This hotel is nice Our room was clean and pretty comfortable The staff was very friendly and helpful

The breakfast is a full hot breakfast (as of July 2022) and with a good selection I overall recommend staying here, and the only reason I rated it 4 instead of 5 is because it’s just good and not exceptional If i could rate it 45, i would

Daniel Cone

Was told upon arrival at first that our reservation wasn’t able to be found, then was told our form of payment wouldn’t be accepted Day 2, we received exceptional service from Patrick and again our 3rd day He went above and beyond to give us a stress free stay

Breakfast was good and several options plus continuous cleaning of breakfast area while guests were coming and going Parking was easy and plenty, beds were average comfort The TV had issues several days as well which is worth noting Close to many businesses and food options though plus main roads nearby

Comfort Suites River Park was exactly what I needed in a hotel: value, cleanliness, and comfort The room was very clean and spacious and the bed was so comfortable I had the most restful sleep Great location, 3 minutes away from the reason I needed to be in town, 5 minutes away from River Park shopping district, directly next door to a Costco

I can’t vouch for rooms facing the street, but I had a room facing the back parking lot and it was very quiet, which was nice Good value compared to prices of other hotels in the city, and the King Suite was the same price as the regular King Room at the time I booked The free breakfast had something for everyone: made-to-order waffles, biscuits and gravy, eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, etc Coffee was offered both during breakfast and in the lobby all day If you’re traveling for work and connectivity is a priority, there were plenty of power outlets in the room, the wi-fi was strong and consistent, and the King Suite had adequate work space I would definitely stay here again

First let me say the room was very clean And the bed was very comfortable Somehow my room was booked as the handicap accessible room

And that’s where the problem begins After entering my not inexpensive room We were shocked to find a 5’ high shower With my husband being over 6’ this was a problem When I asked if they could switch my room They told me due to the way it was booked I could not Even though other rooms were available This room was extremely loud with the gym on one side and the exit door on the other But the worst part was the carts rolling up and down the tile floors Having our first time away from the kids in 3 years I was not expecting to be kept up by the super loud air conditioner at night (At one point I wondered if a plane was landing in our room) And woken up early each morning by the sound of all the carts up and down the hall My last straw though Was as I was getting ready for my Sisters wedding Was slipping and falling in the bathroom Thanks to the water spilling out of the shower, onto the whole bathroom floor I cut my arm and banged up my knee for all my family pictures While I can’t say how the other floors were The first floor was terrible

Fam of 3 1/2(pregnant wife)! We stayed 2 nights Very nice and clean Close to lots of restaurants

Our room was spacious and well kept We could hear the people upstairs, but it wasn’t that bad What you can hear is when people walk down the hall Its a narrow hallway Inside and outside poo(didn’t check those out, but they have them) Open bar and the breakfast was amazing! More than what i expected Eggs, sausage, potatoes, yogurt, cereal, coffee, toast, variety of fruit Really great ambiance during breakfast time We asked for extra pillows and they delivered within minutes to our room Wonderful service and stay!

Newer updated rooms with high ceiling, breakfast has some good selection Great location, easy access to highway to head to Yosemite (15 hr to the gate)

Overall amenities were good, the employees were nice, just wished they would provide a microwave, water and much better insulationDespite the lovely looking room we did not sleep well at all The room we got was unbelievably noisy, facing the Highway, which you can hear super clearly at night Worst, you can hear people going up and down the corridor and the next room’s TV At one point (2AM), I was awaken by the voice of someone who sounded like he was right next to me and the sensor bathroom lights turned on at around the same time (no one was near the bathroom) It was scary The quiet hour notices did nothing Didn’t get room changed since had to leave early on both days but the hotel need to do something about the noise!

Best customer service from a hotel front desk I’ve ever received in a long time This gentleman Tony met me at the door held the door for me and had a cold bottle of water in hand to offer me I had been outside working in the heat all day but he had no idea and still greeted me with a smile a welcome and a much need water

The man is a major asset to this property and the reason for my 5 star review My hotel reviews have received over 127 million views and none of them offered the hospitality this employee did GREAT JOB!!! You’ve earned a loyal customer from a diamond select member Thank you for the complimentary diamond select suite upgrade btw

Our school was competing at a local high school and we booked over 30 rooms With that many rooms and that many kids, the hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate us As chaperones, we tried our best to keep the kids in line but with so many kids, we did have some noise issues

The staff informed us of some complaints but was very nice about it The facility itself was good Every room was clean The staff was exceptional and the hotel was located to many fast food and stores, all in walking distance Only gripe would be that it is right next to the freeway and was a bit noisy, but that is not the hotels fault Definitely recommend

During the time of booking I called to be sure I was on the OPPOSITE side of the freeway as several Google reviews mentioned how miserable it was it get sleep at night I then called again once my plane landed Upon arrival less than an hour later, I am told they don’t have anymore rooms on the quiet side of the hotel

My room was already paid in full (well over $1000!) since this was considered a “special event” There was no way I could cancel or I would forfeit the money already paid by my company I DO NOT appreciate the bait & switch tactic I will be sure to not stay here again for any future business travel or personal travel Even with earplugs, the highway is unbearably noisy & the ONLY way to drown it out is with the AC unit But the units at this location do not have the option for “Always on” so once it cycles off you are woken up by the highway noise & blaring train horns I highly suggest this hotel either invest in sound proof windows or change the wall units to have an “always on” function- the breakfast was embarrassing for a special corporate event with people coming in from all over the world A mere tiny cheese omelet, bananas/apples, or oatmeal in a packet that you make yourself I have had FAR better breakfasts at countless Marriott properties across the US during covid that were not during any special events

Amazing hotel Sky high ceilings if you are on the ground floor We had a toddler and the ac unit panel buttons are disabled due to a wall mount which is awesome

Shower, ihome , 2 TVs very clean, great breakfast too 100 percent will go back We had some extremely loud neighbors which dampened the glory but not the hotels fault We didn’t call it in But this place is awesome, friendly front desk We let her know we had a toddler and didn’t want his running around to bother anyone so she gave us a ground floor Great stay, bad neighbors

I usually have very good experiences with Holiday Inn Express hotels, but this particular hotel fell shortStarting with the good…The hotel was close to Old Town Clovis, shops, restaurants, and the airport It’s also within 20 minutes to Fresno

The breakfast was great and the staff was friendlyThey were cleaning the floors and doing repairs while we stayed here and it was an inconvenience We weren’t able to check in early (30 minutes) the day we arrived and they shut down the entire lobby the third day we were here to clean the floors yet again It might have been best to shut down the hotel for a day or two, or completed the repairs and cleaning overnight as to accommodate guests betterThere are no weights in the gym You have to check the weights out then carry them yourself to the gym After you are done, you have to check them back in There are also no mats or towels so guests should probably plan on bringing a towel as to not be directly on the carpet for workoutsLastly, there is no daily room service

Zeke Johnson (SoCal Offroads)

Unfortunately I’m having another bad experience with this Hotel, I guess they don’t care about the customer service anymore, unfriendly staff, over priced rooms and I’ve already been billed for my entire stay on the first day, so if decid to check out I have to wait a week or two before I get my balance So unprofessional $900 for 4 days and you couldn’t offer me a bottle of water? And at least a smile

took two trips and 10 minutes just to open my doorcard reader doesn’t work rightroom doesn’t look like it was even cleaned right Not one person said hello, or good morning, not even a smile There’s a million things wrong with this place Back to AirBBDiamond elite mean nothing these days Do I really need to ask for toilet paper?

Spent 2 nights at this Holiday Location for a weekend trip to Yosemite The check-in staff went above and beyond ensuring my party of 4 was well taken care of and had recognized my IHG Platinum status with a nice suite upgrade! The recent renovations were still holding up in both my rooms and provided great value for the price paid Due to the proximity of the hotel and highway 99, if you are sensitive to noise, I would request a room facing the opposite direction

I was able to sleep comfortably facing the highway with earplugsTip: There may be some food bags to feed the swans at the front desk You can watch them fight the fish at the nice pond

Julia S

Love it!! Stayed 2 nights Wish I had done the train w my grandkids but we had to goDid Sequoia from here

Then left to Yosemite Great locationHas convenient store, gas station, Enterprise, restaurant & visitors center in same parking lot!!Great service & clean

Selina Casados

So sad to know that the housekeepers do not turn in lost stuff I had checked out Sunday morning from our room and didn’t realize I had left my gold ring with my name on it until later that day I called and the front desk said she had not turned anything in I said of course not it’s a good ring she will go turn it into money or have them melt it

All I wanted was for her to turn it in because I cleaned all bags I had with me and nothing is there so know for a fact it stayed behind in the room Please do not forget any of your personal belongings behind because HOUSEKEEPERS will not return it

Very convenient location for Reedly and being next to the restaurant,Stayed here 3 times now over the last 2 years or so for work and it’s stayed about the same but prices aren’t bad and the front desk is always helpful even when I left a shirt in the room and they had held onto it for me to pickup laterThe pool has odd hours a bit though but I didn’t swimRooms always smelled of that like commercial lemon cleaner smell but the beds were comfy and the rooms are of a good size so your not cramped

TV doesn’t have a guide though so you just gatta guess at the channelsI will continue to come here whenever needed for work in the future though 👍

Stephanie Müller

Cheap Motel, but cheap shouldn’t be equal to dirty… there was a chewed chewing gum lying on the air conditioning, false lashes from the guest before us on the chair, plastic trash at the floor and cockroaches on floor and in the sink/shower, price tag from the guest before us under the bedcover… shower won’t work, no breakfast although it’s said on the Homepage and little bugs in the sink

I would have given 0 stars but it’s impossible so it’s 1 star…I never ever had a motel as dirty as this one is… hope to survive the night never ever again!! Only thing that stays positive in my mind: the front desk was very very friendly…

The BuH

When we arrived at check in, the lady at the desk acted like I was putting her out helping me! Then the keys she gave us didn’t work and you’d swear it was going to kill her coming to help us open our door! The rooms need major updating! The fake, plank wood flooring was coming up in a whole lot of areas, and me and my hunny almost fell a few times The bathroom shower was hard as heck to turn on, and the cleanliness is lacking BADLYOnly thing great was the proximity to the concert venue, The Wakehouse! That’s all we cared about lol

This hotel is convenient and makes traveling easy, but what makes this place 5 stars is their customer service, especially from Gabriel at the front desk Both times I stayed here he was was phenomenal with customer service and was so amazing to speak with The deserves a promotion, a raise, something, because honestly I was hesitant in staying due to my previous visits here before, but now I will definitely be coming back

Definitely come stay here if you’re flying out of Fresno, Totally worth it, 10/10 :)!

Safrey Enterprises-Custm

I was surprised how clean this hotel is and the friendliness of the staff from front desk check in I was going to give a 5 star except our room had a mini refrigerator that wasn’t keeping food cold and a malfunctioning toilet that was noisy and keep flushing itself We appreciate the free Parking and complimentary breakfast

The breakfast though needed extra help with variety and additional waffle maker because many people lined up waiting to have waffle which took a long time But overall the hotel is decent and I highly recommended it

Melina M.

Everything was just about perfect except the pillows are square and hurt my neck And I had to call the front desk right before 1:00 am because there were still a big group of people partying in the pool area and we couldn’t sleep

It was handled immediately and I heard hotel staff telling security that’s why they’re supposed to secure and lock up the pool area The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff is amazing 🤩

Room was about the same as a run down motel 6Couch was falling apart Seams torn and foam exposed

Toilet didn’t work correctly Clock was broken Sink was clogged Lastly got up to use the bathroom and had a unregistered guest (roach) already in thereThis was room 205 Maybe the other rooms are better, but I kinda doubt it

Doug Lemons

Hotel experience as generally as expected for a Homewood property with the exception that the window in my vehicle was broken in the Hotel parking lot by someone attempting to gain access to the interior of my car Either this area of town is no longer very safe, the security is lacking or maybe a combination of both Vehicle was parked within 100′ of the lobby entrance, so be careful

Only stayed 1 night here Gave us a room that only slept 2 for a family of 4 at check in, so had to call and change rooms Also, at check in, person at front desk made no mention of breakfast in the lobby area every AM so we missed that too

Lovely experience staying here! Pet friendly, offer a military rate, clean, super quiet, close to shopping centers and great food, and seemingly safe The breakfast offerings were better than most hotelsI do wish they had more washers and dyers

They only had one set and a guest was hogging them of for quiet a while I had to go back a few times and they had the washer and dryer both filled with clothes just waiting for someone to do something with them When I spoke with the front staff about it their solution was to just wait and they didn’t know their room numberThe room itself was very well maintained and the ceilings were super tall We will definitely be booking here again when in the area

Pete Jerome

The best Springhill Suits we have ever stayed at All the Front Desk and Staff were very helpful Had a few glitches which were resolved quickly

The breakfast was great and the Breakfast Staff even better The area was kept clean and fully stockedWe had a large sports group and they opened the breakfast early on the weekend to accommodate us Overall a 5-Star experience

Stayed a few different times over the past couple years, had one bad stay last year and decided to give them another tryI drive up to the front of the hotel, can’t park and unload due to a photo shoot Besides that everything was good so far

However, get to my room, no towels, no body wash, can’t turn the TV channels or turn it off (unplugged it), not sure if the floor had been cleaned, had some debris that wasn’t mineI tried, really doubt I’ll be back to this hotel – Titanium Member!!

We stayed here as a last minute emergency because we lost power when it was 110° The room was pretty standard, but lovely & quite big The bed was comfortable

I couldn’t find a pillow I liked, but that’s easily remedied if you travel with your own pillow (which we usually do)It was great to start our day with a hot breakfast! There were scrambled eggs, sausage patties, fresh biscuits, sausage gravy, hashbrowns, waffles, as well as the regular toast, bagels, dry cereal, yogurt, etcEven though we’re locals & don’t need to stay in our own town very often, we would be happy to stay here again And we’ve already recommended it to our out-of-town friends & family!

We try to stay primarily at La Quinta Inns as we travel, so we have seen many of them This location is definitely a nice one The building and rooms are in great shape

The rooms were very clean with high ceilings, updated bathroom, and overall a modern look (eg no carpet in our room but instead had an engineered wood floor, blue/white lighting) The check in was very efficient and the staff seemed very nice We travel with our dog and while there wasn’t a well defined outside area for pets we were able to make it work It is in a busy part of town, so there were quite a few restaurant options nearby We will definitely stay here again when we are passing though the area

Everything was clean and I was welcomed promptly The front desk was training a new employee and explaining the whole process They worked very well together and made me feel welcomed and taken care of

The breakfast looked good, although I did not partake The only issue was that the pool was unexpectedly closed and the ice machine was broken on my floor

Clean, but shabby They are rocking the OG furniture that I’ve seen at Hampton Inns where I have stayed since early 2000 So it’s at least 20 years old or from when the hotel was first built

The desk chair in the room was visibly worn, but otherwise the room was clean The toilet in our room made concerning noises when flushed, but the noises did eventually stop The primary reason I will never ever stay here again is the mattress It was super, duper firm So uncomfortable for me I hardly slept a wink and I was very tired I woke up with a very sore and stiff back This may be the newest mattress Hampton Inn is rolling out I’m not a fan and this will impact my choosing a Hampton Inn in the future Lastly, the front desk clerk who checked me in at 11pm, was not exactly rude, but she wasn’t pleasant either Not the experience I have come to expect at a Hampton Inn

This hotel is very clean I loved the layout of the room It was different from your traditional hotel room

The receptionist at the front desk was very helpful and kind with all of our questions and needs The location is great and we weren’t awoken with any traffic or other guestsI probably won’t be staying here at this location again however for a couple reasons I have 4 kiddos that were very excited to swim in the pool The pool is outside and not heated It is FREEZING Only one of my kids got in and immediately got back out So that was a huge bummer The breakfast is also below averageOverall, it’s decent Unfortunately it doesn’t meet the needs and wants of my family

This Hampton was close near freeway but not close enough to disturb sleep I arrived after 3 and the front desk was kind and welcoming Going up to my room the side elevator was a bit shaky and scary

Walking in my room, noticed the amount of space and how clean it was I had the king room with sofa bed My room did have a small amount of towels offered, so before calling to ask for more I received a text from Malika the front desk clerk which ask how my room was and if I was pleased I then asked for more towels, which was sent to my room very quickly and with no complaints Throughout my stay I was happy to know I was going to be well taken care of I will be returning to this hotel when coming to this area
