keep the temp in the room regulated and so obnoxiously loud it kept us up most of the night

I was in town to take my state boards and needed a good night’s sleepthat definitely DID NOT HAPPEN! We are high level IHG rewards members, so we used our points to cover the room, it showed This must be where the guests that use their rewards get stuck and the “paying” guests get put in the nicer rooms

A decent hotel but we the room we reserved didn’t match the photos on Expedia Was expecting a walk in shower for mobility issues but we had a bathtub instead But that was our only complaint about the room

The digital key worked about 40% of the time I think something in the hallway was blocking the signal We would have to stand in one specific spot in the hallway to get the door to unlockParking was good, well-lit Would’ve been nice if they offered EV charging stationsThe hotel is close to Crabtree, which is nice We walked around for a while and got most of our meals from the food courtThe stay was nice, but I might choose elsewhere next time I’m in the area

Been an HHonors member for years This is my first ever review We paid the members’ rate for a room for one night with the Breakfast for the next morning

Our experience began when after checking in the day before and selecting a room, we arrive at the hotel and our room is changed I was told I changed it before arrival The room was clean, but not what was expected at a Doubletree, especially for the price I mentioned we purchased the room with the breakfast option We get our coupons after check-in and the next morning we show up for breakfast only to be told the coupons are good for $15 per person Anything over that amount will have to be paid for The coupon states plainly, ” good for a complete breakfast or up to $15 ” I attempted to point this out only to be told the coupons were only good for $15 I really think we were ripped off I strongly recommend you find somewhere else to stay I will probably go back to using Marriott from this point forward

Very disappointed and I’m still here

No microwave in the room, No water in the pool and no cleaning service you are on your own Towels are hard to get short staff! Ice machine was also down The highlights are the cookies and charming decor and close to stores and restaurants No free breakfast and be ready for the holds for incidentals which wasn’t mentioned at booking! Also had a extra roommate I had to kill! Was woke up to loud repairs by my door Then after being there for days with no cleaning service boom a early morning room service knock the day of checkout why?
