My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon! It was so relaxing! The staff were amazing! They made us feel like we were at home! My husband is a type one diabetic and had a sugar scare; the lobby was very helpful and provided quick room service with sugary foods They called to check on him a couple hours later as well We also absolutely loved the rooftop bar (sunset shots!), rooftop pool, close proximity to the beach! Everything was great, we will definitely be visiting again!

Pam Novakowski

The staff was very nice and helpful The hotel itself is beautiful I thought for a newer hotel it would have been cleaner

The floors in the room were dirty and the closet hadn’t been cleaned in a while The double beds weren’t for us but the decor was very pretty Where they kept snacks to purchase in the lobby, shelves were very dusty The service in the third-floor restaurant was very good Food for dinnernot so much Breakfast was good The rooftop bar had beautiful scenery and the drinks were pricey

Brian Barnette

I must say that when we first arrived, I wasn’t happy about the parking situation Once i got over it, we truly had one of the best vacations we’ve had in a long time The hotel was very modern, clean, spacious and conveniently located to several restaurants and shops along the beach

The staff went out of their way (on several occasions) to make us feel comfortable and to make sure we were enjoying our stay The roof top bar and pool were a great place to catch some rays, enjoy great drinks, eat some delicious food all while listening to some great live music!! We were more than pleased with our choice and can’t wait to return!!

This is a very neat location, never been in anything like it before But

the rooms are extremely dated, not worth anywhere near the price they are charging And now they charge for parking? The employees were all extremely nice and helpful Restaurant staff didn’t show so had to wait 40 minutes on breakfast Ordered oyster and they were out of them, so ordered shrimp They were terrible, no taste and mealy I also order a salad that was excellent and the crab legs were good Just to recapp nice place but way way overpriced

Cori Lei

1 minute from Indian Rocks Beach which is great! Located in walking distance to a few restaurants as well, which is convenient Check-in and check-out went smoothly The room is spacious with a mini kitchen

I was impressed with the bathroom and the hot water I love the scenery and the amenities that this property offers Water park and mini golf is great for a family vacation I will definitely be back!

A review is not meant to be cruel, so I will simply say that I would never consider this hotel as an option in the future unless every other hotel within a 25 mile radius simultaneously burnt to the ground at the exact same time I’m sure this place was great back in the late 70s or early 80s, which is most likely the last time it was updated Wait staff in the restaurant was nice, food was mediocre at best

Good parking situation which is why I gave it 1 star

Last week we came to stay at this Residence Inn on Treasure Island, St Pete Beach, because we had stayed there 6 years ago and had a wonderful experience And it was a wonderful experience this time as well! Erica, the General Manager, and her staff, Marilee and Amanda, were all exceptional! Every single employee was so nice! I had a slight medical emergency and Erica and Amanda were both so attentive and helpful and provided me with what I needed to find the closest urgent care The room was beautiful and very clean! Hands down the best hotel stay we’ve had! This is our favorite hotel in Florida and we will be back! Thank you for making us feel so welcome and comfortable!

Wow! Talk about great vacation spot!! If you have plans to go to the beach, this location is great! Once we arrived here we didn’t want to leave The Condo was huge, spectacular and BEAUTIFUL!! and it is located just across the street to the beach, shops and restaurants We also saved a bunch with the full sized kitchen

The oversized outside private patio, pool off back, just amazing!!

From recent reviews, it appears to me that this place is even worse than it was when it first opened Our unit was full of palmetto bugs

coming out of vents crawling up walls and this place had no other units available more would they give us some type of refund Oh yeah they sprayed three times We obviously had to stay out for hours Did it work Hell NO Unfreaking believable This place is Horrible Dirty and full of cockroaches I call it the Palmetto Palms !!

Alyssa Johnson

It is very obvious that the listing photos were not of the actual location Our unit was very dirty I asked my husband to not complain because this was our first vacation since before the pandemic until our refrigerator leaked brown fluid

It was ‘after hours’ and there was zero help or supplies to clean this up, and at that point all of the “small” problems mounted up They just told us it wasn’t their problem at the main site Issues: The unit over all wasn’t clean They decided to be nasty versus helping us just try to clean refrigerator fluid book somewhere else, it’s not safe for a family 🙁

Zoe Kaitlin

We stayed recently, for a week, and left knowing we would be back! The staff was helpful and honest The location was incredible We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit with a balcony (222) and it was very nice, clean, and spacious

We enjoyed a sailboat ride, using the kayaks, pool, hot tub and the cabanas There was a lovely restaurant and bar just a few minute walk down the beach I’ve seen mixed reviews, but personally, I cannot wait to book our next beach vacation at Grand Shores West We had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend GSW as well as stay again

Lisa Houdek

First off we had a mix up with my hotel package I purchased on Pricelinecom and the staff was amazing and understanding Sean I think was the General Manager and was amazing and helped me through the whole ordeal

Hidden Gem! We were lucky to find an available room the week of school vacation and we were pleasantly surprised We had a room overlooking the pool with a bonus partial gulf view The room was spacious for us (2 adults, 2 small kids)

The kitchen was fully stocked which came in handy for in room meals with the kids The amenities are all new or updated including a rooftop deck which is great for watching the sunsets There is a shallow pool in addition to the regular pool and hot tub which was a hit with our kids The way they do housekeeping is perfect because we were always back and forth to the room from the pool or the beach The staff was super friendly and helpful The proximity to John’s Pass made dinners a breeze Stayed for 5 days and didn’t want to leave Will definitely be staying here again

Laurie Hayduk

The 2 bedroom 2 bath premium suite was fabulous The suite was modern, clean and very large Sadly the pull out bed was pretty uncomfortable but the other beds were great

Everything was very clean There were plenty of kitchen items if you wanted to cook but we ate out for every meal A fabulous place right on the beach We were very impressed

Whitney Grabill

Perfect location!! This hotel was beautiful and family friendly as we stayed with our 3 young kids Beach literally footsteps from parking lot and John’s Pass was a few minute walk with plenty of places to eat/drink Our room was supposed to be poolside view and ended up with pool and partial gulf view which was a very nice surprise

We hope to be back to Barefoot Beach Club!

First off I want to talk about the staff, each staff member I had any interaction with was extremely friendly and helpful I can tell that the staff here are well taken care of because their attitudes are great Secondly I want to rave about the restaurant that is attached to the hotel, YUMMY

It is very convenient to be able to go down and eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner while never leaving the beach There are several tables outside that overlook the ocean Lastly, the beach is within steps of the hotel I’m talking like 50 yards and you’re swimming Beautiful sunset too 10/10 would recommend Thank you all for being so welcoming and friendly

Linda Schmidt

I just stayed there last week and it was wonderful Great location, great views and services with food and drinks was super Total shout out to the staff, they were off the chart professional, kind and courteous

I checked out and left my air pods in the room Housekeeping turned them in and i had them back with in 24 hours I cant thank them enough for their honesty and getting them back to me A great place and will definitely stay there again They get 6 stars from me

Dwayne Leonsrd

I requested my room to be cleaned and serviced the set towels out side my door I called the front desk they apologized and did try to make it right The did comp my wife and I a dinner well that did not go well as I looked at the menu on-line and thought what I was going to have for my dinner well they had not updated their website so what I was thinking I was going to have had been taken off the menu

I’m not one to complain I work in customer service and in management and to pay premium pricing for this hotel over 400000 for a week stay I would expect better quality of stay The people were wonderful and friendly and the do the best they can with the directions they are given The views are wonderful management needs to step up their game all the trophies in the lobby are years in thepast and does not represent this hotel today Thease issues are purely on a management team and it’s upper levels To no fault of of the service people as they do as they are directed I would love to be contacted by the upper management team to discuss their management issues
