The grounds were very clean and security lights made us feel safe The staff was very Helpful and Friendly I had a room on the third floor but my vertigo was extremely bad so Azucena and Jose were so generous in finding me a room on the first floor right away

The cleaning staff did an Amazing job in our room and hallways Breakfast was very good and was Clean My only concern was the people who walked around without masks near the food I’d definitely recommend to all We will reserve there again Thanks for reading and God Bless 🙏

During the time of booking I called to be sure I was on the OPPOSITE side of the freeway as several Google reviews mentioned how miserable it was it get sleep at night I then called again once my plane landed Upon arrival less than an hour later, I am told they don’t have anymore rooms on the quiet side of the hotel

My room was already paid in full (well over $1000!) since this was considered a “special event” There was no way I could cancel or I would forfeit the money already paid by my company I DO NOT appreciate the bait & switch tactic I will be sure to not stay here again for any future business travel or personal travel Even with earplugs, the highway is unbearably noisy & the ONLY way to drown it out is with the AC unit But the units at this location do not have the option for “Always on” so once it cycles off you are woken up by the highway noise & blaring train horns I highly suggest this hotel either invest in sound proof windows or change the wall units to have an “always on” function- the breakfast was embarrassing for a special corporate event with people coming in from all over the world A mere tiny cheese omelet, bananas/apples, or oatmeal in a packet that you make yourself I have had FAR better breakfasts at countless Marriott properties across the US during covid that were not during any special events

Amazing hotel Sky high ceilings if you are on the ground floor We had a toddler and the ac unit panel buttons are disabled due to a wall mount which is awesome

Shower, ihome , 2 TVs very clean, great breakfast too 100 percent will go back We had some extremely loud neighbors which dampened the glory but not the hotels fault We didn’t call it in But this place is awesome, friendly front desk We let her know we had a toddler and didn’t want his running around to bother anyone so she gave us a ground floor Great stay, bad neighbors

Very convenient location for Reedly and being next to the restaurant,Stayed here 3 times now over the last 2 years or so for work and it’s stayed about the same but prices aren’t bad and the front desk is always helpful even when I left a shirt in the room and they had held onto it for me to pickup laterThe pool has odd hours a bit though but I didn’t swimRooms always smelled of that like commercial lemon cleaner smell but the beds were comfy and the rooms are of a good size so your not cramped

TV doesn’t have a guide though so you just gatta guess at the channelsI will continue to come here whenever needed for work in the future though 👍

Cheap Motel, but cheap shouldn’t be equal to dirty… there was a chewed chewing gum lying on the air conditioning, false lashes from the guest before us on the chair, plastic trash at the floor and cockroaches on floor and in the sink/shower, price tag from the guest before us under the bedcover… shower won’t work, no breakfast although it’s said on the Homepage and little bugs in the sink

I would have given 0 stars but it’s impossible so it’s 1 star…I never ever had a motel as dirty as this one is… hope to survive the night never ever again!! Only thing that stays positive in my mind: the front desk was very very friendly…

The BuH

When we arrived at check in, the lady at the desk acted like I was putting her out helping me! Then the keys she gave us didn’t work and you’d swear it was going to kill her coming to help us open our door! The rooms need major updating! The fake, plank wood flooring was coming up in a whole lot of areas, and me and my hunny almost fell a few times The bathroom shower was hard as heck to turn on, and the cleanliness is lacking BADLYOnly thing great was the proximity to the concert venue, The Wakehouse! That’s all we cared about lol

I currently reside here at the mobile & rv park and I love it here The manager is a really sweet, listening understanding person and she holds to her word Not just that though she really goes out of her way for her tenants! Just like a motel 6 but twice the price!I am sure this was once a nice hotel but that is not the case anymore We only stayed one night while traveling to Tahoe but I would just make the drive in one day next timeThe first issue: Even though there are no more covid restrictions we were informed that the pool and gym are closed due to covid

I’m sure it’s a cost savings or personnel issue, but I would prefer they be upfront about it – at the time of the reservationSecond issue: The first rooms we got had not been cleaned, they were a discussing mess and we were moved immediately Second set seemed cleaner but still not what I would expect for a reputable hotelThird issue: the area of town is really bad I did not feel safe walking around with my family during the day and would definitely not go out at nightDefinitely don’t stay here

Paul Clark

I’ve read reviews like this before and thought “no way that happened” but now I’ve experienced itMy originally assigned room had a pile of sheets sitting on a chair next to a stripped bedI was then moved to a room that was not the bed or room type I had booked (two full sized beds and a basic room when I had booked a king executive)

The room smelled terribly of smoke, and the smoke detector was hanging down from the ceiling and wrapped in a plastic bag How did housekeeping not note this and have it taken care of?It was after 2 am at this point so we decided not to go back down to the lobby and roll the dice for a third roomFurthermore, the general state of both rooms was poor Lots of stains and scuffs on carpet, walls, and furniture The second room’s bathroom faucet had dried tooth paste spit on itI was told by the staff member who checked me out (who was very friendly) that there was nothing she could do to compensate me for the trouble, but that a manager would reach outA week later I hadn’t heard anything from the manager, so finally filled out the corporate Radison feedback form I was emailed I waited another week after filling that out, hoping someone might be in contact with me But no one has reached out yet

Best customer service from a hotel front desk I’ve ever received in a long time This gentleman Tony met me at the door held the door for me and had a cold bottle of water in hand to offer me I had been outside working in the heat all day but he had no idea and still greeted me with a smile a welcome and a much need water

The man is a major asset to this property and the reason for my 5 star review My hotel reviews have received over 127 million views and none of them offered the hospitality this employee did GREAT JOB!!! You’ve earned a loyal customer from a diamond select member Thank you for the complimentary diamond select suite upgrade btw

Our school was competing at a local high school and we booked over 30 rooms With that many rooms and that many kids, the hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate us As chaperones, we tried our best to keep the kids in line but with so many kids, we did have some noise issues

The staff informed us of some complaints but was very nice about it The facility itself was good Every room was clean The staff was exceptional and the hotel was located to many fast food and stores, all in walking distance Only gripe would be that it is right next to the freeway and was a bit noisy, but that is not the hotels fault Definitely recommend

The staff are super friendly The manager is great You can tell he truly cares about his job

what you get for the price is very reasonable The breakfast is very good They serve real eggs and have tater tots that are cooked nice and brown It is hard to get them crispy at a restaurant Perfect place to stay if going to sequoia/ kings canyon

Mike Nabi

We came by The Best Western Americana on our way to the Sequoia National Park, and we were glad to have picked this hotel The rooms were clean and the staff was extremely friendly My family really enjoyed the complimentary morning breakfast and incredible coffee

The coffee alone is worth the stay, and my wife is very picky about her coffee We will definitely stay at this hotel whenever we are in the area

Kedar Tembe

Being my first experience in US, I’m not sure how exactly to rate the location as we were here to visit the Sequoia national park, and this hotel is an hour + drive from it But the roads are good, so it’s an enjoyable drive Neat and simple rooms, quite clean, including the toilets, coffee machine within the room, with a few other amenities included make it a decent stay

It’s not exactly cheap, but there’s breakfast with a variety of cereals and juices for vegans, (although you have to carry your own non dairy substitute) Rooms are quite spacious with an ottoman and TV as well

We had a great couple night stay with a few other friends with trailers Dallas and Evangelina at check-in desk and general store do a great job Grounds crew always doing something to maintain and improve campgrounds

Owner Simon even took took the time to make sure we had everything needed Have stayed here a couple times and will definitely be back

Joe Reyes

This is truly the best RV Park I’ve ever stayed in The place is very well kept I’ve never seen a greener and cleaner park

But what makes it stand out is the wonderful people who run it and maintain it Dallas and her office crew were always helpful and accommodating And then there’s Charlie Charlie is the heart and soul of this facility From the moment you step foot he greets you and gets to know you And you best believe he takes care of you He is truly someone that we will miss Thank you for all you did for us Charlie Til next time my friend

Cynthia Mag

This place is nice It is definitely lively and full of people The only issue we encountered was an older white man on a golf cart that approached us very angry and yelling asking if those were our kids, pointing to kids jumping off ledge

They were not our kids and his tone should have been different Needless to say he went over to the kids and yelled at them Very inappropriate Stay calm and address the problem He must have been the grounds keeper or something Left a bad impression Aside from paying $10 a person to get in, there needs to be compassion The price is another thing It is not per vehicle it is per person And many reckless jetskiing in the area
